Does it seem to you that the world has gone crazy? In the US we have gone back in time to before the civil rights movement with programs that place race and gender identity ahead of opportunity and ability. Before the pandemic, this country was making good progress with the Women’s Rights movement, Title IX, and other inclusive programs that did not rule out advancement based on ability. Now, a program of racial and gender hatred is destroying those gains, requiring advancement based only on characteristics of the body – which no one has control of – rather than, as Dr. King stated, “the content of one’s character.”

This is a program that emphasizes the lowest common denominator. If it continues it will lead to societal collapse.

But will it? I don’t think so.

The Design of the Human Body

The inherent nature of a human being is for cooperation and harmony. This is reflected in the design of the human body, around the Phi ratio, which the ancients called the golden section. The golden section represents perfect mathematical harmony. The skeletal framework of the human body, and the relationships between its various parts, are based on this divinely inspired harmonious relationship. The distance between the wrist and the knuckles, and between the knuckles and the first joint, between the first joint and second joint, between the second joint and rthe fingertips are based around the golden section. So too the distance between the hip joint and the knee, the knee and the ankle, and the ankle to the tips of the toes. These harmonious relationships are everywhere in the human body.

Of course these are approximate because every human body is different. I have often wondered whether those who are antisocial or psychopathic have these harmonious relationships skewed in some way.

The golden section is an infinite, irrational number that can yet be approximated with simple whole numbers. This is how nature builds life forms, as you can see when you read Gyorgy Doczi’s profusely illustrated book, The Power of Limits: Proportional Harmonies in Nature, Art, and Architecture. This information is not new. The Pythagoreans, thousands of years ago, recognized in nature an underlying harmonious and benevolent cosmic order.

The point is that the human body itself, nature, all life forms, and the planet we live on must have harmonious systems in order to support life. Therefore, the nature of life itself, and the universe we live in, has a higher purpose and a higher design.

This fundamental information tells me that the insanity we are experiencing right now in our society will have a happy ending. Or, let’s say, the odds of a happy ending are overwhelmingly more probable than a collapse of human civilization, because harmony is built-in not only to consciousness, but to the physical systems we live in, and the bodies we inhabit.

Understanding this makes it much easier to postulate a positive future.

The Absurdity of Evil

I find it humorous that the dark arts (in their vast and overwhelming ignorance) use an inverted pentagram in their satanic rituals. I have written about this somewhere in one of my blog posts at kjmaclean.com, but I’ll repeat it here.

 Where does the pentagram come from? The pentagon.

The Cosmic Joke

Here’s the joke: If you compare the length of any line (white, green, or purple, short or long) with any other line in the pentagon/pentagram, you get a Phi ratio, or golden section, relationship. The inverted pentagram – supposedly a symbol of evil – in fact represents perfect mathematical harmony. Ha ha, joke’s on you, Mr. LaVey.

This shows that at the heart of evil is the Designer of the universe: perfect, divine harmony. Evil is a cheap, twisted, tawdry, and vulgar representation of consciousness on a higher plane, the Creative Source that made all life everywhere.

Evil is not to be feared, for its very existence arises out of a benevolent energy that represents peace, goodwill, cooperation, and any other positive word you can think of.

I don’t want to say this is hilarious, because evil is so twisted and has caused so much pain in the world throughout human history. But it is mathematically hilarious! It’s almost funny if it wasn’t so ignorant and twisted.

And let’s not forget The Pentagon, military HQ for the war machine in the US. Did the people who built the Pentagon intend to laugh at society? I believe they did! People (especially conservatives) get triggered by satanic symbols, for no valid mathematical reason.

The dark is a twisted, jaded energy. I wouldn’t be surprised if Anton LaVey (founder of the Church of Satan) used these satanic symbols as a joke.

Those who practice the dark arts are probably just abysmally stupid. Let’s not grant them the intelligence of evil geniuses, and let’s not fear them.

In a previous post we talked about the definition of consciousness and its relationship to the spiritual system of earth. Today I want to explore the idea of intuition. Intuition is that subtle suggestion in our minds that is almost always ignored.

I used to always ignore those subtle nudges because I thought they were just stray thoughts emanating from the circuitry in my brain. But after decades of ignoring the little “voice” I began to see a pattern: These suggestions were always, without exception, positive and uplifting. I never listened because, as everyone knows, if you hear voices in your head you are crazy. Schizophrenics hear voices, not me! But these intuitive impulses were not “voices.” I gradually learned to distinguish between these positive intuitive flashes, and my mental circuitry.

Almost always my brain circuitry warned me, or discouraged me, or told me I was stupid. Also, my mental circuitry almost always speaks in English. “Don’t kid yourself you can’t do that.” “What makes you think anyone cares what you say?” “A real professional doesn’t make mistakes.” etc.

The intuitive nudges I get are never of a negative nature.

What distinguishes mental circuitry from a nudge of inspiration? The former is kind of like a slap in the face, or a mental bludgeon, but the latter is a soft, benevolent suggestion, dare I say, like an angel speaking in my ear. It’s a thought packet that comes and goes in a flash. If I ignore it, it goes away and I can’t get it back. So I’ve gradually, over the years, learned to listen and be mindful. Unlike the mental slap, it only lasts for a millisecond, whereas the mental circuitry keeps repeating over and over again like an infinite loop or a tune in my player that is set to auto-repeat. Intuition is new and fresh every time, whereas the mental circuit just repeats the “same old shit.”

In this series of essays we postulate a benevolent spiritual system on earth that has its origin on a higher plane of existence – the soul level of existence. The purpose of this system would be to support the human being spiritually during their physical lifetime. Of course this cannot be proven broadly, but it can become real in someone’s personal experience. Science is objective, and looks outward. The spiritual system is purely subjective and can only become real when a person looks inward. But it only works if we listen.

The spiritual system would be a kind of inner technology, as opposed to the outer technology of science and observation and measurement (and judgment). Just as we have smartphones, we also have its spiritual equivalent, intuition.

This is obviously not a new concept. The idea of angels speaking to humans has been around since Biblical times and probably before. But it does fit in neatly with a coherent system of consciousness that we described in that earlier post.

Even completely analytical persons can use intuition. Sherlock Holmes, in “The Adventure of Wisteria Lodge,” complements Inspector Baines when he tells him that “You will rise high in your profession. You have instinct and intuition.” Holmes talked a lot about using the imagination to solve crimes, and not being wholly dependent on physical or forensic evidence.

So how does one access their intuition? By listening, by being attentive and mindful. By distinguishing between the same old tawdry mental circuitry, and that millisecond of whispered inspiration.  

All human beings have souls, so all human beings have intuition, a road map to a more positive future. And it’s intensely personal, because it’s you communicating with you. It is completely outside the realm of science or scientific proof, and so gets dismissed rather peremptorily in our materialist society.

Recognizing the “voice” of our mental circuitry is the easiest part, because that is almost always negative stuff. Ignoring it can’t harm you and it will remove the barriers to that inner voice from your soul. It’s worth a try, anyway! I only wrote this because I got really, really tired of hearing the “same old crap” from my mental circuitry. Now I’m a lot more attentive to the much quieter, but much more powerful and positive voice that comes from my intuition. It’s having a calming effect on my sometimes passionate, emotional nature.

In my continual effort to promote the value and importance of spirituality and a broader definition of consciousness, here is my clumsy attempt to describe the earth’s spiritual system. A “spiritual system” is how consciousness comes into the physical and how it leaves. It’s a description – painting with the very broadest brush – of how life works.

Definition: Life is the ongoing interaction of consciousness with the physical universe. This statement leads us directly to the conflict between materialism and spirituality.

Materialism vs Spirituality

Materialism says that consciousness is nothing more than neurons firing in the brain. To a materialist, the entire concept of God (universal consciousness) is viewed as un-provable nonsense. Materialism leads directly to the idea that “when you die, you’re dead.”

Throughout history, a small minority of persons – those with self awareness, I submit – have stated that consciousness, or self awareness, exists independently of the physical body. Origen of Alexandria, almost 2,000 years ago, wrote that the souls of human beings existed even before the physical universe was created. Origen is, naturally, considered one of the greatest heretics of all time by orthodox religious figures. The scientific opinion of Schrödinger’s statement is equally dismissive. Rich’s quote is a modern formulation of the Logos, which the ancients defined as the rational creative principle that permeates the universe.

If consciousness does exist outside the physical, it would be undetectable with scientific instruments, because they only measure physical phenomena. Therefore, there is and has always been an unbridgeable gap between materialism and those who believe in spirituality.

I call the materialist conception of life the Consciousness is Meat theory. The meat theory of consciousness postulates that self-awareness originates from the meat brain. Even though it cannot be proven scientifically, it is accepted as Truth by orthodox thinkers and materialists. The spiritualist theory that consciousness exists independent of the physical, on the other hand, is only provable on a personal level: When you take your last breath you will discover the Truth.

The meat theory of consciousness is improbable, for where did the meat that created self-awareness come from? How does self-awareness – the awareness of being aware – come forth from meat? Matter, without the addition of the creative life force called consciousness, is essentially inert.[1] If you don’t believe this, try interacting with an inanimate object.

Here, in my view, are the elements of a spiritual system:

● The first element in any spiritual system requires the existence of consciousness – self awareness – with two attributes: (1) It exists independently of the physical body and the physical universe, and (2) It is the creative, animating principle of life.

In other words, anything that is alive is alive because it is infused with the animating principle.

● Every human being has a soul. A soul is defined as that greater part of YOU – a divine, immortal being with self-awareness independent of the physical body – that cannot “fit” into a human body. People in metaphysics sometimes call this the Higher Self.

● There is no such thing as death. This means that although the body stops breathing, the consciousness of the individual – that part of the soul incarnated in the physical body – returns to the fullness of itself in the higher realm of existence beyond the physical universe, which I will refer to as the Creative Source, or God.

○ Corollary: The true reality is the higher realm. Physical life is a temporary experience, a sort of divine vacation or life experiment.

○ Corollary: All souls return fully and completely to the Creative Source. There has never been a soul that is “trapped,” a la M. Night Shyamalan’s “The Sixth Sense.” (This is a great movie though, because it promotes the idea that there is life after death.) This means that all endings are happy endings, no matter how miserable your life is. After you take your last breath you will return, whole and complete and happy, into the loving arms of the Creative Source. In other words, consciousness is not interrupted by birth or death.

○ Corollary: All souls incarnate freely and voluntarily into physical bodies. There is no  Great Dictator shoving you into a physical life or into a physical body.

● The Creative Source is benevolent. That which created the physical universe and everything in it has infinite power and capability. We give enough credit to this Power to say that it is not psychotic, and wants the best for everything it has created. Psychosis is a human trait, not a divine one.

● Everything that happens on earth stays on earth. This statement has enormous implications, for it means that every person, regardless of what they do in human form, returns to their divine Home upon death of the body. It follows that even mass murderers return fully to the Creative Source. No matter how evil you have been in a lifetime, no matter how many mistakes you made, you return pure to the fullness of your soul.

This is an outrageous statement that will more than likely offend many readers. “Why be good and do good if the evil ones are treated the same?” Well, because it feels better to do good, and you don’t have to work off so much karma! The physical experience is a temporary life experiment for the soul. The soul is immortal and the Creative Source (God) is benevolent. You always get a second chance, no matter how much you screwed up before.

○ Corollary. Original Sin is an understandable misinterpretation of the statement above, assigning to the soul what happens in a physical incarnation. In the Hindu tradition, original sin is called karma. I believe this is a more accurate concept, for it recognizes that the soul is immortal and reincarnates lifetime after lifetime in the physical universe. Karma can be resolved by doing good works in another lifetime, to wash away the sins of the past. When the soul (you) reincarnates for a new lifetime on earth, it picks up all of the activity it has accumulated over all of their previous lifetimes (the accumulated karma). When the soul leaves it “deposits” the new experiences from the most recent lifetime into the soul’s esoteric ‘container.” It picks up the accumulated karma from that container when it reincarnates on earth. Therefore the soul – the consciousness of a person – arrives and returns pure and whole to and from the physical experience every time. This is a great system because the soul is never stained. It remains pure and only sends a “piece” of itself into the physical body in order to have all kinds of experiences. And that “piece” returns, uncorrupted, to the whole. In other words, consciousness is unbroken and continuous, both inside and outside the body.

I would liken a physical incarnation to going on a carnival ride. It’s an adventure when you’re up there, but when the ride is over you go back to your “real” life,

● Free will is an inherent property of the soul / consciousness because it exists independent of the physical body. No one can stop you from thinking or deciding. Your physical body can be made uncomfortable, but consciousness itself never loses free will.

● Whatever happens to you in life is a result of the free will decisions you make as an independent consciousness / self-aware personality.

● You choose your gender and your family and your place of birth before you incarnate. This follows from the previous statement that you exist, continuously, both inside and outside the body. Physical families are the incarnated representation of your spiritual family.

 ● Last but not least! In order to play the physical game on earth, almost all of the spiritual system is hidden from you. For example, it is not obvious at all that you have a soul. The survival mechanism is built-in to physical life and biases every human being to stay on the planet in the physical body, no matter how tough it gets. The Game is to see if you can get beyond the limitations of the body and the five human senses to discover the greater game of the soul, and the soul’s mission on earth.

Why do this? Because if the human being even got a whiff of how great it was in the non-physical realm, almost everyone would leave. That would break the physical game of life. Fortunately, the physical existence is temporary, and the human being always returns to their permanent, spiritual Home.

What are the consequences of the metaphysical system described above?

· Responsibility. It is impossible to be a victim in this spiritual system, for the circumstances of your birth were freely chosen by you, and nothing can be forced upon you. Consciousness continues uninterrupted after death and during a physical incarnation, so you are always you and are always making free will decisions, whether in the body or out of it. So: what happens to you in your life is the consequence of all of the free will decisions you make over time. Ain’t nobody else responsible for you, except you. Not The Man, not the gummint, not the society or the conditions you were born in, not your mommy and daddy, not your gender or race, not the evil corporations or international bankers, not Donald Trump or Joe Biden, not nobody!

· Integrity. The physical body becomes less important for a person who understands that they are an immortal being having a temporary physical experience. As Dr. King stated, the “content of your character” becomes more important than your gender or the color of your skin. These attributes are just body characteristics, and are used by materialists to divide people. True diversity has nothing to do with the body, but only with the characteristics of your individual personality.

· Less fear. I don’t care what anyone says, the greatest fear of all is the fear of death. In our materialist society, death means the literal extinction of Self. That is a fate no one can confront (and it is, fortunately, a lie). It causes nervousness, particularly when faced with disaster or a daunting life situation. When faced with death, knowing that you can’t really die, and that all endings are happy endings, is a very comforting feeling.

· Independence. You are divine, you are immortal, you cannot die. Understanding this leads to a feeling of greater independence and self-empowerment. The fear of death is irrationally enhanced by materialist philosophies like Transhumanism, which is a misogynist, woman-hating and child-hating trap for all those who engage in it. Materialism is embraced by all those on the Dark Side, for they have deliberately turned away from the light. This is apparent to all those with self-awareness and who even casually follow current events.

Conclusion

Both materialism and this metaphysical system are coherent theories of life. Unfortunately, materialism represents permanent death and creates fear, which in turn leads to conflict and war. Understanding the permanence of the soul, that a human being is essentially a divine piece of the benevolent Creative Source, can lead to much a much happier worldview and more positive outcomes in life.

[1] The Panpsychists believe that consciousness is inherent in all things, even matter. The word is made from two Greek words: pan (all) and psyche (soul or mind). This implies that “all is soul or mind,” and that even matter is conscious on some level. Some interpretations say that matter comes forth from a universal consciousness. This is the theme of my short movie, “The Unity of Spirit and Matter.”

However, modern panpsychism says, according to philosopher Philip Goff, that “consciousness pervades the universe and is a fundamental feature of it. This doesn’t mean that literally everything is conscious. The basic commitment is that the fundamental constituents of reality—perhaps electrons and quarks—have incredibly simple forms of experience, and the very complex experience of the human or animal brain is somehow derived from the experience of the brain’s most basic parts.  I should clarify that by ‘consciousness,’ I don’t mean self-awareness or the capacity to reflect on one’s own existence. I simply mean ‘experience’: pleasure, pain, visual or auditory experience.”

I agree with most of this, because it would be absurd to say that a quark or a rock has self-awareness. However, it also expresses the materialist idea that consciousness comes from the brain. In my opinion modern philosophy, in its attempt to be scientific, has essentially adopted the materialist view.  

Anyone can participate

So many major events are occurring every day in the news cycle. It is impossible to keep up. From bank failures to the war in Ukraine, from a wide-open southern border to inflation caused by massive government spending, from rigged elections to a Transhumanist assault on humanity itself, the world seems to be falling apart.

The world IS falling apart – the world of darkness. It is a bit depressing to realize that many of our institutions – both  private and public – are being run by psychopaths, but that’s the way it is. The people in charge are the worst of us.

I could have written 20 pages on a list of occurrences that would back up the opening paragraphs, but you wouldn’t be reading this substack if you weren’t aware of this. Besides, it’s boring and unproductive to point out all of the things that are wrong. Let’s try to shed a little illumination on a world that is undergoing a revolution in consciousness.

Yes, a revolution in consciousness. If you follow current events, what you see on your screens every day is what a revolution in consciousness looks like. It’s an exposure of the Dark.

The collective consciousness of humanity is cluttered with negative energy and karma. The dark closet looks filthy and gross when you turn on the light. When you start to clean it out you get dirty.

Looking to “world leaders,” or leaders of any kind, to solve societal problems won’t work anymore because the situation is planet-wide. It’s too massive for any leader or group to solve. We are way past the “follow the leader” paradigm. We did that for 6,000 years and look where it got us. Th e solution involves 8 billion individuals. It’s a decentralized solution, not one imposed from above.

We live on a planet where every individual exercises free will. The world situation is a combination and conflation of 8 billion independent creators. The UN isn’t going to solve our problems, or the WHO, or the goverment. This is a collective problem contributed to by 8 billion unique individuals.

Human Consciousness

First let’s discuss what human consciousness is. Human consciousness is a melding of the physical body with a divine soul. Without the understanding that awareness comes from a higher, divine source, the  situation on this planet will continue to deteriorate.

 The idea that self-awareness comes from neurons firing in the brain is something invented by people with no self-awareness. Yet humanity has been operating on this paradigm since hominids emerged from the caves 200,000 years ago. Isn’t it obvious by now that this definition of consciousness produces nothing except war, conflict, misery, and poverty?

Cooperation and harmony, the bedrocks of all successful human societies, comes from a true definition of consciousness: something divine and loving that wants people to succeed, and which brings out the best in people.

The human race is now in the process of discovering this, discarding old belief systems that simply don’t work anymore. On the other side of the equation are those who consciously turn to the dark side and who are working to destabilize the planet. Those people are manifesting the dark memes in the collective consciousness and covering their activities with a veneer of Light. However, the dark memes and the karma in the collective consciousness have been placed there by all of us! Therefore, to disable them requires everyone’s participation. In a sense, current events are a physical representation of the current status of the collective consciousness.

Assigning blame for bad outcomes (conspiracy theories) to one or two human beings or organizations identifies the wrong target (“It’s Bill Gates’ fault!” “Klaus Schwab is the evil genius!” “The government is to blame!” “It’s Donald Trump!”). The situation is being created by all of us, for all humans on the planet contribute to the collective consciousness.

Assigning blame does not solve problems, it continues them.

It’s probably going to get worse before it gets better. Human beings – and all life forms – learn through experience. In order to see the failures of those who apply degraded definitions of consciousness to human societies, people have to see the results in real life. So a lot of bad stuff has to happen first.  That’s the phase we are in now collectively; the phase of working through collective karma.

The question is, how much more time do we have to spend being miserable?

It depends on how many people continue to embrace a false definition of consciousness. A person can believe anything they want. It’s what a person chooses to believe that is important.

To illustrate this concept, here is an assertion: “Intractable human problems like world hunger can be solved overnight if every person on earth embraced the Light.”

What was your reaction to the last sentence? I’ll bet it was something like, “That aint never going to happen.” If it was, don’t feel bad! That’s the natural reaction of probably 99% of the population. It shows how much our minds have been conditioned to believe in a degraded conception of what a human being is, and how we have embraced a faulty conception of human nature.

Humanity has embraced the wrong definition of consciousness

We have, as a species, convinced ourselves that an individual human being is a pile of meat, a savage masquerading as a civilized being, and that human nature not only is conflicted and greedy, but that it is immutable (cannot be changed).

As our societies degrade further into barbarism, the human race is now facing a stark, undeniable fact: We either recognize the divine nature of the human being, or we regress into  worldwide societal collapse.

That’s what the process of Awakening involves: an acceptance of the true nature of consciousness and a rejection of everything that is not in alignment with it.

There are no other “solutions” to humanity’s survival. We have tried them all – political, economic, and sociological – and they have all failed. Our society in 2023 is not too different than society was 200,000 years ago. We still kill animals for food and compete and fight with each other for resources, just like our caveman ancestors. The only difference between then and now is an overlay of technology and a veneer of “civilized behavior.”

We have not advanced very far in wisdom, as a species, since the first primitive hominid emerged from the cave and wondered, “What are those fascinating lights in the sky?”

Back then there was an excuse – humanity was just an infantile species and didn’t know any better. But not today.

  Humanity has always had two evolutionary paths: Dark and Light. The evolutionary path of Light eventually opens a portal to the One consciousness, to Spirit, to God, to the Higher Power, and to peace on earth. The Dark path leads to species suicide.

Our species has the choice to open that portal and achieve peace and prosperity, or to destroy itself. Humanity is in the crucial phase of making that decision at the present time.

Which way will it go?

Well, all humans have free will, and trying to stop another from doing what they want is futile. Maybe after 200,000 years of evolution we can finally learn this! History is replete with groups of people trying to get other groups of people to follow their agendas. That’s how wars start, and how societies collapse.

The only solution left in the evolutionary toolbox is for individuals to embrace a true definition of consciousness; one that rejects hatred and anger and embraces cooperation and harmony. That’s what it has come down to, folks, and it’s a little late in the game to be asking the same stupid questions about which leader or what new policy to follow. It’s time to choose the path of Light and we have to do it NOW. We either understand our divine origins and reject materialism, or we are going under.

For over 300 years we have given Science^TM a big chance to prove itself. But Science^TM has now reached its evolutionary endpoint in this materialistic society. It has become manipulated and politicized junk, just another narrative used by psychopaths to impose their agendas.

“Choosing the path of Light” sounds pretty vague and ineffective, doesn’t it? People have been saying this for 200,000 years. Well, a tiny, tiny minority of people have been advising this throughout human history, but it has never been embraced collectively. The tired, superannuated and false conception of consciousness is always rearing its ugly head to remind us that we are just walking hamburger, and that individual human beings are powerless. However, embracing these false conceptions is a choice.

False, degraded definitions of human nature is the evolutionary path of the Dark that leads to species destruction. We are seeing this destruction on our screens every day.

Anyone Can Quietly Participate

There’s no more time for the same old shit. The consciousness revolution can’t be fought in the streets. That’s an old solution that just leads to revenge, retribution, and death. The new consciousness revolution begins with individuals looking inward, fining their personal portal to God. At this point who cares how you do it! If you can find your personal connection in a church, have at it. If you can find it by walking in the woods or playing on the beach, go for it. Or through meditation, or martial arts, or by embracing a career, or by being a homemaker, it doesn’t matter. Find your path to the light and reject all of the thousands of Dark paths.

The reward for following a path of Light is positive emotion.

Love and harmony are universal solvents because they dissolve hatred and expose darkness. Fighting and conflict increases the stupidity quotient. Embracing harmony and cooperation makes a person more intelligent, and we need more smart people in the world! Anyone can quietly participate in the consciousness revolution. It’s no longer just a nice idea. It’s essential to saving our societies and our planet.

Introduction: Premises

●          The earth is the physical playground for a divine, non-physical consciousness that reincarnates into physical bodies over and over. The physical evolution we observe in species is the corporeal mirror of consciousness evolution, because the essence of non-physical consciousness imprints itself on the physical life, lifetime after lifetime.

●          The “mysteries” of life and death are simple and clear if we understand the role of consciousness. Death is terrifying to those who regard human beings as meat bodies.

●          Religion attempts to clarify life and death – which are really misnomers – by postulating the existence of a soul. The soul is the non-physical individual consciousness that reincarnates into different physical bodies. This is as good a term as any, I suppose. The higher self is that portion of the soul consciousness that cannot “fit” into the physical body. The concept of angels and “guides” are the non-physical portion of the soul that acts as an esoteric guide to the incarnated being during the physical lifetime.

●          The craziness we see manifested in human societies today is the resolution of millennia of karma between individuals and groups throughout human history. Acts that appear to be senseless are the culmination, or ongoing process, of previous activity between people and groups that continue to be unresolved at the soul level. In human relations, very little is random.

Consciousness Evolution

As the soul evolves from lifetime to lifetime, it resembles a spring: a rising series of circles stacked one on top of the other. Each circle represents a lifetime. In each lifetime – no matter how seemingly pointless, miserable, or unsuccessful – something is learned during the interaction with the physical universe.

The spring is a good analogy to life and death because it is continuous. There are no “breaks” in the spring, indicating that consciousness continues, unabated, from lifetime to lifetime. Death is just a reorientation of self-awareness from the physical to the non-physical.

From the POV of a non-materialist, physical “death” is a temporary phenomenon, akin to a state change in frozen water when it becomes liquid, or from liquid to water vapor. Conscious continues, uninterrupted during the transition from physical to non-physical. From the soul perspective, “death” is a return to the Source of consciousness, and “life” is a temporary physical interlude where the physical being  advances in Knowledge during the physical lifetime.

Despite the appearance that death is a termination of life, there are no breaks or stops in self awareness. I have tried to flesh out this idea in my book, The Old Soul, which describes the fictional consciousness evolution of an individual human soul over the 200,000-year period that hominid/human life has existed on this planet.

The genesis of the current spiritual war we are experiencing is between those who understand the concept of consciousness, and those who don’t.

Duality

The physical universe inherently includes separation and duality as a built-in feature. Hot and cold, light and dark, dry and wet, and the natural differentiation between physical objects and physical bodies is part and parcel of what makes the physical universe. “This tree is different than that tree,” and so on throughout the gamut of species and objects on this beautiful and diverse world.

The physical body of a human being, from a geometric perspective, creates a unique viewpoint of the world, because physical bodies are separate and cannot occupy the same place at the same time. Everyone is perceiving from a different angle and position in the physical universe.

All individuals are unique. From the point of view of consciousness, all creatures on this earth are unique. All lifetimes are unique, for they exist uniquely within the space-time continuum.

Separation and duality create contrast, individuality, and individual personalities. Without contrast there can be no distinction between things, and no identification with things.

Because contrast, separation, identity, and individuality are inherent to physical life, there will be conflict. Conflict can only be avoided when enough people understand the nature of life and consciousness.

The Battle

The spiritual battle is between those with purely secular and materialist beliefs, and those who understand – through having lived many lifetimes on the earth, who have transitioned back and forth many, many times between the physical and the non-physical – that consciousness has a metaphysical origin, and that there is no interruption of self-awareness, ever.

The current conflict around Transhumanism and transgenderism, for example, is muddied by those who have a purely materialist conception of life.

Transhumanism is promoted by strict materialists who are terrified of death, and who believe that consciousness is snuffed out when the body dies. In order to prolong life, augmentation of the physical body, or non-biological containers for consciousness, is required.

The idea that Self is snuffed out at death is terrifying, which is why extreme measures are necessary to implement this distorted perspective of life.

Gender confusion originates in the Akash of an incarnated human being who has had enough lifetimes as both male and female to develop a bias one way or another. The Akash is the soul record of every lifetime a person has experienced, somewhat like a steganography image that has concealed information as part of the image bitmap.[1] The Akash is carried with the person during each incarnation. A being who has had 50 lifetimes as a male may find themselves in a female body. I imagine this could cause tremendous confusion, and even anger. So too for the being who has had 50 lifetimes as a female, suddenly finding themselves in a male body. Yikes!

In the past, people just had to make the best of it. But now, with the advance of medical technology, surgery is available for those who do not accept their current physical gender. Unfortunately, very often these surgeries lead to unfortunate complications, for medical technology is not advanced enough to perfectly gender-inverse a physical body. And there are scumbags who take advantage of these vulnerable people.

Gender identity is one of life’s mysteries that can be explained by an understanding of consciousness. Another is the concept of diversity.

Diversity is an idea that, in its original conception, was a positive concept that allowed for the inclusion of different opinions and ideas. But it has been twisted by those with a completely materialist viewpoint. To a materialist, diversity refers only and strictly to the attributes of a physical meat body. Therefore, materialism is quantitative. A broader conception that includes the Source of consciousness will also include quality.

Quality vs Quantity

Quality is the inherent characteristic of consciousness.

For example, “good” and “bad” are qualitative because they are the conclusions of consciousness during the life experience. Beauty, integrity, love, harmony, and compassion cannot readily be quantified. These conceptions are the considerations of consciousness, whereas materialists will determine worth strictly based on observable physical characteristics. Diversity, to a materialist, means “how many white people are there in the group, how many people of color, how many Asians; how many females, how many males,” etc. Those who can look beyond a materialist viewpoint will not only look at obvious physical attributes, but also at character, intelligence, and the diversity of opinion and ideas.

A materialist ignores these distinctions and considers such ideas inflammatory, unhelpful, and crazy. “What are you talking about?” a materialist would say. “Diversity is a racial and sexual characteristic.” And in this conception of consciousness, they are right.

Nowhere was this better illustrated than the recent debate over the election of the Speaker of the House of Representatives last week. The Democrats voted as one group, time after time, for their candidate. They were very exasperated and frustrated by the Republicans, who kept talking about “diversity of opinion,” and “the exchange of ideas,” and “debate is the way democracy works.” It was evident from those who nominated Jeffries that these ideas were  regarded merely as a front for a group of crazies who just don’t get it. Democrats saw their group as united and harmonious, as opposed to the Republicans, who seemed to want to argue and fight endlessly.

On the other hand, Republicans saw how broken the House is, and were debating how to change it. The Democrats nominated Jeffries primarily because he is a person of color. This fits their definition of diversity. During the process of electing the Speaker, the Republicans also nominated a person of color for the job, but ultimately their concerns were more about what they considered diversity of thought and opinion.   

No one side is completely right or wrong. It’s just a matter of perspective.

An Understanding of Consciousness

Unless the nature of consciousness is broadly understood, fighting and conflict will continue to dominate the political landscape.

For a successful life, quality and quantity must be combined.

Meditation and affirmations (quality) are helpful to good health, and so is eating a quality diet. Getting enough sleep, food, and exercise (quantity) are also important.

For success, the metaphysical must be combined with the physical.

Life is a combination of materiality and spirituality. The two must merge if we are to proceed to the goal of peace on earth and prosperity for all.

A massive shift in human consciousness is occurring on our planet

Today, here in Michigan, we are in a deep freeze. The temperature at 2 p.m. is 1 degree Fahrenheit. The winds are howling. Many people think that the weather is a sign of the dark times we are living in. That is a logical interpretation of current events, but I have a radically different interpretation.

As the human trafficking on our southern border reaches over 10,000 per day, along with the trafficking of dangerous drugs like fentanyl, and with the war in Ukraine accelerating in its intensity, and the screaming of people on social media continuing, the world definitely appears to be in a dark place. But in actuality, the darkness is being forced to come to the forefront by the Great Awakening of the consciousness of humanity.

There is a massive energy shift on this planet, can you feel it? Even my two cats can; they are usually bouncy but have been acting strangely all day.

The howling winds of change are the planet’s reaction to this awakening. Behind those winds is a massive infusion of light – the light of awareness, the light that uncovers hidden, twisted monstrosities that have been a part of human consciousness and human society for thousands of years. After this huge winter storm the weather will calm and become sunny. So too will the light of awareness become brighter and more powerful.

The earth has consciousness. It exists in cooperation with humanity. The earth has always had a place in human societies – our very bodies are composed of atoms that come from the earth. The indigenous, for 50,000 years, have kept the human connection to earth alive. Anyone who gardens does so also. Farmers must connect to the earth to know the best times for planting and harvesting, and the best ways to fertilize the soil, and when to let it rest. The earth is the source of life and nourishment for any human society.

The indigenous might grab a handful of dirt, smell it, and taste it.

“What are you doing?” you ask.

“I am communicating with my ancestors.”

Dust thou art, and to dust thou shalt return. Generation after generation, the atoms of the human body return to the earth and are co-mingled.

Our modern religions and spiritual teachings have lost that connection to the earth. We live in metal and concrete cities, and many of us only go outdoors to go to work, enclosed in metal machines and working in office cubicles. Our spirituality teaches us about the Ascended Masters, and God, or the angels, who live in an almost inaccessible realm beyond human understanding. As a result, humanity (especially in the West) is stuck in the higher chakras. We aren’t grounded anymore. We have lost that balance, common sense, and inner strength that comes from connecting to the earth.

Consequently, twisted and dystopian systems of belief like Transhumanism have arisen. Transhumanism wants to merge the human body with electronics such as brain-computer interfaces, or do away with human biology altogether by merging with artificial intelligence created from sterile computer networks.

This is a dark road that, if followed, will lead humanity to an evolutionary dead end.

Behind the Transhumanist movement, and the dark forces in general, is a conscious turning away from the light. All materialist movements such as Transhumanism are based on an irrational fear of death. That is why (they think) the human body must be altered with electronics to prolong life as much as possible, or printed bodies must be created, or human consciousness itself must somehow be moved to artificial containers sustained by computer networks. These are irrational pipe dreams that will never succeed.

Those who turn away from the light gnash and snarl and attack the light, but their motivations are always based in the lower emotions of fear and anger and hatred. These emotions are self destructive, and those who adopt them will destroy themselves. This is already evident and obvious in society today.

The solution is to create a belief system that includes not only God, spirituality, and the angelic realm, but to also re-connect to the earth. In this way the human chakra system becomes balanced. All chakras become activated as a part of normal life.

Many people already do this, and they are the happiest people on earth.

A belief system that includes spirituality/God and the connection to the earth automatically activates all of the chakras. The dark insanities that currently manifest will  gradually subside if this belief system is adopted in society as a whole. But we can do it individually, for ourselves, and create a better balance in our lives regardless of the craziness manifesting in certain individuals and groups.

A look at current events from 40,000 feet

Propaganda

We are governed, our minds are molded, our tastes formed, our ideas suggested, largely by men we have never heard of... In almost every act of our daily lives, whether in the sphere of politics or business, in our social conduct or our ethical thinking, we are dominated by the relatively small number of persons...who understand the mental processes and social patterns of the masses. It is they who pull the wires which control the public mind.”

It is the function of mass agitation to exploit all the grievances, hopes, aspirations, prejudices, fears, and ideals of all the special groups that make up our society, social, religious, economic, racial, political. Stir them up. Set one against the other. Divide and conquer. That’s the way to soften up a democracy.”

Applying the principles of propaganda broadly to the masses was begun by Bernays, who advised businesses in advertising their products. Bernays pioneered the public relations industry's use of mass psychology in their public persuasion campaigns.

As early as 1928, in his book Propaganda, he states:

If we understand the mechanism and motives of the group mind, is it not possible to control and regiment the masses according to our will without their knowing about it? The recent practice of propaganda has proved that it is possible, at least up to a certain point and within certain limits.”

Edward L. Bernays, Propaganda

In a 1947 essay, Bernays called these mass-influencing techniques the “engineering of consent.” This is a good term because it implies a narrative and an intent to promote that narrative via the psychological techniques of mass persuasion. Although Bernays often bragged about his media campaign successes (among them a very successful campaign to get women to smoke), I’m not sure even he would agree with the saturation of propaganda in our society in 2022. Propaganda is precisely what our corporate news media is doing 24 hours a day.

J. Edgar Hoover published his book in 1947, which was also the year the National Security Act, creating the Central Intelligence Agency, was passed. The CIA is the world’s most effective and secretive propaganda agency.

The broad use of propaganda against the public has been employed for a long time.

Self-Awareness 

Propaganda only works, however, on people who have little or no knowledge of self. Propaganda campaigns assume that human beings are like quantum particles in a physics experiment, unknowing ciphers who can be manipulated by constant persuasion and the engineering of consent. The human being as a programmable blank slate, a mass of protoplasm without self-awareness, is the viewpoint of the materialists.

A person grounded in knowledge, with a spiritual center, cannot be persuaded or convinced by propaganda. That is why, throughout history, these people have been ruthlessly attacked by dictators and other anti-social personalities.

Propaganda and persuasion are techniques used by materialists and/or sociopaths who are looking to get over on society. Since the vaccines came out in 2021, about one-fifth of the U.S. population have refused to be vaccinated. Are these people just conspiracy theorists and nutjobs? Perhaps they are souls who have had many lifetimes on this planet, who have reincarnated over and over again, and who have previously experienced propaganda campaigns.

In early 2021 there was no data whatsoever on the mRNA technology’s effectiveness or long term effects (other than the propaganda released by Pfizer and Moderna) because the vaccines were developed and released in less than a year, without any long-term studies. So why did 20% of the population decide not to get vaxxed? Why didn’t they trust the medical bureaucracy? Some say their decisions were pure paranoia, or just plain stupidity. But maybe it was an inner wisdom brought about through the soul’s experiences on earth. Experience, as we all know, is the best teacher. Experience generates wisdom.

Of course this argument is pilloried by those who believe that a human being is meat, and that when your meat dies your consciousness dies. c’est la vie.

The onset of SADS (Sudden Adult Death Syndrome) and a rise in all-cause mortality in people under 50 is a phenomenon first noticed by insurance company actuaries when studying mortality rates in 2021. COVID-19 largely affects those over 60, and particularly those over 70. So COVID isn’t the reason for the rise in these deaths. Since 2021, when the vaccines were released, healthy people in their teens, 20s and 30s have been dying at alarming rates. In Canada 13 medical doctors have died “suddenly and unexpectedly,” and not from COVID. There are opinions on both sides as to whether the vaccine caused these deaths. And that’s the difficulty. The human race is in the middle of an information and spiritual war for the souls, hearts, and minds of humanity. It’s a war between light and dark. 

How does one tell whether a narrative is propaganda or the truth? You have to look at both sides of the issue and make up your own mind. That requires discernment. Discernment comes from wisdom and wisdom comes from Knowledge and experience.  

A human being is an immortal spirit temporarily associated with a physical body. Without this Knowledge (capital K), a person is vulnerable to manipulation, peer pressure, and psychological/propaganda campaigns. One thing is certain in this spiritual war: more of them are on the way.

Social Separation

In these crazy times it has never been more important to find your center. We may not have much control over events, but we can control how we react to them. Fortunately, as the world descends into madness, more and more people are (literally) seeing the light and rejecting the darkness.

Across the planet, the human family is embracing the light of higher consciousness. The dark-light ratio in human consciousness, which for millennia has favored the dark (study history, which is largely a series of wars and conflicts), is tilting in the direction of the light. This is exposing the dark actors.  

As this process continues there will be a gradual separation between those who want contention and conflict, and those who want peace and stability. Society will split into these two camps; not only ideologically and socially, but also physically. In the former camp, fighting and conflict will be the norm and will be isolated to these physical spaces. It is already beginning as people move out of places they no longer consider livable, and move into places that are more conducive to peace and prosperity.

In the first social grouping, Transhumanism and totalitarianism will be embraced. “Parent 1” and “Parent 2” will be substituted for mother and father. In the other camp, the emphasis will be on the family, on peace, on free speech, and on real inclusion regardless of race, color, or creed. We are already observing this socially. Gradually, over the decades, the first camp will become less and less numerous and the peaceful social groupings will grow larger and larger.

Presently, society is chaotic because both camps are spread fairly uniformly throughout society. But that won’t last.

The root cause of this separation phenomenon is based in consciousness. Automatically, this puts understanding beyond the purview of the materialists and the totalitarians, who believe that a human being is meat, and who completely reject the idea that consciousness continues after the body dies. Is this concept so difficult to understand? It is for those who have turned away from the light.

Those who have chosen to reject the light will become more and more confused and will react more and more crazily, because it will seem that an invisible hand (the hand of higher consciousness) is working against them. This will cause them to react in the only way they know: with anger, hatred, and violence, which will be directed against themselves.  

Paradox

Paradoxically, when the light shines brighter the dark reacts with anger and hatred. This manifests itself in random violence, the politicization of everything from politics to science, and vitriol on mass media and social media.

It appears that the world is being destroyed and that the situation is hopeless. But what if it’s the old world being destroyed? The old world based in darkness. There aint no free rides. We don’t get to wave a magic wand and magically dissolve human karma that has been built up over thousands of years. We have to work through it. My guess is that some of the random violence is due to karma from past lifetimes. What seems random may just be old scores being settled.

[shrug] You can only see this from 40,000 feet. It makes no sense to those without self-awareness, and it isn’t obvious even then. But I’m an eternal optimist, so hopefully my words have cheered you up a little.

Takeaways

Propaganda and mass agitation are the tools of the dark. As more and more people wake up, the effectiveness of propaganda and psychological/information operations will substantially lessen.

The impetus for the breakdown of the old world is the light of higher consciousness. This will eventually cause a social separation between those who embrace the light and those who turn away from it. Gradually, society will stabilize at a higher level of consciousness.
