Look at this map of Ukraine.
Can you see what’s going on? The Russians are creating a buffer zone along their western perimeter.
Why are they doing that? What benefit do they derive from a buffer zone?
Well, a buffer zone creates a distance between Russia and Ukraine which Putin thinks is necessary since Ukraine is threatening to join NATO. So, he’s creating his own DMZ on his western flank.
But what does that prove?
It proves that we’ve been lied to from the very beginning. Putin was not planning to reconstruct the Soviet Empire like the media told us. He did not want to seize the Capitol, Kiev, and he did not want to conquer the entire Ukrainian landmass. That was all baloney.
What he wanted to do, is what he has done.
Don’t take my word for it, look at the map. You don’t need CNN or Rachel Maddow to tell you what you can see with your own two eyes. This is the reality ‘on the ground’.
This is a buffer zone. It creates a distance between Russia and Ukraine, it protects the ethnic Russians in the Donbass region, and it establishes a landbridge to Crimea where Russia’s vital deep-water port of Sevastopol is located. In other words, it achieves what Putin wanted to achieve from the very beginning, that is, enhanced security along his western border.
What we are seeing is the basic parameters of Russia’s “Special Military Operation”. Yes, many people will prefer to call it a “war”, but the term is not nearly as precise as “Special Military Operation”.
Why?
Because “Special Military Operation” indicates that the main objective is to save the lives of the ethnic Russians who had been under constant bombardment for the last 8 years and, also, to create a security zone that prevents a hostile NATO army and its missile system from being deployed to Russia’s border. These are the goals of the “Special Military Operation”; to “demiliterize” and “denazify” the area under Russia’s control. Get it?
Will the “Special Military Operation” go beyond the Donbass to Kiev and cities in the west?
Probably, not. Going beyond the Donbass would likely involve a complete mobilization of men and resources which has not yet taken place in Russia. By not mobilizing, Putin is signaling to the west that he will limit his operation to the area on the map. (With some slight expansion) Putin is indicating that his main concern is security, and since his concerns were casually brushed aside by Biden and Zelensky, he took matters into his own hands. In other words, he imposed his own settlement.
Okay, but if these are the parameters of the Special Military Operation, then what are the chances of a wider war?
That depends on Biden. If Washington continues on the path of escalation –by sending weapons systems that can strike targets in Russia– then Putin will respond. We should know that by now. Putin is not going to back down no matter what. If Washington wants to up-the-ante, then they should prepare for an equal response. That’s the way it’s going to work. For now, the “Special Military Operation” is just a “Special Military Operation”. But when it becomes a war, then all bets are off. Then we will see a full mobilisation, a complete rupture in US-Russo relations, and a halt to all hydrocarbon flows from east to west.
Do you think Europe and the United States are prepared for that? Do you think the EU can replace the 25% of the oil and 40% of all the natural gas it presently imports from Russia? Do you have a wind-powered car that will get you to work on time or a factory that will run on solar power? Do you have a plan for heating your house with hydrogen or perhaps a battery from an old Prius?
No, you don’t, and neither does Europe. Europe runs on fossil fuels. America runs on fossil fuels And the more fossil fuel that is consumed, the more the economy grows. The less fossil fuel is consumed, the more the economy shrinks. Are you prepared for life in a shrinking economy with high unemployment, skyrocketing inflation, unending recession, and deepening social malaise brought on by your government’s misguided desire to “stick it to Putin”?
That’s a bad choice, isn’t it? Especially when a face-saving deal can be made at anytime. In fact, Biden could stop the fighting tomorrow if he extended the hand of friendship to Putin and declared that, yes, Ukraine will accept neutrality til the end of time and NATO expansion will stop ASAP.
That’s all it would take. Just extend the olive branch and Putin will ‘call off the dogs’. Guaranteed.
That’s what this guy would have done. Remember him? Remember how bad things were when Trump was in office and gas was 2 bucks a gallon, and everyone had a job, and there was no inflation, and violent crime was under control?

He’s right, isn’t he? We need to get along with Russia and put an end to the fighting before these morons drag us into World War 3.
Something fishy is happening on planet earth. It has little to do with clueless politicians or the Right-Left conflict, or crazies with guns, or abortion, or monkeypox, or any of the fear porn we see in media. These are just the tools of the trade.
This is an attack on humanity.
The events we are seeing on the planet have never occurred before, all at once, in the entirety of human history. Worldwide pandemics created in a lab, experimental vaccines pushed on the entire human population, an invasion of the U.S. southern border in which thousands of people are crossing illegally every day from 150 countries, the attacks on women and children via baby milk supplies, threatening to withhold funds for the school lunch program, and gender and trans-gender identity where predatory men are gaining access to women’s bathrooms and prisons and other women’s spaces, and the insanity of Transhumanism, which seeks to replace the human being and the human body with a gene-altered one, or even, as the ultimate goal of Transhumanism, altered or artificial containers for human consciousness. Transhumanism is essentially an attack on human reproduction, and particularly, women and children.
The mass shootings at schools, especially the attack in Uvalde where, 8 days after the incident, the statements from authorities make no sense. Armed police officers stood around for over an hour while a nutjob was killing kids. Somebody propped open a door at the school a minute before the shooter entered. The 18-year-old shooter spent thousands of dollars buying his weapons and enough ammo to start a war. Where did this kid from a poor neighborhood get that kind of green?
These are not a series of tragic “coincidences.” This is an all-out attack on humanity by the forces of evil.
We are living the Test now, as I talked about in a previous blog post. The Test is something our civilization has never experienced before. It’s a planet-wide clearing of human karma. It is an inevitable spiritual war between the forces of evil and the forces of light.
Where is it all going? To an exposure of the vast, unexplored underbelly of the human psyche.
All of it.
To the darkness of human trafficking and child trafficking, the vilest evil on the planet.
The Mexican drug cartels are trafficking hundreds of thousands of people over our southern border, and fentanyl and other drugs. All for money. Large areas of southern Texas are now controlled by these criminal cartels, who laugh at the corrupt and criminal government in DC (composed of Democrats and Republicans).

Yesterday, New York City reported its first case of monkeypox, just in time for the World Health Organization’s meeting that will cede the authority of national governments to the WHO’s Director General on all cases of public health.

I’m sure that ultimately this will be the largest outbreak of monkeypox that we’ve had outside of the endemic areas in Africa,” Daniel Bausch, infectious disease expert and president of the American Society of Tropical Medicine & Hygiene told Axios.
That said, Bausch doesn’t think there’s cause for concern just yet.
“I don’t think there’s a reason for panic. I don’t think we’re going to have tens of thousands of cases.”
Prof Anne Rimoin, professor of epidemiology at the UCLA and a world renowned monkeypox expert, told the Telegraph that vaccinating close contacts of confirmed cases, also known as ring vaccination, is a good option for health officials.
She added that the public should not, at this stage, be too concerned.
“For your average person I would not be overly alarmed. If you have a rash, contact your health provider, a rash that is unusual or looks like monkeypox,” she said.
“If you think you’ve been exposed to somebody who has monkeypox that has this kind of a rash I would I would identify yourself and talk to your healthcare provider.”
What is this? Fear Porn. Bausch’s statement above is eerily similar to that statement of Anthony Fauci regarding COVID back in early 2020: COVID is “not a major threat to the people of the US.”

Winston Churchill is credited with saying “Never let a good crisis go to waste” in the mid-1940s as the world approached the end of WW 2. Churchill was supposedly referring to the alliance between himself, Stalin and Roosevelt in their defeat of the Nazis, promoting the idea that it is possible to create opportunities in the midst of a crisis.

The House passed a “Ukraine Aid” package yesterday. It includes $6 billion for security assistance, including training, equipment, weapons and support; $8.7 billion to replenish stocks of U.S. weapons sent to Ukraine, and $3.9 billion for European Command operations. In addition, the legislation authorizes a further $11 billion in Presidential Drawdown Authority, which allows the president to authorize the transfer of weapons and “services” (read intelligence info and U.S. advisers in this proxy war against the world’s largest nuclear power) from U.S. stocks without congressional approval in response to an emergency. Biden had asked for $5 billion. It also authorizes $4 billion in Foreign Military Financing to provide support for Ukraine and other countries affected by the crisis. [emphasis mine]
This bill is a payoff to U.S. arms manufacturers. That’s why it was rushed to the floor for a vote in the House before our representatives could even read the bill. This is how “our democracy” works.

Meanwhile, on the Home Front
The cabal that rules the US likes foreign wars, but it doesn’t like parents showing up at school board meetings, mothers who are concerned with mask mandates and forced vaccinations of their children, and others who engage in real participatory democracy. In March, Merrick Garland, the Attorney General, issued a memorandum to the FBI about the threat of moms and dads participating in school board meetings.
The DOJ urges reporting “threats of violence” against school board members or public-school staff to the FBI’s National Threat Operations Center (NTOC) via its national tip line (1-800-CALL-FBI) or online through the FBI website.”
Yeah, because moms and dads speaking up at school board meetings are a big threat, but the control of our southern border by murderous, fentanyl-running, human trafficking Mexican drug cartels are not even worth mentioning.
Why is the federal government inserting itself into what should be a matter for local and state law enforcement? Because the goal of “our democracy” is a totalitarian state where democracy doesn’t exist. The wormtongues in our government, their corporate lackeys, and their running dogs in the media say the exact opposite of what they mean.
It is no surprise that the corrupt elites who rubber stamp the policies of “our democracy” consider true democratic participation in the nation’s political life to be a threat. The next time you see one of these shills (who always find their way in front of the cameras on the nation’s “news” networks) pontificating on CNN or MSNBC or FOX or any of the major networks, notice how many times they mention the code words “our democracy.” I have noticed this now for months.
It’s how the corrupt ruling class, who regard themselves as our overlords, refer to themselves.
There isn’t enough money or effort to feed our children, but there’s plenty of money and effort to feed the war machine, even though the U.S. government is over $30 trillion in debt. How will this $40 billion dollar spending bill – much of it going to arms manufacturers (excuse me, “defense” contractors) – be paid for? The Fed will print more money, further driving up inflation.
And it’s not a Democrat or Republican issue. My congressman, a Republican, voted for this $40 billion unfunded bill. He never even read it. He was too caught up in the frenzy about the Russia-Ukraine war to bother.
The product of war is death. The result of not caring enough to ensure a supply of baby formula is death. Instead of taking sides in a war, instead of appropriating more and more money for war, what is needed is compassion, tolerance, transparency, and peace.
The World Health Organization’s World Health Assembly #75, May 22-28 in Geneva, Switzerland, is proposing new amendments to the International Health regulations that will create a one-size-fits-all global health strategy. The new amendments will mandate specific responses by all countries in the world affected by a health emergency. These amendments will simply be added to the existing regulations so that it does not need to be ratified by the world’s governments. The amendments to the existing WHO health regulations will push vaccinations, distributed by GAVI, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation organization.
In a sneaky, backdoor manner, the Biden administration signed these amendments for the US in January, but did not release information about it until April 12 when it popped up on the WHO website.
In effect, the new amendments take away a country’s sovereignty in a health emergency, and power devolves to the WHO’s Director General. This is also a power grab by Gates, who will be in charge (and making money) from every vaccine produced during a declared pandemic.
Here is a summary of what the amendments say:
As required, the WHO finally published the US “amendments.” It shows the deletions and as well the new additions. What the Biden Administration changes do is to transform a previously advisory role for the WHO to national governments on not only pandemic responses but also everything tied to national “health,” with an entirely new power to override national health agencies if the WHO Director General, now Tedros Adhanom, determines. The US Biden Administration and WHO have colluded to create an entirely new treaty which will shift all health decisions from a national or local level to Geneva, Switzerland and WHO.
Typical of the Washington amendments to the existing WHO Treaty is Article 9. The US change is to insert WHO “shall” and delete “may”: “If the State Party does not accept the offer of collaboration within 48 hours, WHO shall may…,. In the same article now deleted is “offer of collaboration by WHO, taking into account the views of the State Party concerned…” The views or judgment of say, Germany or India, or USA health authorities become irrelevant. WHO will be able to override national experts and dictate as international law its mandates for any and all future pandemics as well as even epidemics or even local health issues.
Moreover in the new proposed Article 12 on “Determination of a public health emergency of international concern, public health emergency of regional concern, or intermediate health alert,” WHO head–now Tedros in his new 5-year term–alone can decide to declare an emergency, even without agreement of the member state.
The WHO head will then consult his relevant WHO “Emergency Committee” on Polio, Ebola, Bird Flu, COVID or whatever they declare to be a problem. In short this is a global dictatorship over citizen health by one of the most corrupt health bodies in the world. The members of a given WHO Emergency Committee are chosen under opaque procedures and typically, as in the current one on polio, many members are tied to the various Gates Foundation fronts like GAVI or CEPI. Yet the selection process is entirely opaque and internal to WHO.
Among other powers the new Pandemic Treaty will give Tedros and WHO the power to mandate vaccine passports and COVID jabs worldwide. They are working on the creation of a global vaccine passport/digital identity program. Under the new “Pandemic Treaty”, when people are harmed by the WHO’s health policies, there’s no accountability. The WHO has diplomatic immunity.
Former WHO senior employee and whistleblower, Astrid Stuckelberger, now a scientist at the Institute of Global Health of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Geneva, noted,
“if the new Pandemic Treaty is adopted by member states, “this means that the WHO’s Constitution (as per Article 9) will take precedence over each country’s constitution during natural disasters or pandemics. In other words, the WHO will be dictating to other countries, no longer making recommendations.”
A global, authoritarian vaccination regime under the guise of health emergencies is the Dark Army’s Final Solution to the pesky billions who demand ridiculous things like life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. The wretched sociopaths in GAVI and the WHO want to create a worldwide collective hive-mind society, which has already been implemented by the CCP in China. The Chinese government, as of this writing, has locked down over 400 million people during its insane policy of “zero COVID.” Expect similarly irrational policies in other countries if these amendments gain traction among the world’s governments.
Fortunately, self-aware persons will never tolerate such dictatorial policies. This is the last gasp of the dark army, which is advancing its agenda worldwide in an attempt to stop the Great Awakening.

Speaking Spiritually to Old Souls
Let me speak from the POV of an old soul who has seen this before. For old souls, the planet earth is not our first rodeo. We have been on other planets in other civilizations that have gone through the “barrier.” The barrier of light and dark. The Test.
The events we are seeing on the planet have never occurred before in the entirety of human history. Worldwide pandemics created in a lab, experimental vaccines pushed on the entire human population, an invasion of the U.S. southern border in which hundreds of thousands of people are crossing illegally every month from 150 countries, the attacks on women and children via gender and trans-gender identity, and the insanity of Transhumanism, which seeks to replace the human being and the human body with an artificial one, or even, as the ultimate goal of Transhumanism, altered or artificial containers for human consciousness.
Those who promote these agendas are, without exception, materialists with no understanding of self or their divine connection to the Creative Source. This is a war on human beings by the forces of darkness.
Every civilization goes through this. Free will determines success or failure. Some planets make it and others don’t.
On earth there is a contingent of old souls who recognize this. These are the people who are waking up.
We’re going to make it.
Old souls have been on planets that didn’t make it. There is a “feeling” associated with the collective consciousness on every planet that has gone through the Test. Old souls recognize the feeling of failure and success.
There’s a feeling of doom and inevitable failure associated with civilizations that don’t make it. There is also a feeling of success for those that do.
Enough old souls are awakening to ensure success.
The Great Awakening
Peace of earth is not going to happen in our lifetimes. On this planet of free choice there will always be those who choose the dark. But over the generations the shift, or the balance, between low and high consciousness is gradually going to shift to the light.
The most effective strategy of the Dark is to present itself as an overwhelming force that cannot be stopped. The WHO amendments are a good example. Already influencers are chirping about how evil it is, how humanity is going to be under the thumb of tyrants, and there’s nothing we can do about it.
This is an overreaction. The WHO can pass all the amendments it wants. Illegitimate governments all over the world can sign on to them. But a reservoir of self-aware persons around the globe (growing more numerous every day) won’t buy into it. Fortunately, the percentage of anti-social persons is at most 10% of the population.
The Great Awakening has forced the Dark Army to advance their plan too quickly. Another generation, perhaps, and it might have succeeded.
Not now.
So let’s take a step back and get centered. The Dark has been forced by the Light to organize for its survival. The Dark cannot succeed except in stealth and secrecy. The light is shining so brightly now that the Dark operatives have been forced to come out from under their rocks. Their activities are being exposed, indicated by the publication of the new WHO amendments.
Is it too late to prevent the amendments from being adopted at WHA 75?
Probably. So what?

Even though our globalist elites are dead serious, it’s (almost) funny to think that a person could have turned away from his or her own divinity so far as to embrace this nonsense. However, there is a certain feeling of inevitability in Professor Hariri’s statements, is there not?
Well, it’s not inevitable. It’s simply the belief system of a very low-consciousness individual.
Psychopaths sound convincing because of their tunnel-vision, and their self-centered focus on their personal agendas. It’s why so many sociopaths have risen to the top of organizations: they concentrate on nothing but themselves and their personal goals. The Law of Attraction rewards those with fixed attention on any subject.
Fortunately for the rest of us, Hariri and Schwab and Grimes, Elon Musk’s partner, are the best the Dark has got. Behind the scenes are people like Ray Kurzweil and Nick Bostrom, who envision a technical singularity where AI becomes self-aware and quickly surpasses human intelligence, turning humanity into its pets. (I wrote a novel about this concept, titled The Old Soul.) Bostrom and Kurzweil et. al are intellectually brilliant folks who are also materialists. They are fixated on the idea that when you die you’re dead. Transhumanism, and the Collectivist hive-mind society they envision, is a desperate attempt to prolong their lives and their consciousness. Transhumanism is what happens when you begin with an absurd, false premise that consciousness disappears when the body dies.
The Denouement, Act I
The denouement for human society is approaching here in Act I. The talk now is of nuclear war. Of course this is insanity. The consciousness of humanity has moved the Overton Window far beyond that, but many are still mired in the past.
The Overton Window, developed by American policy analyst Joseph Overton, frames the range of policies that a politician can recommend without appearing too extreme, given the climate of public opinion at that time. There is also a spiritual Overton Window that frames the allowable thoughts and actions based on the collective consciousness of humanity. This spiritual Overton Window has made nuclear war impossible.

Richest person acquiring a powerful communication platform + Largest going private in the last two decades ($44 B) + Recent public and regulatory scrutiny of (think: DJT), social media and free speech = Intense scrutiny and social pressure! As a baseline, “going private” is a term that describes a transaction (or series of transactions) where a controlling stockholder or other affiliated person reduces the number of stockholders of a public company.
This allows the company to terminate its public company status. There are many reasons why companies choose to go private.
In this case, the reason is clear, it would give complete control of the company.
It will also likely allow the company to operate more efficiently without concerns for its public stockholders. Yesterday, the board of directors of Twitter voted to unanimously approve the transaction…
“subject to the approval of Twitter stockholders, the receipt of applicable regulatory approvals and the satisfaction of other customary closing conditions.”
All in, Twitter expects this process to take at least three to six months.
However, it’s quite likely it will take more time than that.

The world’s new monetary system, underpinned by a digital currency, will be backed by a basket of new foreign currencies and natural resources. And it will liberate the Global South from both western debt and IMF-induced austerity.
In a bout of Russophobic hysteria, the ruling elite of the United States played its last “trump ace” in the hybrid war against Russia. Having “frozen” Russian foreign exchange reserves in custody accounts of western central banks, financial regulators of the US, EU, and the UK undermined the status of the dollar, euro, and pound as global reserve currencies. This step sharply accelerated the ongoing dismantling of the dollar-based economic world order.
Over a decade ago, my colleagues at the Astana Economic Forum and I proposed to transition to a new global economic system based on a new synthetic trading currency based on an index of currencies of participating countries. Later, we proposed to expand the underlying currency basket by adding around twenty exchange-traded commodities. A monetary unit based on such an expanded basket was mathematically modeled and demonstrated a high degree of resilience and stability.
At around the same time, we proposed to create a wide international coalition of resistance in the hybrid war for global dominance that the financial and power elite of the US unleashed on the countries that remained outside of its control. My book The Last World War: the USA to Move and Lose, published in 2016, scientifically explained the nature of this coming war and argued for its inevitability – a conclusion based on objective laws of long-term economic development. Based on the same objective laws, the book argued the inevitability of the defeat of the old dominant power.
Currently, the US is fighting to maintain its dominance, but just as Britain previously, which provoked two world wars but was unable to keep its empire and its central position in the world due to the obsolescence of its colonial economic system, it is destined to fail. The British colonial economic system based on slave labor was overtaken by structurally more efficient economic systems of the US and the USSR. Both the US and the USSR were more efficient at managing human capital in vertically integrated systems, which split the world into their zones of influence. A transition to a new world economic order started after the disintegration of the USSR. This transition is now reaching its conclusion with the imminent disintegration of the dollar-based global economic system, which provided the foundation of the United States global dominance.
The new convergent economic system that emerged in the PRC (People’s Republic of China) and India is the next inevitable stage of development, combining the benefits of both centralized strategic planning and market economy, and of both state control of the monetary and physical infrastructure and entrepreneurship. The new economic system united various strata of their societies around the goal of increasing common wellbeing in a way that is substantially stronger than the Anglo-Saxon and European alternatives. This is the main reason why Washington will not be able to win the global hybrid war that it started. This is also the main reason why the current dollar-centric global financial system will be superseded by a new one, based on a consensus of the countries who join the new world economic order.
In the first phase of the transition, these countries fall back on using their national currencies and clearing mechanisms, backed by bilateral currency swaps. At this point, price formation is still mostly driven by prices at various exchanges, denominated in dollars. This phase is almost over: after Russia’s reserves in dollars, euro, pound, and yen were “frozen,” it is unlikely that any sovereign country will continue accumulating reserves in these currencies. Their immediate replacement is national currencies and gold.
The second stage of the transition will involve new pricing mechanisms that do not reference the dollar. Price formation in national currencies involves substantial overheads, however, it will still be more attractive than pricing in ‘un-anchored’ and treacherous currencies like dollars, pounds, euro, and yen. The only remaining global currency candidate – the yuan – won’t be taking their place due to its inconvertibility and the restricted external access to the Chinese capital markets. The use of gold as the price reference is constrained by the inconvenience of its use for payments.
The third and the final stage on the new economic order transition will involve a creation of a new digital payment currency founded through an international agreement based on principles of transparency, fairness, goodwill, and efficiency. I expect that the model of such a monetary unit that we developed will play its role at this stage. A currency like this can be issued by a pool of currency reserves of BRICS countries, which all interested countries will be able to join. The weight of each currency in the basket could be proportional to the GDP of each country (based on purchasing power parity, for example), its share in international trade, as well as the population and territory size of participating countries.
In addition, the basket could contain an index of prices of main exchange-traded commodities: gold and other precious metals, key industrial metals, hydrocarbons, grains, sugar, as well as water and other natural resources. To provide backing and to make the currency more resilient, relevant international resource reserves can be created in due course. This new currency would be used exclusively for cross-border payments and issued to the participating countries based on a pre-defined formula. Participating countries would instead use their national currencies for credit creation, in order to finance national investments and industry, as well as for sovereign wealth reserves. Capital account cross-border flows would remain governed by national currency regulations.
…Transition to the new world economic order will likely be accompanied by systematic refusal to honor obligations in dollars, euro, pound, and yen. In this respect, it will be no different from the example set by the countries issuing these currencies who thought it appropriate to steal foreign exchange reserves of Iraq, Iran, Venezuela, Afghanistan, and Russia to the tune of trillions of dollars. Since the US, Britain, EU, and Japan refused to honor their obligations and confiscated the wealth of other nations which was held in their currencies, why should other countries be obliged to pay them back and to service their loans?
In any case, participation in the new economic system will not be constrained by the obligations in the old one.”

Unlike the New World order, the world’s financial system is trending toward a system that benefits all nations, including the United States, and will help to end the resource wars that have plagued the world for the last several decades.
