Two Stories about Compassion and Love

THE STOLEN WATCH

By Khurshid Ali and Kenneth J. M. MacLean

In one class of an elite college, there were 30 students.  One of the students got a very precious wrist watch from his father as a birthday gift. He put this watch on and went to the college. With pride he showed it to everyone and received praise. Then, during break time, he put the watch on his desk and went outside. When he came back, the watch was not there. Somebody had stolen it.  He got very worried and told his professor, “I have lost the precious watch I received from my father as a birthday gift.”

“How was it lost?” the professor asked.

“During the break I put it on my desk and went outside. When I returned, the watch was not there.”

“Well, this happened just now, so no new person could have come into the room, nor could anyone have left. This means that the watch must be here. I hope we can find it.”

The  professor was sure that he could find the watch but he did not desire that anyone would see who had stolen the watch. He wanted to save the thief. The professor found a solution. “Every student must blindfold himself. All of you stand in a row.”

The professor then went down the row, tapping the pockets of each of the students until he found the watch in one of the student’s pockets. But he did not stop his search until he reached the end of the row. Therefore, none of the students knew which of them was the thief.

The  professor then continued with his lecture and after class returned the watch to the student who lost it without telling anyone who the thief was.

During the following days the thief became more and more worried, for this was not the first time he had stolen, even though he had never been caught.

“What if the professor tells the dean that I was the thief? Then my whole story will come out. What if he tells my parents? I will be expelled.”

The thief worried and grew more and more anxious. Finally, he could take it no more. He went to the professor and abased himself. “I am so sorry I stole that watch. I thank you so much for not revealing to anyone that I was the thief.”

The professor smiled at the student. “But I did not know who the thief was until you came to me.”

The student was shocked. “But how is this? You knew who I was because you took the watch from my pocket before returning it.”

“No. I blindfolded myself before I conducted the search. I was wondering if you would come to me and admit your guilt. Now that you have done so, I am satisfied.”

The thief was amazed.

“You see,” the professor said, “I did not wish to know who the thief was.  I did not want to remember the incident.  My job is not to find the weaknesses of my students, but to help them live a better life.  A person and his actions are two different things. We can choose our actions.  Deep inside, every person is good.  Our actions, however,  depend upon the time, the circumstances, and our  thoughts, and change with time.  At different times or under a different situation, a person might behave differently.  We should not form a final opinion of anyone unless we give them a chance to right their wrong. You have done so, and I am proud of you.”

From that moment the thief’s life changed. He told the professor of his other thefts and how he would make restitution. He vowed then and there to only do good in the world, and help others. “I will show the patience and the compassion to others that you showed to me.”

The professor had tears in his eyes. “I believe you. I think you will be a force for good in the world.”

The former thief kept his promise. He made restitution to all he had robbed. Over the years he made enough money in his job to found a small school that would teach the principles of tolerance and compassion, for he had learned these things the hard way. He named the school after his professor.

At first he had trouble getting students, for in this world compassion comes a distant second to making money, ambition, and self-promotion. But gradually the school began to gain a reputation for integrity and adherence to the highest educational standards. The school flourished.

He invited the professor, now an old man, to give a lecture to his students at their graduation. The professor invited his former student up on the stage, and asked him to describe that long-ago incident.

At first the founder was concerned that his reputation would be sullied and that he would lose students if he told the truth about his past. The professor looked at him gravely. Finally the founder smiled and realized that this was a further test of his integrity. He described the incident truthfully, and all he had done. “And so you see,” he said to the audience, “that my old professor was able, without punishment or even mentioning my thievery to anyone, to turn my entire life around.”

The professor said, “It is better to not try to know bad things about others.  If a person makes a mistake, he should  be given a chance to realize it and correct it by himself.  Just imagine, if this incident of stealing had not happened, my student would never have thought about founding this wonderful school.”

One of the students in the audience objected. “By ignoring thievery, we promote thievery,” he said. “To stop thieves the consequences for their wicked actions must be severe.”

The professor smiled. “Before we look at the weaknesses or the vices in others, we must look at our own vices. If we do not want others to know or talk about our vices, then why should we do so? Even when we notice someone’s faults, we must remember that he or she also has good in them. Rather than castigating wrong behavior, it is better to recognize the good and praise a person for that. In doing so, we will help him improve and become a better person. And most important, seeing the good in others is a source of heartfelt pleasure for us.”

The professor then said, “Thievery, and other dark things, only come when we fail to see the good in people. Those who we have abandoned then turn on us, and on society. Ponder this.”

The parents and the students left the lecture with a lot to think about.

After the speech, the founder of the school was still concerned that parents would not want to send their students to a school run by an admitted thief, for the founder had proclaimed loud and wide that his school was run only by those with the highest integrity. But over the next year, the school increased its membership even more.

Such is the power of light when it is recognized in others over the power of dark to punish.

What do you think?

THE POWER OF LOVE

By Khurshid Ali and Kenneth J. M. MacLean

Once upon a time a very loving family came upon ill fortune. They lost all their belongings and money, and in the end even the house they lived in was taken by the bank so that the family became homeless.

However, the father, the mother, two sons, and two daughters were united in love. The parents respected their children and the children loved their father and their mother.

The father said, “God is kind and our bond of love is strong. This misfortune is only temporary. It is a trial for us but we will stand up to it and come out successful.”

The weather was warm. Three miles from the neighborhood there was a small forest. The family had nothing. It was either go downtown to the homeless shelter, or live temporarily outdoors in the woods. The father said, “We will go to the forest. There we will make a temporary hut and try our luck. I will seek work in the city and when our good days come, we will take back our house and live in it again.”

The father was very confident because he believed in the power of love.

So they all piled into the car with some canned goods and drove to a small dirt parking lot that bordered the woods and went into the forest. While they were looking for a suitable place, the family saw a small clearing among a stand of trees with deadwood from a fallen tree that they could use for fires. A small stream ran through the clearing. They thought this was a good place, so near that tree they put all their belongings and took a rest. The father, who was a carpenter, began weaving tree branches together to form a small hut. While this work was in progress they saw a very unusual looking bird sitting on a tree branch.

The family was hungry so they decided to prepare some food.

The father asked the son to go and collect some wood so that they could make a fire.

“OK father.”

The bird on the tree was watching this. He said “Ha ha ha, what a bunch of losers you are!” But the family did not care and went on with their work.

The father told the daughter to take the pail and to go to the stream and fetch some water.

“Yes dad, I will do it.” She took the pail and went to the stream and filled it up.

The bird began to laugh again at the family.

The family did not pay any attention to it and went on with their work. Soon the father had made a snug little shelter and covered the roof with boughs from an evergreen tree to keep out the rain. The family stood outside their hut and admired it.

The father asked his wife to make some food. “Yes my dear I will do it. We have enough canned goods to last us for a while.”

The bird laughed very loudly. “What will you do when your food runs out?”

The father looked at the bird. This was a very unusual bird, large and brightly colored. The father said, “Oh, no problem. When our food runs out we will catch you, kill you, and then cook you.” Then he spoke to all members of the family. “This bird looks tasty. Let us catch him and cook him right now.”

The family all said in unison: “Yes dad, let’s do it!”

Hearing this, the bird became frightened. He said, “No no, please don’t kill me. I am a poor bird, but I know here in this forest there is a place where a treasure is buried. I will lead you to that treasure.”

The father agreed and the bird flew away. The family followed. After a half mile of walking there was a black stone, the bird asked them to turn over the stone. Under that stone was a hole and when they dug into the ground they found an ornately enameled box. Inside the box were two oilskins, each containing an ancient manuscript upon which maps were drawn. The family was very happy and they thanked the bird. The father took one of the manuscripts, leaving the other in the box. He drove to a bookseller in the city that sold rare manuscripts and showed him the map. The bookseller was astounded. “Do you know what this is?”

The father shook his head. “It is valuable, I’d stake my life on that.”

“Valuable indeed! This map is at least 300 years old and should fetch a great price. If you will permit, I will auction the map for some collectors I know, and take 10% of the proceeds.”

This was agreed. The old map fetched an astounding price, enough for the family to pay the debt on their house and move back in. The family was grateful and began to live a happy life once more.

Their neighbor saw this with surprise. One day he asked how had it all happened. The mother told the story of how they were going to live in the forest until the father could find work. She told him about the unusual bird and how it had made fun of them. “When we threatened to kill him, it led us to the treasure.”

The neighbor thought they could do the same. So they went to the same forest and found the tree where the bird was sitting. They found the shelter. But the family had forgotten to bring food and it would be dark soon. They didn’t want to walk all the way back to the car and decided to spend the night.

The father said, “We are hungry, we need something to eat.” He asked his son, “Go and collect some wood so that we can make a fire.”

The son said, “Why should I go? You are sitting and not doing anything, you do it.”

The bird laughed.

The father became angry. “You stupid bird, who are you to laugh? This is a family matter.”

Then father then said to the daughter, “Go and fetch some water with the pail.”

The daughter said, “Fetching water is work for a man. Let my brother do it.”

The bird laughed again. The father said, “You scoundrel, shut up!”

The father asked his wife to cook something, for they were all hungry.

His wife said, “You fool! We have no food, we didn’t bring any.”

The bird said, “You have nothing to cook, what will you do? You are a very stupid family. I know beggars smarter than you.”

The father became enraged. “We will catch and kill you and then cook you if you don’t show us the treasure!”

The bird said, “Ha ha ha, I am not afraid of you people. You are not united, you squabble and bicker and don’t cooperate with each other, you can do nothing against me.”

“But you showed that other family the treasure! You must show us too.”

The bird said, “For that family I had great respect, for they were united in love and did not complain about their diminished circumstances. If that family had decided to catch me, they would have done so easily. But you people are stupid and I have no liking for you. Get away from here!” The bird flew away, laughing.

This family spent a miserable night in the woods. In the morning it began to rain. They had to trek three miles back to the parking lot, arguing and blaming each other all the way.

Love isn’t just a concept. It results in harmony and cooperation, and sometimes, even good luck.

The Second Wild Card

How do you transform human societies that have been mired in darkness for thousands of years? Through what I call wild cards.

This term I got from Isaac Asimov’s Foundation series (specifically, the book Foundation and Empire). In this story, an unexpected human actor — “The Mule” — shockingly takes society away from the accepted predictions of psychohistorian Hari Seldon.

We have already had one Wild Card in politics — President Trump. Nobody expected a goofy TV show host to actually win the presidency — and then have an enormous worldwide influence. For better or worse, Trump is literally excoriating the old system and forcing people to wake up. It’s no longer possible to be on the sidelines anymore, or straddle the fence.

Now, a second Wild Card has appeared in the entertainment industry — Kanye West. All ten of the tunes on his new recording, Jesus is King, occupied the top ten on the Gospel music charts. https://www.forbes.com/sites/hughmcintyre/2019/11/11/kanye-west-makes-history-on-the-gospel-songs-chart/#5f4b691124b8

Remember when Kanye met with Donald Trump at Trump Tower on December 13, 2016? That was a shocker to the entertainment industry, and to everyone else. https://hollywoodlife.com/2016/12/13/why-did-kanye-west-meet-donald-trump-reason-meeting-multicultural-issues/

His seven-word tweet back in 2016, where he threw his support to Trump, literally scandalized the entire entertainment industry. Although West occasionally talked about God in his music he was basically a rapper and a secularist. Then, West suddenly did a 180 and proclaimed his devotion to God. And supported Trump. WTF?

But that’s what Wild Cards do — they do 180s.

Less well known is Kanye’s visit to Russia two weeks before his meeting with Trump. According to Hollywood Life, West was in Moscow for business, meeting with subversive Russian fashion designer Gosha Rubchinskiy.

https://hollywoodlife.com/2018/05/03/kanye-west-trip-russia-2016-before-trump-tower-meeting/

But apparently Kanye had what I call a severe reality adjustment while he was there. Most Americans believe Russia is evil — a holdover from the days of communism, and from the ridiculous Russiagate stories that have demonized the Russians and that have tried to restart another Cold War. Our media has taught us to think that Russia is a totalitarian society. Well, it is an oligarchy run by Putin, but Russia is also Orthodox Christian. My guess is that Kanye became aware of that and had some kind of spiritual awakening. Otherwise, why would he meet with such a hated figure as Donald Trump so soon after? That’s my theory anyway. Of course, Russiagate believers will say that the evil Vladmir Putin subverted Kanye’s mind just as he did Trump’s. But really, is Russia that important? When was the last time you saw a “Made in Russia” sticker on anything? They don’t make anything anybody wants, their economy is nothing compared to the US and China. The only influence they have is their nuclear weapons, but even Israel and Pakistan have them. Russia is a comparatively minor player on the world stage; a player that has been lifted to almost AntiChrist proportions by the U.S. media.

What makes Kanye a true Wild Card are his “popup Sunday Services” in which thousands pay to hear sermons about God and be entertained. Fox News sent a church-going reporter to attend one of Kanye’s Sunday Services, and this is what he reported: https://www.foxnews.com/opinion/kanye-west-sunday-service-jonathan-morris

Chris Yee, writing in Christianity Today, also went to one of Kanye’s worship services. He drove 400 miles to LA just to satisfy his curiosity.

“He’s tapping into an urban market,” says Susie Seiko, an LA musician and longtime West fan. Seiko, who frequents multiple churches in the area including Hillsong Church LA, is excited about Kanye’s new direction. “He’s showing the world that you can believe in God and still be excited and lit about music.”

Called “Sunday Service,” these pop-up worship events were originally described by Kanye’s wife Kim Kardashian West as a “healing experience” to “start off your week.” The initial events were usually private and hosted Hollywood A-listers like Brad Pitt and Katy Perry. Back then, I couldn’t help but assume that the services were more about self-promotion than sincerity, and that like many artists before him, Kanye was commodifying the church experience for clout and profit.

But following a widely attended Sunday Service at Coachella earlier this year, where the visibly distressed rapper wept during the performance, something changed. West said that afterwards he became “born again.”

With most shows now open to the public, the crowd, filled with the inevitable mismatch of hypebeasts and hipsters drawn to LA headliners, seems to validate Seiko’s claim. His most diehard fans seem to be taking this newfound faith to heart. Juan Rosales, an LA native who calls West “one of the greatest rap artists ever,” has not attended church in years, but says that the lyrics of “Closed on Sunday” are making him rethink the idea of the Sabbath. “The Bible says you shouldn’t work on Sunday, so I want to use that day to reconnect with family members and go to church more often.”

While many are embracing West’s new God-centered music (some have even skipped their weekly church service to attend the event), others from non-religious backgrounds say that West is their first real exposure to Christianity. Pasha Esmaili has never stepped inside a church before but loves to watch the services online. “[Kanye’s] the only person who can make me like this kind of music. I’m not religious, but even him playing this makes me feel some type of way. It’s weird,” he says.

https://www.christianitytoday.com/ct/2019/november-web-only/what-kanye-wests-sunday-service-taught-me-about-grace.html

West’s worship services, and the exploding sales of his new recording, sounds like a cultural phenomenon. TMZ reports that this Sunday, West will bring his worship services to Houston Texas at the Lakewood Church, where he’ll appear before 45,000 live, and a 10,000,000 TV audience.

Kanye West may have his biggest audience yet for a Sunday Service, because we’ve learned he’s agreed to take the stage for Joel Osteen’s incredibly popular Sunday ritual.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ … Ye and Joel have been talking fairly regularly recently … they’ve become friends, especially since Kanye has doubled down in his devotion to God.

We’re told the plan is for Kanye to show up at Joel’s 11 AM service in Houston this coming Sunday at the Lakewood Church. Kanye will walk up to the pulpit and have a conversation with Joel that will last between 20 and 30 minutes.

Our sources say Joel wants his congregation — which stands 45,000 strong — and his TV audience — which stands at 10 million in the U.S. alone — to hear how Kanye has overcome significant adversity in his life.

As one source put it, “Kanye used to be about nothing greater than himself. Now it’s all about a higher power.” BTW, Kanye has echoed this sentiment before. We’re told Joel will ask Kanye to contrast his life then and now.

https://www.tmz.com/2019/11/12/kanye-west-joel-osteen-sunday-service-megachurch/

Kanye West isn’t just another hypocritical TV evangelist, although his secular critics claim he’s a sellout. Kanye is a Wild Card. No telling how big he’s going to get, and what other Wild Cards will show up before the Biggie — the 2020 presidential election.

In an earlier blog post, I wrote that “nobody expected this.” That’s because Wild Cards are totally unpredictable. The good news? Wild Cards are a sign of an evolving society, a society that is wresting itself away from the control of elitists who use political and economic institutions for their benefit.

The history of our planet has been intervals of peace between countless wars paid for and begun by elites. That is going to stop because people aren’t going to put up with it anymore. That’s what the great awakening on this planet is all about.

Are you frightened about current events? Don’t be. In the past the fix was in, the masses were kept quiet by a complacent news media that reflected the viewpoints of the warmongers. Many people long for that past because the darkness was hidden and they could live their lives without seeing the dark underbelly of human societies. Now it’s being exposed and that makes people uncomfortable. Well, take heart from these words by Thomas Jefferson, in a letter to James Madison on January 30, 1787: “I prefer dangerous freedom over peaceful slavery.”

CompassionateIsm

The political debate is raging. Millenials love socialism because they think it’s a system that values people more than the corporatist capitalism we live in now. Some people even favor going all the way to Communism. Everyone agrees that fascism and Naziism are terrible.

These –isms serve to keep us fighting each other. In a previous blog post I described how socialism, communism, corporate capitalism, and naziism are identical. (See “Are You Confused?” https://kjmaclean.com/wordpress/?p=507)

They are all materialistic and suppress the higher qualities of tolerance, love, and compassion. If humanity is ever to end the endless wars and realize its potential, we will have to abandon these old –isms and embrace new ones.

One of my favorite political commentators is Jimmy Dore, an ardent socialist (”progressive”) and a big Bernie Sanders fan. Dore digs out the facts and is a brilliant political commentator who will criticize anyone on the left or the right. But Dore and his panel (and Bernie) have a fuzzy view of socialism, thinking it is a benign lovey-dovey system that is focused on bringing about greater human potential. This flies in the face of facts. Perhaps Dore is talking about a “new” socialism, because socialist states in the past have been totalitarian dictatorships run by psychopaths and mass murderers like Hitler, Pol Pot, Stalin, and Mao. A socialist state is an authoritarian, completely centralized government where power devolves to a few elites, shutting out the rest of us. To see this examine the scum who ran Nazi Germany, Pol Pot’s Cambodia, Stalin and Lenin’s Soviet Union, and Xi Jinping’s frightening AI-BigTech state where the goal is control of 1.4 billion people by a few thousand. Yeah, let’s not go that route!

I’m all in favor of a more compassionate –ism, which I call Compassionateism. This is a system that, unfortunately, depends on higher consciousness. We’re getting there, but it’s going to take some time.

It is evident that younger people are sick and tired of the old system (not as sick and tired of it as I am!). The United States has been at war constantly for 30 years. Millennials have grown up with this, and have been living in a corporate capitalist state their entire lives. This is why so many are turning to socialism. But we gotta have a different kind of socialism, a kinder, gentler version.

The problem is that socialism, and the other old, worn-out –isms, come with too much baggage. In the 20th century socialist/communist states killed about 100 million of their own people. This kind of shit has got to stop. And Bernie Sanders isn’t the answer. Bernie talks a good game. He purports to represent the working class (as does the traditional socialist state), but Bernie has never worked a day in his life. Actually he has. In an interview I read a few months ago (which I’m not going to dig up) Bernie joked that yes, he did have a job once. He was a carpenter for a few weeks. He said, “I was a pretty bad carpenter.” Don’t get me wrong, I like Bernie’s honesty, which is why so many people are attracted to him. But how can a guy who has been feeding from the public trough his entire life represent the working class? Unfortunately, Bernie is just another elitist.

Corporate capitalism isn’t much better. The U.S. military has been the enforcement arm of the Deep State, along with other psychopaths in the CIA and the intel community. These warmonngers favor regime-change wars in Syria, Libya, Iraq, Afghanistan, Panama … the list goes on. The CIA tries to topple leaders like Maduro in Venezuela even though they have been popularly elected, putting up U.S.-backed puppets like Guaido. (See “Venezuela’s Opposition Leader, U.S. Embark On Risky Strategy For Military Uprising,” https://www.npr.org/2019/01/31/690468881/venezuelas-opposition-leader-u-s-embark-on-risky-strategy-for-military-uprising )

Why? Because Venezuela has lots of oil. Our involvement in Syria and Libya and Venezuela and Iraq have been to keep the war machine going. The war machine needs lots of oil, and it needs wars to justify its existence.

So OK, we need a new system. The old –isms just keep people fighting over which one of them is right. The answer is NONE OF THEM ARE.

Forget Trump, forget Bernie, forget the clowns in the Democratic debates (Except perhaps for Tulsi Gabbard, although she also believes in the old –ism of socialism).

Right now the world is engaged in throwing off the oppression of the global elites. It’s happening in Hong Kong, France, Britain, Chile and other South American governments. It will be exciting to see where that leads.

In a previous blog post I said that “human progress advances one grave at a time.” This is based on the famous Max Planck quote that science doesn’t progress because other scientists see the value in an opposing theory, but because the adherents to the old theories die off. That’s precisely what is going to happen with the old –isms.

The consciousness of humanity is rising. That’s why there is so much confusion these days, so much contention. The light is penetrating the darkness and people are waking up, it’s as simple as that. That’s why people are in the streets in Hong Kong, Chile, and in France. People are tired of the elites dictating policy from outfits like the IMF, the World Bank, and other institutions funded by the global wealthy elites.

What will happen? Old fogies like me will die off. New kids will come in, born in a new, higher energy. Yeah, some of them will go to the dark side because we live on a planet of free will. But most of them will go to the light.

Peace on earth is INEVITABLE.

It cannot be stopped by the warmongers, no matter how many regime-change wars they start. More and more people are fed up with a globalist-imposed darkness. These elitist organizations will collapse under the weight of their own internal contradictions and their own corruption.

For now, sit back and enjoy the ride, knowing that a bright future is assured even if events don’t yet reflect this. For in truth, the parade of insanity known as Current Events is being driven by the Light as it exposes corruption everywhere it touches.

Technolgy and Spirituality

One of the elements within the battle of dark and light on the planet is the resolution of technological advances with the awareness of the spiritual nature of the human being. We live on a planet of free will. That means individuals can freely decide to go to the dark or the light.

Right now the dark army on the planet is represented in the US by Big Tech and Big Pharma. In China the dark army is concentrated within the Chinese Communist Party and the PLA, the People’s Liberation Army.

In China, for example, dissidents – the Uyghur minority, the Falun Gong (Chinese religious group), dissident Christians, and others who won’t toe the party line – are held in concentration camps. Organs are taken from these dissidents and placed in organ banks for wealthy recipients in need of hearts, livers, and other organs. If you don’t believe it, listen to this.

It was Google who helped the CCP censor their internet, and who also helped Xi Jinping design his Sesame Credit social credit/surveillance system.

The dark armies in China and in the US are cooperating.

5G

With a 5G network, smart phones will be obsolete. Every electronic device will have a camera and a listening device. Light poles, traffic lights on the outside, refrigerators, stoves, TVs, toasters, computers, and anything else you use that is electronic on the inside. And of course your phone if you have one. Therefore, all citizens will be monitored 24/7. When the 5G network is fully operational it will be able to send voice, text, data, and multimedia almost instantaneously, anywhere in the world. The Alexa and Nest devices are trial runs for 5G, as are AI like Apples’s Siri. The commercials promoting this are everywhere. “Alexa, give me restaurants near me.” The idea is to make people dependent on AI and attenuate their cognitive abilities. (Research it yourself? What a novel idea!) This is the plan of Big Tech and the global elites, to monitor the plebes/deplorables anywhere and everywhere. The next step after that in the plan, 6G, is to use the 5G network in partnership with brain implants. Then the authorities will be able to monitor even your thoughts. Dissidents will be easy to identify. For the elites in the CCP and Big Tech, this is a dream scenario.

How do you like it so far?

Of course this will never come to fruition on a planet where the consciousness of everyone is rising. But it’s the plan, and it’s being implemented. The question is, will people wake up in time to see it? My guess is yes.

I love technology, and don’t know what I would do without it. Technology is a good thing, and I think AI will eventually be used in a helpful fashion. But technology that promotes and advances materialism at the expense of a human being’s higher potential will eventually result in a stagnant society, ruled from above. This has been known and written about since before WWII. Books like Escape from Freedom by Erich Fromm, Animal Farm by Huxley, and 1984 by George Orwell have shown us the dark army plan. I wrote about this in my new novel, The Old Soul.  I also wrote about this in my blog post, “The Global Elites vs the Citizens.”

Wealthy elites, for obvious reasons, love centralized governments. The more totalitarian the better, for then access is restricted to a tiny few (them). (The fake debate between “left” and “right” obscures the real dichotomy: between tyranny/materialism and freedom/recognition of human divinity.) This is what is occurring in China, as a dozen or so powerful families consisting of a few thousand people, through the communist party and its military enforcement arm (the Peoples Liberation Army), control a nation of 1.4 billion. The same thing is being tried here in the US, as Big Tech censors the internet and mass media march to the “party line” of political correctness and hatred in the fake debate between liberals and conservatives.

Fortunately, here in the US, more and more people are waking up. This is occurring partially because of Donald Trump, the most polarizing figure in the history of the world. But why is this guy so polarizing? Because he is the actor playing the role of dismantling the old, dark world of gun running, drug running, and human trafficking. And because of his gigantic ego of course.

When the scope of human and child trafficking is finally exposed, and the organizations that are involved, most people simply won’t believe it. For that reason I don’t think it will be fully exposed to the public. A few people will get arrested, a few prominent politicians and corporate executives will be thrown in jail, and the world will gradually improve. We’re already seeing this.

The exposure is going to accelerate as we approach the 2020 election, which eerily resembles the 1860 election of Republican Abraham Lincoln, who was virulently opposed by slave owning Democrats in the south. We know what happened to Lincoln, as he was assassinated during the end of the Civil War at the Ford Theater by John Wilkes Booth in 1865. Prominent people like Tom Arnold, and others, have already spoken or tweeted about killing Trump.

Some people say we are approaching a modern-day civil war, but that is fantasy. There will be no kinetic warfare, because this battle is being fought within the information realm. The light is exposing the darkness on both “sides” of the duality. And it’s going to continue until the duality is transcended.

I’m actually excited to see what the timeline will bring forth. I am an eternal optimist about the future of humanity. I see ups and downs, but eventual success. How fast that happens is utterly dependent on the activities of old souls. The duality will be transcended not because of people like Trump or Hillary, but because of old souls on the planet who send their light everywhere, through meditations and visualizations. That’s because the collective level of consciousness defines the parameters for action in the physical world. In a lower consciousness, violence and intimidation are accepted. In a higher consciousness, people don’t think of confrontation, but more peaceful ways of resolving conflict. It’s a gradual process.

The real action, as I’ve said many times, is on the mental/spiritual/esoteric plane, for thought and intent controls action. The esoteric grids of the planet absorb and record every thought, and the Law of Attraction works to manifest them. People like Trump and Tom Arnold and Hillary are just actors on the public stage. Their actions are constrained (or enabled) by the collective consciousness of humanity.

That’s what this war of dark and light is all about.

Global Elites vs the Citizens

The interplay between dark and light is becoming clearer “on the ground.” We’re seeing an all-out battle now, between the wealthy elites who control most of the world’s media, finance, banking, and resources, and the citizens of the various nations. The global elites meet every year in Davos, Switerland, to decide how We the People are supposed to be governed. These are the hedge fund managers on Wall Street, the CEOs of Big Tech, the CEOs of international corporations who control the oil market, the pharmaceutical companies, the chemical companies, the banks, and their political representatives. The U.S. government is set up to benefit the General Motors’, the Exxons, and the Goldman Sachs’. The global elites also control the worldwide drugs, arms, and human trafficking networks.

Then a world-class prick by the name of Donald Trump came along and began to disrupt their comfortable system.

Trump is an egomaniac. Even those who support him, like Steve Bannon, say he’s deeply flawed and hard to get along with. He’s also a businessman, not a politician, and isn’t “presidential” at all.

He’s throwing the old system, the one set up to benefit the wealthy elites, under the bus. And they are pissed!

He’s also leading a populist movement all over the world, and the elites are frightened to death. They are mobilizing their corporate-controlled media to slam this guy, as Chuck Schumer said back in Jan 2017, “six ways from Sunday.” It’s not just Trump involved in the populist movement. The Yellow Vests in France are also fighting the global elites and their corporate/fascist “rule from above.” The millennials in Hong Kong are a part of this – rejecting the totalitarian surveillance state set up by President Xi Jinping. It’s what Brexit is all about – rejecting rule from a one-size-fits-all outfit in Brussels.

Here’s a Trump tweet I celebrated (a rare occasion, I have to admit, because I read them all)

EndlessWarTweet.jpg

“…it is time for us to get out of these Endless Wars…” The intelligence community doesn’t like this. The warmongering John Bolton’s of the world don’t like it. The national security establishment and the military-industrial corporate complex don’t like it. Because these are institutions controlled by the warmongers, who are supported by global elites like Mark Zuckerberg, Bill Gates. George Soros, and Alphabet Inc.

It’s funny to read the comments below these tweets from intelligence community shills. They accuse Trump of abandoning our allies in Syria, the Kurds. These are the same warmongers (along with the CIA’s mouthpiece, the Washington Post) who criticized the effort to denuclearize NoKo and create peace on the Korean Peninsula.

Who ISN’T in favor of peace?

The guys who are making money from war. The banks, the defense contractors, the warmongers, and their paid media representatives. The elites. The people who go to Davos every year.

Well, every year Trump goes to Davos he gives them hell, just like good ol’ Harry Truman (I’m old enough to remember that president).

I’m all for bringing our troops home and getting out of endless wars, but the elites who control the corporations involved in war (the military-industrial complex) aren’t.

I’m for peace, not war, and I’ll support anyone who wants to get us out of Iraq, Afghanistan, and Syria. Even a prick like Trump. We have no business there, other than to support the business-as-usual of the global elites and their arms trafficking and drug running and human trafficking. Because, behind these endless wars, the human and child trafficking networks flourish. You can research this yourself.

What happened when Barack Obama won the Nobel “Peace” Prize in December 2009? He increased troop strength in Afghanistan shortly afterward.

https://www.cnn.com/2009/POLITICS/12/01/obama.afghanistan/index.html

Michael Gerson got it right in the Washington Post at the time. This was before the paper was bought by Jeff Bezos and became the mouthpiece of the intelligence community.

[Barak’s Nobel acceptance speech] was a ‘very American speech’ and [Gerson] wrote that ‘Obama was recognizing that the great commitments and themes of American foreign policy are durably bipartisan’”.

Source: “2009 Nobel Peace Prize.” https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2009_Nobel_Peace_Prize

The above quote from Gerson is media/elite speak for “we’ll frame the agenda for you, plebians, using our political and media representatives.” Gerson is right: Our foreign policy is conducted by Democrats and Republicans — those who reflect the agenda of the global elites. Barack Obama was a great guy. He was very “presidential,” but endless-war-as-usual continued under his administration. That’s because he read from the scripts written by foreign policy elites. That aint happening now. It’s why the elites and their spokesmen and spokeswomen are so upset.

Trump is fighting the warmongers but they are fighting back. You can see it every day in the news now. It’s horrible to say, but there are vested interests on this planet who don’t want peace. Why? Because world peace is bad for their drug, arms, and human trafficking organizations. Trump aint no saint. He wants peace not for peace itself, but because it’s good for business and commerce. That’s a degraded motivation for those of higher consciousness, but world peace can never happen unless the old system breaks down. And Trump is breaking it down.

Here’s what prompted me to write this article. I read a disgusting news site called Drudge Report (along with dozens of other sites on the left and the right) – which is a site that tries to spread as much chaos, fear, and confusion as possible. I read it because sites like Drudge are part of the global media network. Their job is to skewer anyone who tries to bust the old system of endless war. These are the headlines I saw today after the Trump tweet above about getting our troops out of Syria:

Syria withdrawal draws GOP condemnation…
TURKEY MOVES IN…
KURDS ALARMED…
ISIS fighters will break out of prison camps?
MCCONNELL BLASTS…
ROMNEY: ‘Betrayal’…
Colin Powell Unloads: Foreign Policy in Shambles…

Here are the representatives of the global elites whining and moaning about our withdrawal from another endless war with ISIS. It’s horrible! This a-hole Trump is destroying foreign policy as usual! It’s too hard to keep our endless wars going! Oh no!

“You’re an idiot,” you say. “Foreign policy and diplomacy are the responsibility of those trained for it, and they’re a lot smarter than you.” Right. And where are these wonderful people who have been running U.S. foreign policy trained? Why, at the elite private schools of course. And what has U.S. foreign policy been engaged in for the past 30 years? Endless war.

I can’t think of a better way to describe my point than to post an image of former Secretary of Defense Caspar Weinberger after Bush 41 pardoned him in the Iran-Contra affair back in December 1992. Our buddy Caspar is laughing his head off, knowing that his elite network has got his back. “Ha, ha, there’s nothing you plebians can do about it.”

It’s simple. You want peace, avoid entangling alliances, as the great Democrat Thomas Jefferson stated in his first inaugural address: “Peace, commerce, and honest friendship with all nations, entangling alliances with none.”

You want peace, get out of endless foreign wars.

You want peace, you gotta change the system, because it’s totally rigged.

And that’s what Trump is trying to do, over the screaming of the impeachment crowd and the warmongers in the U.S. foreign policy establishment. More power to him, I say.

The Warmongers

Back in 2007 Amy Goodman interviewed 4-star general Wesley Clark, who was Supreme Allied Commander of NATO during the 1999 Yugoslav war. This was during the last year of Bush 41’s administration. This may give some insights into how these nutcase warmongers think.

AMY GOODMAN: Do you see a replay in what happened in the lead-up to the war with Iraq — the allegations of the weapons of mass destruction, the media leaping onto the bandwagon?

GEN. WESLEY CLARK: Well, in a way. But, you know, history doesn’t repeat itself exactly twice. What I did warn about when I testified in front of Congress in 2002, I said if you want to worry about a state, it shouldn’t be Iraq, it should be Iran. But this government, our administration, wanted to worry about Iraq, not Iran.

I knew why, because I had been through the Pentagon right after 9/11. About ten days after 9/11, I went through the Pentagon and I saw Secretary Rumsfeld and Deputy Secretary Wolfowitz. I went downstairs just to say hello to some of the people on the Joint Staff who used to work for me, and one of the generals called me in. He said, “Sir, you’ve got to come in and talk to me a second.” I said, “Well, you’re too busy.” He said, “No, no.” He says, “We’ve made the decision we’re going to war with Iraq.” This was on or about the 20th of September. I said, “We’re going to war with Iraq? Why?” He said, “I don’t know.” He said, “I guess they don’t know what else to do.” So I said, “Well, did they find some information connecting Saddam to al-Qaeda?” He said, “No, no.” He says, “There’s nothing new that way. They just made the decision to go to war with Iraq.” He said, “I guess it’s like we don’t know what to do about terrorists, but we’ve got a good military and we can take down governments.” And he said, “I guess if the only tool you have is a hammer, every problem has to look like a nail.”

So I came back to see him a few weeks later, and by that time we were bombing in Afghanistan. I said, “Are we still going to war with Iraq?” And he said, “Oh, it’s worse than that.” He reached over on his desk. He picked up a piece of paper. And he said, “I just got this down from upstairs” — meaning the Secretary of Defense’s office — “today.” And he said, “This is a memo that describes how we’re going to take out seven countries in five years, starting with Iraq, and then Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and, finishing off, Iran.” I said, “Is it classified?” He said, “Yes, sir.” I said, “Well, don’t show it to me.” And I saw him a year or so ago, and I said, “You remember that?” He said, “Sir, I didn’t show you that memo! I didn’t show it to you!”

AMY GOODMAN: I’m sorry. What did you say his name was?

GEN. WESLEY CLARK: I’m not going to give you his name.

https://www.globalresearch.ca/we-re-going-to-take-out-7-countries-in-5-years-iraq-syria-lebanon-libya-somalia-sudan-iran/5166

For years Iran has been a flashpoint for war. If you were President of the United States how would you deal with crazies like this? Who are these people? When Obama was elected in 2008 this is what he had to deal with for 8 years. It’s probably why he had to escalate troop strength in Afghanistan after winning the Nobel. I’d imagine that the warmongers wouldn’t be too upset about using threats even against the president. Maybe Trump got sick of it and is standing up to these people, which is why he’s getting trashed.

We need everyone who is on the spiritual path to send lots of light to the president, and to policy makers. To everyone. We need peace, not war.

Trump Wants to be Impeached

As the impeachment madness continues, it’s obvious now that the president wants to be impeached. He’s doing everything he can to antagonize the Democrats, all the while playing dumb. “My phone call was perfect!” he says over and over, referring to the phone call he had with President Zelinsky of the Ukraine. His tweets are becoming more and more belligerent, accusing Democrats of “witch hunts,” saying that the impeachment inquiry is “BULLSHIT,” and calling for the resignation and impeachment of Adam Schiff (D, CA) chairman of the House Intel Committee. You’d think the guy is stupid, wouldn’t you? Why would you continue to antagonize the people who want you out of office? People who observe Trump say it’s because he’s an out-of-control egomaniac. But I’m not so sure.

Perhaps Trump wants an impeachment, and a trial in the Senate. Why? So he can introduce documents, in a legal forum, without the charge of being politically biased. He knew he was going to be impeached on November 10, 2016, when media began speculating (two days after the election) what would happen if he committed an impeachable offense.  The Mueller investigation was supposed to find those impeachable offenses, but it didn’t. Now the Ukraine call is being used. Fighting impeachment was never going to work, even though Trump is making a good show of “resisting.” He wants it, he knew it was coming three years ago.

Does Trump have docs that will, as Q claims, bring down the Democratic party, and the corrupt pols in the Republican party? Or is this just another version of The Apprentice? We’ll find out. The Democrats want to tell Trump, “You’re fired!” And they probably will.

One thing about Trump: he never gives up. No matter how much pressure is put on him, he isn’t going to fold. Not like Richard Nixon in 1973.

Look for a frenzied run-up to the 2020 elections.

Impeachment, Finally!

Looks like the Democrats have finally stopped talking and started acting. Although there still has not been a formal impeachment vote on the House floor, things are ramping up. Of course this could be just more talk, but really folks, if you’re going to impeach the guy it’s about time you got going. A good start was made by Speaker Nancy Pelosi, who changed the House rules to allow depositions of witnesses to be taken without minority members present. This is a good step if you want to impeach a guy you hate: just don’t allow his supporters in the room! Then, when the articles of impeachment are drawn up, the other side will have no clue when the Senate holds their trial. That’s what I call fair treatment. After all, the president is a prick so he deserves it, right?

Source: “Pelosi’s House Rule Changes are Key Part of “Articles of Impeachment”, Being Drafted Over Next Two Weeks…

The source is a conservative publication called the Conservative Treehouse, so the information in it is immediately suspect of course. After all, if Adolf Hitler, a known fascist, said that 2 + 2 = 4, we couldn’t trust the information. (This logical fallacy is used all the time. However, the source of a fact is (or should be) irrelevant. But facts have long been discarded in this absurd, contentious screaming match between left and right where the truth is the first casualty).

In a tweet several days ago, Trump tweeted about “Liddle Adam Schiff” in reference to the whistleblower complaint filed with the ICIG, The Intelligence Community Inspector General.

TrumpImpeachmentTweetSchiff.jpg
Another Trump tweet

My take on this is that Trump is saying that the complaint was written by lawyers on Schiff’s  staff. We know now that Schiff’s committee had the whistleblower complaint document before it was released. The complaint reads like a legal brief. Go read it yourself, it’s all over the internet.

The former NSA chief of staff suggests that the complaint was written by Congress people. See “Former NSA Chief of Staff Suggests Whistleblower May Have Had Congress Members’ Help on Drafting Complaint ” at https://www.theepochtimes.com/former-nsa-chief-of-staff-suggests-whistleblower-may-have-had-congress-members-help-on-drafting-complaint_3098870.html

One other important fact: The whistleblower complaint form, called the “Disclosure of Urgent Concern Form”, was changed in August 2019, just a month before the complaint came out, to allow hearsay evidence.

According to The Federalist,

Between May 2018 and August 2019, the intelligence community secretly eliminated a requirement that whistleblowers provide direct, first-hand knowledge of alleged wrongdoings. This raises questions about the intelligence community’s behavior regarding the August submission of a whistleblower complaint against President Donald Trump. The new complaint document no longer requires potential whistleblowers who wish to have their concerns expedited to Congress to have direct, first-hand knowledge of the alleged wrongdoing that they are reporting.

“The brand new version of the whistleblower complaint form, which was not made public until after the transcript of Trump’s July 25 phone call with the Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky and the complaint addressed to Congress were made public, eliminates the first-hand knowledge requirement and allows employees to file whistleblower complaints even if they have zero direct knowledge of underlying evidence and only “heard about [wrongdoing] from others.”

Source: “Intel Community Secretly Gutted Requirement of Firsthand Whistleblower Knowledge,” https://thefederalist.com/2019/09/27/intel-community-secretly-gutted-requirement-of-first-hand-whistleblower-knowledge/

DisclosureOfUrgentConcern.jpg
Original form, before August 2019
DisclosureOfUrgentConcern2.jpg
Altered form after August 2019

The current Disclosure of Urgent Concern form (second image) can be found at https://www.dni.gov/files/ICIG/Documents/Hotline/Urgent%20Concern%20Disclosure%20Form.pdf

Apparently “I heard about it from others” is good enough these days to file a whistleblower complaint. This is called hearsay. I found the definition of “hearsay evidence” by going to startpage.com and picking the first non-ad entry, from findlaw.com:

Created by FindLaw’s team of legal writers and editors.

“The rule against hearsay is deceptively simple, but it is full of exceptions. At its core, the rule against using hearsay evidence is to prevent out-of-court, second hand statements from being used as evidence at trial given their potential unreliability.

Hearsay Defined

Hearsay is defined as an out-of-court statement, made in court, to prove the truth of the matter asserted. These out-of-court statements do not have to be spoken words, but they can also constitute documents or even body language. The rule against hearsay was designed to prevent gossip from being offered to convict someone.”

https://criminal.findlaw.com/criminal-procedure/hearsay-evidence.html

I’m no lawyer, but I do know that prosecutors don’t like cases based on  second and third hand accounts — they prefer eyewitness accounts or docs. Much easier to get a conviction that way. The complainant admitted that he was not on the call between Trump and Zelensky, nor did he have access to the actual transcript before he filed the complaint.

The person who filed the complaint is a CIA officer who was assigned to the White House. That’s great. The CIA is, of course, known for its integrity. These are the same guys who organize coups to overthrow democratically elected leaders in other countries, give bad intelligence to U.S. policy makers that lead to foreign wars in Vietnam, Iraq, and Afghanistan, and who generally lie whenever it suits them. We should always trust the CIA.

If Congressional staffers did indeed write the complaint, this is the sequence of events:

1) Congressional staffers help a CIA officer who used to be assigned to the White House (and whose lawyers used to work for Hillary Clinton and Sen. Chuck Schumer (D, NY)) to write a complaint against Trump. The complaint, nicely legal and looking good, and based on hearsay, is then submitted to the ICIG.

2) The ICIG sends it to staff lawyers in the department who claim that the complaint (the validity of which can easily be determined by actually reading the 5 page transcript of the conversation between Trump and Ukrainian President Zelensky) doesn’t meet the requirements of a valid whistleblower complaint. The complaint is eventually released based on the new definition that hearsay evidence is acceptable.

3) Nancy Pelosi then starts an “impeachment inquiry” (a precursor to a formal vote in the House directing House committees to begin writing the Articles of Impeachment) based on the complaint.

4) Mainstream news outlets then begin a campaign to impeach the president.

5) Adam Schiff, in committee, then reads a fabricated version of Trump’s conversation with Zelinsky. This is shown on news programs all over the country.

6) When minority members of Schiff’s Intelligence committee compare what he said to the actual transcript, they realize that the chairman has altered the text of what was actually said, and they call him on it.

7) Schiff then says that the minority member is right, but that his statements were “a sort of parody,” and that what he said wasn’t what the president said, but ‘it’s what the president meant, in so many words.’

9) The impeachment inquiry proceeds, trumpeted by the always objective mainstream media.

So we have a recently altered whistleblower form that has been changed to accept hearsay evidence just before a CIA officer submits a whistleblower complaint against Trump. The complaint itself may have been written by Congressional staffers, and the complainant’s lawyers worked for the opposition party. This complaint is then used as the basis of an impeachment investigation.

As the great David Crosby (of the Byrds) said in one of his songs, “There’s something going on around here, that surely won’t stand the light of day.”

Chuck Schumer Warned President Trump in January 2017

New York Senator Charles Schumer warned President Trump three years ago what would happen to him if he took on the intelligence community: “Let me tell you, you take on the intelligence community — they have six ways from Sunday to get back at you.”

Senator Schumer warns president-elect Trump on January 3, 2017

Senator Schumer was oh so right! Impeachment proceedings have begun, based on a complaint by a whistleblower assigned to the White House. The whistleblower was a former CIA agent who has returned to the CIA!

To give both sides we’ll post an article by Paul Craig Roberts, who was in the Reagan administration.

Don’t listen to the talking heads in the media. Read the conversation between Ukrainian President Zelensky and Trump. Read the whistleblower’s complaint. Think. Make up your own mind.

The Deep State and the Corporate Controlled Media

The New York Times this week removed all doubt about the corporate controlled media being in the hands of the military-industrial-complex / Deep State.

As you recall, President Trump fired his warmongering national security adviser, John Bolton. This war hawk, when he was in the Bush administration, favored the war in Afghanistan in 2001 and the War in Iraq in 2003. Trump remarked in a tweet announcing Bolton’s firing that he “strongly disagreed” with his nat sec advisor on a range of issues. In another tweet back in June, Trump famously said to Chuck Todd: “I have some hawks. John Bolton is absolutely a hawk.  If it was up to him he’d take on the whole world at one time.”

MeetThePressTrumpBoltonTweet.jpg

So, you’d think that peace-loving people would be grateful that this warmonger is out of the cabinet.

Not, apparently, the New York Times.

Here is how the Strategic Culture Foundation put it:

The Washington establishment, the deep state and the bipartisan War Party, with its entrenched Cold War ideology, seems to have an endemic sway over policy which may thwart Trump’s efforts to direct a less belligerent US.

To illustrate the twisted nature of the US establishment, one only had to read the way sections of the American corporate-controlled media lamented the departure of Bolton. The New York Times, which is a dutiful conduit for deep state intelligence and the foreign policy establishment, actually bemoaned the ouster of Bolton, calling him a “voice of restraint”.

The NY Times commented, with approval, on how Bolton “objected to attempts to pursue diplomatic avenues with players considered American enemies. And he angered Trump with a last-minute battle against a peace agreement with the Taliban… whether it was inviting the Taliban to Camp David or cooperating with Russia, he [Bolton] was the national security adviser who said no.”

In another piece this week, the NY Times commented, again approvingly of Bolton: “Mr Bolton strongly opposed detente with Iran, and his unceremonious ouster has reignited concerns among some Republicans [and Democrats] in Congress about the White House’s declining projection of American military power around the world.”

Can you believe it? The so-called US “newspaper of record” is somehow valorizing an out-and-out warmonger in the form of Bolton, and appears to be advocating “projection of American military power around the world”. The latter phrase being but an Orwellian euphemism for imperialism and war.”

“Bolton Gone: Improved Peace Prospects?” Strategic Culture Foundation, https://www.strategic-culture.org/news/2019/09/13/bolton-gone-improved-peace-prospects/

Couldn’t have said it better. Wasn’t it John Bolton who wanted regime change in Iran? Even though Trump has stated his desire NOT to seek regime change in Tehran, despite Trump’s intense dislike of the mullahs in Iran. Bolton also opposed Trump in his detente with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un. It is also thought that Bolton used his influence to impede Trump’s recent attempt to host Taliban leaders at Camp David earlier this month. This was a genuine effort at building trust for a proposed peace deal to withdraw US troops from the disastrous war in Afghanistan.  We’ve been there for almost 18 years! What have we accomplished? Nothing! Except to protect a lot of poppy fields that are the source of heroin that enters our cities.

Trump isn’t exactly a dove, he’s a pragmatic deal-maker who puts U.S. interests first. Personally, I encourage the president’s efforts to get out of Syria, Iraq, and Afghanistan. I would have hoped that the Times, a newspaper I used to read cover-to-cover, would also do so.

Apparently not. The Times’ hatred of Donald Trump puts this once-great newspaper on the side of the warmongers. It’s too bad.

The 1619 Project

The introductory essay of the Times’ 1619 Project opens with this sentence: “Our democracy’s ideals were false when they were written.” This is an attempt to frame the ideals enshrined in the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence in terms of a Marxist, dystopian vision of this country. It says that the idea of freedom and equality under the law are invalid because the old white guys who wrote the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence were inveterate racists.

Here is what Andrew Sullivan, in his brilliant essay in The Intelligencer, says:

Don’t get me wrong. I think that view deserves to be heard. The idea that the core truth of human society is that it is composed of invisible systems of oppression based on race (sex, gender, etc.), and that liberal democracy is merely a mask to conceal this core truth, and that a liberal society must therefore be dismantled in order to secure racial/social justice is a legitimate worldview. (That view that “systems” determine human history and that the individual is a mere cog in those systems is what makes it neo-Marxist and anti-liberal.) But I sure don’t think it deserves to be incarnated as the only way to understand our collective history, let alone be presented as the authoritative truth, in a newspaper people rely on for some gesture toward objectivity.”

Andrew Sullivan, ” The New York Times Has Abandoned Liberalism for Activism,” http://nymag.com/intelligencer/2019/09/andrew-sullivan-ny-times-abandons-liberalism-for-activism.html

The Times’ view is materialist, anti-spiritual, and atheist, a view that deprecates human spirituality and regards a human being as just the body without a spiritual component. This point of view identifies a person merely by the body’s sex and race. Unfortunately, the Times is going the route of neo-Marxist materialism — the same route that in the Soviet Union and in China led to the establishment of dictatorships that resulted in the deaths of 60 million people. In other words, the route to a dark, dystopian society.

Don’t believe it.

The Harmony Project

Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate, only love can do that.”

–Dr. Martin Luther King

The Harmony Project is a way for individuals and small groups to directly and positively change the world and themselves with a minimum of effort. Its a simple, uncomplicated and powerful way for individuals to positively change consciousness.

What is the Harmony Project?

The Harmony Project consists of two simple activities:

1) Walk quietly down the street with love in your heart. The more crowded the street, the better! Repeat as many times as you feel like it. Or, sit quietly in a caf or a coffee shop, and feel love. You dont have to DO anything, or make a big speech, or make a spectacle of yourself. Just sit there feeling love and observe what happens. You can do this anywhere people gather. I like to do it at the checkout counter in the supermarket!

You don’t sing, or chant, or talk loudly, because that would be distracting to others, and could morph into an ego thing. Just sit or walk quietly and unobtrusively, blending in with the scenery. When you are around people and feel love, you quietly affect everyone around you. That’s because love is the most powerful vibration in the universe.

What happens is that the vibration of love goes quietly, but powerfully, outward from you to everyone around you, and subtly affects the biofield of others. When I am truly in tune with love, people will often look up and smile. Sometimes, they’ll even stop and want to talk. What you are doing is literally changing the vibration of those you meet, without having to argue with them, or raise their consciousness. You cant know how powerful this can be until you actually do it! And do you know the best part? It makes you feel great! It can be addicting, in a good way.

Don’t be discouraged if you don’t see a miracle right away. The idea of the Harmony Project isn’t to show everyone how awesome you are (even though you ARE awesome!). Its not an ego thing. The idea is first to feel love inside of you, and to share that love quietly with others. What you are doing when you radiate love around others, is vibrationally altering their consciousness. This occurs invisibly, just as radio and micro waves travel invisibly and find their way to your hand held communication device.

2) The second activity is even easier. When you talk or chat with your friends, bring up something positive and exciting, and get people talking about it.

What excites you? It doesn’t have to be profound! It could be a good tune you heard, or a podcast, or a movie, or a book you read. Whatever it is, make sure it is positive, not negative. Get people thinking and talking about something inspiring.

Thats it! If you are ready to create some miracles, go to it!

Background

The Harmony Project is based on two simple ideas: (1) the inherent spiritual/divine nature of every human being. (2) Quiet Power.

1) Everyone on earth has a spiritual aspect. In that profound sense, we are all linked on a very fundamental level. In the Harmony Project, we use this idea to raise our own vibration, and others as well.

A human being is a divine, immortal Spirit temporarily associated with a physical body. You either understand that, or you dont. If you do, you are capable of reaching the state of love. Love is the quintessential expression of our inherent spiritual nature.

If you know what love feels like, then you are qualified to participate in the Harmony Project. By love I mean that powerful, awesome feeling of excitement and connection that unites all life everywhere. Its easy to get that feeling back in your heart. All you have to do is remember a time you fell in love. Or got a wonderful present. Or saw someone smile. Or looked into the eyes of your pet. Love is a feeling of warmth that is inherent to all life everywhere. Love keeps the universe working. It is who we are at the core of our being. All else is an illusion.

2) What is Quiet Power?

Quiet Power is the expression of love. Love is serene, calming, quiet, confident, and enormously powerful. Love doesn’t jabber, shout, or scream. Love is not ostentatious or ego driven. Love is unconditional. When you love, you give your heart and soul. Love is exciting, but in a peaceful way.

Love is like giving someone a present. You wait silently, with eager anticipation, for the smile that comes when a friend or a loved one opens your gift. That smile is your reward. It is an acknowledgment of your shared divinity, of your shared spirituality. There arent words good enough to express that feeling. Thats why I call love, Quiet Power.

The expression of love finds many forms, in every area of life.

Have you ever noticed that the most influential people are always those who lead by example? It could be a teacher, a coworker, a musician or an artist. Regardless of who it is, the people you admire most walk the walk, and dont just talk the talk. Theyre not in the streets yelling and screaming, but quietly going about their business, demonstrating competence, integrity, and compassion, showing others the true path by their example.

The idea of the Harmony Project is to quietly open yourself up to the world, leading by example.

Don’t panic! The Harmony Project isn’t hard, its fun. Anyone can do it. Its done quietly, at your own pace, and in your own time. You dont have to sign up for anything, or study anything, or ask permission from anyone. There arent any rules. Everything you need for the Project is already inside of you.

More Info

You can do the two steps of the Harmony Project by yourself, or with friends. You can walk silently down the street as a group radiating love, or sit quietly in a coffee shop, caf, or any other appropriate place. Remember that love is quiet and powerful, but not ostentatious. The idea is not “wow look at us, we’re awesome,” but “we are here to saturate this place with good vibes.” A group of people radiating love together is an enormously powerful force, like the warming rays of the sun that reach out and touch others. And the best thing is that when you radiate love, you feel it inside yourself first. So the first person who benefits is you!

How can you tell whether something you bring up in part 2) is positive or negative? The answer is, observe how people react. Are they happy, or sad? Angry or joyful? Apathetic or excited? It’s pretty simple.

Experiment with this and soon you will be much better at recognizing emotions, and become much more sensitive to people and how to make them happier. Your relationships will improve, because you will be more observant. You will also feel more powerful, because sensitizing yourself to others also makes you more sensitive to what you like and dislike. So you achieve a state of higher discernment ands knowledge of self, as well as knowledge of others.

Testing

You can test to see how you are doing. In the first step, one person acts as an observer. That person determines the emotional level of the area before you begin, and then assesses the emotions of the area afterwards. In the second step, you (or an independent observer) can monitor the emotional tone of the group before and after the introduction of a topic. In all cases, the idea is to raise the emotional / vibrational level of the group. Of course, these observations are subjective, but so is a feeling of love, or a feeling of happiness, or any positive emotion.

Send in your ideas, experiences, and successes. The Harmony Project is as much about raising your vibration as it is about transforming others!

Feeling Love

People will respond to you in proportion to how much love you are feeling. Most of us are creatures of habit. The Harmony Project is an opportunity for you to practice love. The better you feel, the more amazing result you are likely to get.

How do you feel love?

Well, you just sit quietly and remember a time when you felt loving towards someone, or someone felt loving toward you. Then you pick up on that feeling and let it saturate your consciousness, and the cells of your body. You know what love feels like, or you wouldnt be interested in the Harmony Project. Did you know that of all the emotions, love is the easiest feeling to let in? Thats because love is the OM, the fundamental vibration of the universe. Love is in every cell of your body. Its who you ARE. Love feels warm and fuzzy and powerful and generous and when you really feel love, you feel invincible and wonderful and you want to share yourself with the whole world!

You can get that feeling back any time, you just have to practice! Its the most rewarding practice you can do for yourself, because it sets you up to have a perfect day. People naturally respond positively to those who feel love. Thats the idea behind the Harmony Project.

The Quiet Revolution

You dont have to be famous to have a positive effect. In the past, trying to change the world through person-to-person contact was time consuming and inefficient, but not anymore. Today, person-to-person contact is the best way to make positive changes, because all of us belong to social networks. When someone gets exited about something, he or she tells everyone in his or her network and it spreads rapidly. A positive idea can literally spread itself all over the planet in almost no time at all. This is how we can create a new paradigm of thought in the consciousness of humanity.

The idea behind the Harmony Project is to raise the background vibration of society, and make it possible for positive solutions to occur. The human population is growing, and more and more people are rejecting the old values of deceit, dishonesty, greed, domination, and war. You wouldn’t think so by observing our current politics, but the people behind the hatred and the contention are a very, very, very small number. The rest of us are just going along with a bad program. The idea of the Harmony Project is to start a Quiet Revolution.

How Can This Happen?

Imagine society not as a bunch of powerless individuals, but as a collection of dynamically interacting social networks. Governments and corporations are social networks as well! They exist, like ships, floating upon the ocean of national consciousness. That consciousness is established by we the people, through our social networks. We are the soil upon which our nation’s institutions grow. If these institutions are now corrupt to the core, it is because we have allowed our planetary and national soil to become fertile for them. We unconsciously repeat, through our social networks, the same old stale ideas that have allowed the present situation to occur.

The idea is to spread love and inspiring ideas all over the world. We all know how impossible it is to get large groups of people to agree on what is best just look at politics! The Harmony Project bypasses ideology and belief, and focuses on love. Love is so powerful that it immediately knocks out these lower vibrations. If you dont believe this, then you have to actually try Step One. If you do it right, you wont believe the positive results you will get!

Humanity needs a spiritual, not a political, economic, or scientific solution to war, hatred, and injustice. The Harmony Project is itself an evolutionary leap, for although we are in the streets and in the shops, and everywhere people congregate, we are invisible to the gross forces of authority, and outside their purview. Even with the new AI systems of Big Tech, which exist to create a dystopian surveillance state, those who participate in the Harmony Project are harmless even to dictators and other psychopaths. Simply walking down the street or sitting quietly in a caf cannot be censored. We simply participate in a Quiet Revolution that exists beyond the reach of “authority.” We are Revolutionaries of Love!
