Within the EUA framework, science is irrelevant to the regulatory process of approving drugs
The brilliant Sasha Latypova has penetrated the legal framework surrounding the FDA’s issuance of experimental medical products onto the public. In this article, she explains how drug companies can issue experimental products and be legally protected from harm regardless whether those injected are harmed or killed. If you read this article carefully, and listen to the video (I will post the link below) it becomes evident that profit is much more important to the federal government regulatory agencies than safety.

SUBCHAPTER V-DRUGS AND DEVICES
Part E-General Provisions Relating to Drugs and Devices
(c) Current good manufacturing practice
(1) In general
The Secretary may, when the circumstances of a domestic, military, or public health emergency or material threat described in subsection (a)(1)(C) so warrant, authorize, with respect to an eligible product, deviations from current good manufacturing practice requirements otherwise applicable to the manufacture, processing, packing, or holding of products subject to regulation under this chapter, including requirements under section 351 or 360j(f)(1) of this title or applicable conditions prescribed with respect to the eligible product by an order under section 360j(f)(2) of this title.
(2) Effect
Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter or the Public Health Service Act [42 U.S.C. 201 et seq.], an eligible product shall not be considered an unapproved product (as defined in section 360bbb–3(a)(2)(A) of this title) and shall not be deemed adulterated or misbranded under this chapter because, with respect to such product, the Secretary has authorized deviations from current good manufacturing practices under paragraph (1).”
Public Health officials and pharma companies, if they are covered under the PREP act, also receive full immunity from prosecution no matter how many deaths or adverse reactions are experienced by individuals as a result of these medical products.

Sasha explains in her article how this process works. If you take the time to read it slowly and carefully you will understand how vitally important it is to do your own research before ingesting ANY product released by pharma companies.
The experimental mRNA vaccines, for example, were issued under Emergency Use Authorization and so do not legally require testing for long-term effects, as was the case before the pandemic.

IRB – Institutional Review Board. Wikipedia defines IRB as follows: “An institutional review board (IRB), also known as an independent ethics committee (IEC), ethical review board (ERB), or research ethics board (REB), is a committee at an institution that applies research ethics by reviewing the methods proposed for research done at that institution to ensure that the projects are ethical. Such boards are formally designated to approve (or reject), monitor, and review biomedical and behavioral research involving humans...”
BLA – Biologics License Application
EUA – Emergency Use Authorization
There are two legal pathways for a medical product to be distributed: BLA and EUA. BLA is the gold standard where testing, clinical trials, and long term studies are necessary. EUA is also a legal pathway, but it gets around safety and effectiveness testing.
Edward Snowden and Glenn Greenwald were right back in 2013.
On Nov. 20 Senator Ron Wyden released a letter to the Department of Justice, addressed to Merrick Garland, the Attorney General. The letter asks for records relating to the Hemisphere Project, a monstrous spying operation on public phone records.
According to the letter, “This is a long-running dragnet surveillance program in which the White House pays AT&T to provide all federal, state, local, and Tribal law enforcement agencies the ability to request often-warrantless searches of trillions of domestic phone records.”
Trillions of domestic phone records? The White House?
This program was begun in 2009 under Obama and then shut down, then started again in 2017 under Trump, and was again restarted under Biden. It exists under the auspices of the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP). ONDCP “pays AT&T to mine its customers’ records for the benefit of federal, state, local, and Tribal law enforcement agencies. According to an ONDCP slide deck, AT&T has kept and queries as part of the Hemisphere Project call records going back to 1987, with 4 billion new records being added every day.”
We already know where the drugs are coming from: our own southern border. The migrant crisis is an excuse for drug running and human trafficking. The federal government has essentially shut down the Border Patrol and ICE. The Border Patrol issues free apps to each migrant who comes in illegally (after they have paid thousands to the drug cartels) and government-paid NGOs transfer migrants anywhere in the country for free.
Senator Wyden’s letter states that
The scale of the data available to and routinely searched for the benefit of law enforcement under the Hemisphere Project is stunning in its scope.
Hemisphere
Is “AT&T's Super Search Engine” and ... "Google on Steroids.”
“Can be used to identify alternate numbers used by a target, obtain location data and “two levels of call detail records for one target number” (meaning the phone records of everyone who communicated with the target).”
Paid for by Federal (taxpayer) funds. `“Although the Hemisphere Project is paid for with federal funds, they are delivered to AT&T through an obscure grant program, enabling the program to skip an otherwise mandatory federal privacy review.”
Is coordinated under the Houston HIDTA. “ONDCP provides funding for the program through the Houston High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA), one of 33 regional funding organizations as a part of a grant program created by Congress and administered by ONDCP. The HIDTAs distribute federal anti-drug law enforcement grants to state and local agencies, and are governed by a board made up entirely of federal, state and local law enforcement officials.”
This information has been designated “Law Enforcement Sensitive,” which is meant to restrict its public release. In other words, the public does not get to see these records.
And most important,
“Hemisphere searches are not required to be in support of drug-related investigations.”
In other words, anyone can be targeted. Are AT&T and the ONDCP sharing their spying results with other companies in the government-corporate complex, or with other telecom companies?
So there you have it. More proof that the War on Drugs is just more government spying on U.S. citizens, just as the War on Terror is an excuse to create endless war.
Greenwald and Snowden pointed this out in 2013.
After 9/11/01 and the Patriot Act, the electronic surveillance system that was originally created to monitor threats from abroad was shifted to track threats inside our country. The Hemisphere Project is part of that effort.

Sasha, at minute 43:36 in this interview you said to Mr. Kirsch "...There's no way to develop viruses that are both lethal and spreadable; That's a myth; That's a science-fiction myth; Ok, so that doesn't exist - off the table".
“I haven't heard or read anyone else say that. What I hear and read from many sources, is the story about lovely gentleman and ladies that enjoy working in BSL3 & BSL4 labs, and they cobble together bits and pieces of biological things and attach them to other biological things and make scary-scary viruses they call chimeric bioweapons. Some journalists, and some lawyers, cite papers that explain what the gentleman & ladies of the labs have fabricated using gain-of-function, dual-use research, synthetic biology magic. And then tell us that these lab-made very scary things are bioweapons that may kill everybody.
“If what you say is true {I'll take your word for it} then all the work to make scary-scary viruses and frighten billions of people into getting injected is a huge scam, setup to make the participants wealthy. Are there other people, with skill sets similar to yours, that have said the same thing?”
Not just frighten billions of people, but importantly blackmail legislators (or create cover for the cooperating legislators) to approve the illegal laws and billions for the biodefense scam. All they had to do is poison or pretend to poison a handful of politicians [the anthrax scare]. Of course, you can poison one person with anything. Or 10 people in one location. But these bioweapon deployments are not anything alive and they don’t spread by themselves. Fear and lies are self-spreading, however, and can be skillfully used to drive people to self-destruction and to killing of others.
Sasha’s answer:
Other people are not talking about it, because biodefense is a huge grift on both sides. “Their” side appropriates money and power, and new billion dollar agencies for “Pandemic Preparedness”. “Our” side gets millions of followers talking about them evil guys (video of Francis Boyle repeating covid narrative and solidifying the biodefense racket), or spinning stories about biolabs in Wuhan, Ukraine and lately California. Remember, any rogue crazy PhD can build a scary biolab, and no PhD degree is actually needed. All you have to do is rent some space, leave a bunch of mice and random equipment that can’t be used for anything, and voila - scary biolab narrative is all over the news. Those evil CCP masterminds are working on weaponized mice! Did we forget that Ralph Baric has done the same for decades in North Carolina and failed to produce any pandemics there? Come to think of this, has your cat ever brought a weaponized mouse home to you as a present? Why not? They “leak” from labs almost every week, and using CRISPER gene drive narrative logic, all mice in the world should look like Ralph Baric by now.
“Shrestha et al, Effectiveness of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 Bivalent Vaccine, didn’t say “The fucking vaccine creates the fucking virus.” The [study] said, “The higher the number of vaccines previously received, the higher the risk of contracting COVID-19 (Figure 2).” Look at it. You want to stick that in your arm…”
All right, I will let you guys digest this. If it truly is impossible to create a lethal virus in a lab, then the “pandemic” was a knowing scam and a PsyOp on such a massive scale that it’s almost incomprehensible. Of course many readers know or suspect this already, but if the science is this clear, it fooled the entire medical establishment (unless they were in on it) and many other scientists and intelligent laypersons as well. We know that SARS-COV-2’s lethality was at most 0.26% and possibly lower, so these claims make sense to me. Someone with scientific knowledge may have a different take, but it was hard for me to believe this when I first read it...
The development of technology cannot be an end in itself
The human race is fascinated with technology, and many believe that arranging our societies around the development of AI, neural chipping, birth-to-death vaccinations, and invasive surveillance technology is the ideal situation for humanity. Unfortunately, the successful implementation of such a society must have a command economy and be ruled from above (or by AI, same thing).

My comment to Musk was as follows: “The more AI research veers away from ‘a human-centric approach’ the less human it becomes. AGI then becomes completely divorced from human values; a robotic, sterile, purely intellectual effort without compassion or affinity for life. Collectivism

Why does Microsoft, a private corporation embedded in the monstrosity that is our federal government, want to insert itself into our election process? You get one guess!
In the future techno-state (being built right now), individuals cannot be allowed too much freedom, for individual freedom results in many mavericks who do not follow the proposed program for the Greater Good. That’s because the techno-state is a "safe" social organization where all cooperate, behave, and believe similarly. This results in a dictatorial mindset and social structure, with forced cooperation for the unbelievers, as in vaccine mandates and lockdowns in the name of “public health.”
But that was just the precursor to full-on Collectivism.
Human history is the story of individuals who rebel against the dictatorship of the individual (cult of personality) or the dictatorship of the collective. Marx called this the “dictatorship of the proletariat” but it is rule by the majority and the suppression of minority points of view – which then breeds revolutionaries who eventually overthrow the society. Then the process starts over again. And again, and again, and again... and thus is the history of humanity.
The Final Solution of the techno-state is what I call Collectivism, which voluntarily requires individuals to be chipped and vaxxed for the good of society – and persons like Bill Gates.
Collectivism is not possible until a level of technology exists that can embrace the entire planet – otherwise there are vast areas untouched by the New Order. However, we are at that stage now where all humans can be affected by new, often poorly tested technology and the social structures based upon them. We all experienced an attempted Collectivist reorganization of humanity during the recent pandemic.
Collectivism is far more sinister than fascism (a corporate/State cooperative dictatorship) or communism (the State owns everything), for techno-state Collectivism reaches into the very cellular structure of human DNA via nano-bio-technology and neural chipping. Collectivism is the attempt to re-program humanity to suit an inhuman agenda, not a divine one. Needless to say, such a society will die off and be thrown into the dustbin of history.
Astonishingly (to me), well over half of the people in the Western world believe in Collectivism. These are the people who eagerly embraced the experimental, gene-altering mRNA “vaccines” and the lockdowns and the scientifically absurd, made up idea of “stand six feet apart.” Incredibly, according to the ourworldindata.org website, “70.6% of the world population has received at least one dose of COVID-19 vaccine. 13.53 billion doses have been administered globally, and 9,393 are now administered each day.”
With a human population of 8 billion, 70.6% is over 5.6 billion people who received a dose of the untested, experimental gene therapy product; the forerunner to a techno-state chipped and vaxxed population. (Elon Musk and others are busy creating neural chips.)
In the United States, according to usafacts.org, “at least 270,227,181 people or 81% of the population have received at least one dose.”
The data is in
The US is rapidly separating into two societies: one dominated by technology and the belief in artificial general intelligence, and the other that has a more religious/spiritual understanding that rejects Collectivism. I wonder whether there is a correlation between a more spiritual understanding, and those who did not take the “vaccine.” My guess is that there is. These people are what I call “old souls.”
Old souls have had many, many lifetimes on earth and know how the “system” works. These are people who could discern something untoward with the lockdowns, the separation, the closing of schools, and suspect (without having proof) that the experimental mRNA “vaccines” were potentially dangerous.
Well, now the data is in.
We can now analyze the data from early 2021 to the third quarter of 2022, when 90% of the COVID-19 vaccines had been distributed. These results were first summarized in Watson et al. (2022). This study claimed that millions of lives were saved by the mRNA “vaccines.” This story, which appeared in the prestigious journal The Lancet Infectious Diseases, was widely publicized by the New York Times, the Washington Post, CNN, Reuters, the Associated Press, Science News, and even the Nobel Prize committee, which stated that “The vaccines have saved millions of lives and prevented severe disease in many more, allowing societies to open and return to normal conditions.”
Unfortunately this study has serious flaws.
A follow-up study has been published in Correlation, titled “Quantitative evaluation of whether the Nobel Prize-winning COVID-19 vaccine actually saved millions of lives,” by Denis G. The authors state categorically that
Our calculations provide graphical proof that “the theoretical proposals of Watson et al. (2022) — corresponding globally to 14.4 or 19.8 million lives saved by COVID-19 vaccination — are untenable, and are not even partially correct. There is no evidence in actual all-cause mortality data that the COVID-19 vaccine rollouts had any beneficial effect. In fact, the contrary is apparent.”
In the graph above for the USA, all cause mortality deaths (ACM) increased as the COVID-19 vaccines were rolled out. Vaccine doses are in gray, the reported all cause mortality (deaths from all causes) is in blue, and the Watson et al. “deaths averted by vaccination” is in red. As the vax doses increased from 2021, the number of deaths increased, not decreased.
According to Dr. Robert Malone, who holds patents on the invention of mRNA technology, over 17 million excess deaths worldwide were caused by the COVID-19 vaccines. This story of one mother and her son is typical of reports from the vaccine injured. My question is, how many vaccine injured are there?
Changing course
Embracing technology without wisdom or discernment can lead to terrible results. With the COVID-19 vax rollout and now with the development of AGI, artificial general intelligence, new tech products are being developed without regard to their effect on the human race. If humanity is to ever attain real freedom and stability in this world, the human spiritual connection to divine wisdom must be developed and never lost, for this connection leads to a higher level of knowledge and the dissolution of hatred and conflict.
The story of the mRNA vax rollout is the story of mindless and heedless investment in gain-of-function research to develop products that were not properly tested before release. And the same goes for AI research. It is a case of “we do it because we can,” based on the assumption that new technology will always be beneficial.
Instead of mindlessly developing new technology that may actually be harmful to human societies, let’s concentrate on the development of the human spirit and human consciousness.

Fred Hoyle was a world-renowned astronomer and author. Like many other brilliant and thoughtful scientists such as Einstein, Bohm, Bohr, and Schrodinger, he commented on the origin of life and the universe.
Why do some scientists, particularly physicists, talk about these esoteric subjects? Perhaps it is because physicists are charged with uncovering the laws that govern the universe, and that leads them to discover, as Hoyle said, that “the favorable properties of physics on which life depends are in every respect deliberate.”
Thoughtful persons are able to look deeper into themselves and discover their divine connection to the Higher Power. This Higher Power has been called God, the Great Spirit, the Creative Source, the OM, the One, and probably many others.
Introspection is something that secularists rarely engage in. Secularists/materialists look outward into the realm of matter and energy for answers; thoughtful persons such as physicists probably also begin with this attitude, but then realize that “the probability of life originating at random is so utterly minuscule as to make it absurd.”
What would a society based on atheism, secularism, materialism, and transhumanism look like? We can see that today; it’s obvious: drug and crime filled cities; violence, conflict and mindless, aggressive competition; journalism based on competing Narratives and Information Influence Operations; environmental disasters like in East Palestine that have destroyed and polluted entire communities (we are more worried about an Israeli-Palestinian Middle East conflict than our own people); and a corrupt ruling class that is far more interested in money laundering operations, war, chaos, and death.
The point is, a society will fail, inevitably, if the people in it do not recognize the nature of the human being; that all individuals, regardless of their beliefs, are immortal, incarnated spiritual personalities that have independent consciousness and existence not dependent on the body.
I’ve written about this before, but as the world goes insane, it is becoming clearer every day. Those who cannot see the God in themselves and the God in others will build frantic, violent, and unjust societies based on mindless scrambling for personal gain. They will pollute, trample over others, and do anything for themselves, regardless of the consequences.
Folks, I’m sorry, their aint no magic bullet, no “new” social system, no candidate for president, that can save humanity in the absence of recognizing each individual’s spiritual connection to the Source of all.
I’m afraid things are going to have to get worse before this becomes obvious to enough people so that a “soft landing” to the political, social, and economic crises that face us is possible.
I am one of a growing group of people who see a Great Awakening across the planet. This is an incredibly painful process as people get chewed up in wars and conflict and violence.
The chaotic social phenomena occurring everywhere across the globe is a process that is working out karma accumulated throughout humanity’s 200,000-year existence. Everyone who has ever had a lifetime on earth is incarnated now; MASSIVE karmic energy that has never been able to be released is being worked through. The karmic and spiritual energy of 8 billion people, combined with an instant messaging and comms system across the planet, is informing the Global Mind. It is also, inevitably, creating political, economic, and social chaos.
Human beings are spiritual entities that exist outside the body. My belief is that the human race has, in the “between lives” area, made a collective decision to advance into the light and into higher dimensions of existence. Unfortunately this requires that the massive, 200,000-year karmic backlog be worked through and resolved. There aint no magic wand that can resolve it because all who incarnate on earth pick up their accumulated karma in the new lifetime.
What if, as in Las Vegas, everything that happens on earth stays on earth? What if individual karma is stored on earth between physical lives, allowing ALL souls to leave fresh and return to Source? That would mean individuals incarnate fresh, live their lives, deposit their karma upon death of the body, and leave pure and clean to return to the loving arms of God.
These esoteric concepts are not meaningless, pie-in-the sky lunacy anymore. The secularists/materialists are building their society now, and we can see what it looks like: a medico-fascist-technological-chipped surveillance state that pollutes the biology and suppresses the light in every human being; a social construct where human beings will own nothing, eat bugs, and be happy living in their IoT and their Smart Cities that will monitor and control their lives from the day they are born to the day they die.
This is the wet dream of psychopaths, secularists, atheists, and materialists who have turned away from their own Light. It is an evolutionary dead end.
We are living a spiritual war; a war of consciousness. This is not understood by the materialists. Those of us who understand Self and our divine nature must simply never give up this understanding, and we are guaranteed to win. It’s called the Great Awakening, brought to you by 8 billion souls who, in their native state of consciousness, connected to Source, understand very well what we are doing here on earth!
It’s just that some of us have realized this while we are in our physical bodies, and some of us haven’t yet. The Great Awakening is the process of more and more individuals coming to this realization without having to “die” first.
Another endless war is developing in the Middle East, and the insane war in Ukraine continues, brought to you by our psychopathic overlords. Meanwhile, the United States economy is being hollowed out by insane government spending that has resulted in the escorting of 8 to 10 million illegal migrants over the southern border since January 20, 2021, along with massive amounts of fentanyl that is killing 80,000 people a year in a reverse Opium War.
The Mexican drug cartels control our southern border now, and every migrant who comes over must pay thousands of dollars to these criminal organizations.
The U.S. government is the world’s largest human trafficker.
There are two main issues facing the US as I see it.
(1) Massive government money printing has resulted in a yearly interest payment that has now reached $1 trillion. The government took in about $4.5 trillion dollars in fiscal year 2023, but it spent $6.5 trillion (figures are approximate). That’s a $2T deficit. In FY 2023, over 20% of every dollar collected by the gummint was spent on interest payments. With interest rates way higher than before, that debt interest will get greater and greater every year, particularly if spending isn’t cut to reasonable levels.
If nothing is done, how long can this continue before the whole thing collapses?
We are in the final phase of capitalism: finance capitalism, where the amount of goods and services grows less and less because the government grows larger and larger and sucks more and more productivity out of the private sector. In its place, worthless fiat paper currency is printed. Today, a significant portion of U.S. GDP is just government spending. Our manufacturing base was sent to China during the Bush 43 and Obama administrations.
Yet the U.S. economy still limps along. Mostly everything still works, but how long will that last?
(2) The second issue is the massive invasion of our country along the southern border, with millions of young men of military fighting age, fifth columnists, CCP/PLA operatives, Hamas and Hezbollah operatives, IDF spies, and criminals from every nation coming across — which is also a cover for the massive influx of fentanyl and the trafficking of children and women.
Ukraine and Israel are not on the list. I’m sorry for Ukraine and Israel, but we must address our own border and protect U.S. sovereignty first, even as the national security state and mass media are all-in for the New War as the Old War sputters out amid a hundred thousand deaths.
So why is all this happening?
The Shift
Human consciousness in a Shift. In the last post I talked about social bifurcation and the chaos that develops when events accelerate in preparation for an evolutionary leap to a different social state.
With the advent of social media, a bifurcation occurred. The pandemic and the lockdowns accelerated social isolation for individuals, and the “vaccine” debate and the mandates further hardened attitudes and created rifts in our society. The introduction of millions of migrants from literally all over the world, who do not share the tradition of tolerance and open-handedness that was the bedrock of the middle class here in the US, is creating and will create more chaos.
We’re in the chaotic period now where bifurcations are occurring rapidly and events are really hard to keep up with. The only question is: Will we evolve to a higher state, or will society collapse?
Well, why create a negative future? Humanity has been conditioned by our history of war and conflict to always expect the worst. The Shift offers the possibility to take a different track. Events are accelerating due to a shift in human consciousness, which affects every person on the planet. The darkness is being exposed.
Those who want to keep the old energy of war and conflict going are creating these wars. The lies of the national security state here in the US are so numerous, tangled, and contradictory that their entire Narrative War is collapsing under the weight of its own falsehoods and internal contradictions. It is instructive to watch a White House news conference and watch Karine Jean-Pierre stumble all over herself in an attempt to obfuscate and lie about the news of the day. Thios is what happen when you build a House of Lies and then try to defend it. I don’t envy KJP.
The national security state psychopaths have only one tool set in their toolbox: lies, deceit, and when that doesn’t work, violence. Their narratives are facilitating the consciousness shift.

Chaos
As the election approaches, watch for more and more absurd mainstream media narratives and, of course, more chaotic events like shootings and train wrecks like the one in East Palestine. Executive branch agencies are part of the problem. They have, like Congress, abandoned their original mission to serve the people and instead serve special interests (this, dear reader, is hopefully not news to you!).
The EPA, for example, is completely captured by the industries it is supposed to regulate. The EPA rep on the scene in East Palestine OKed the horrendous blast of carcinogenic chemicals which has polluted the land and the rivers and streams for miles around, and then blamed it all on the local fire chief! (even though the EPA had jurisdiction). While that was happening, the cardboard cutout political hack EPA director was on a plane with celebrities, going to a posh “climate change” conference in Africa. (The irony of this is appalling. The EPA effected “climate change” on the people of East Palestine. Don’t need to go to Africa to see that.) When this bureaucrat was hauled before Congress to answer questions about the environmental catastrophe, he stalled, mumbled, and deflected. It was patently obvious he knew nothing about the situation, and didn’t care. I could barely stand to watch his testimony.
I remember celebrating the creation of the EPA back in 1972, but now it is just an industry-captured bureaucracy. The EPA doesn't care as much about polluters or pollution as it does about phony, fake “climate change” Scientism.

Why can’t we live in peace?
We can, except we let a small minority of psychopaths rise to the top of our social and political organizations. We let them control the narratives and convince people to fight each other. These people are highly motivated because they focus only on themselves and their myopic goals of self-promotion and self-aggrandizement.
Let’s ignore these people. The greatest fear of the psychopath is that no one pays attention to them.
We don’t have to protest out on the streets and scream and yell. Fighting against just empowers the other side and contributes to more conflict.
Ignore the calls to take this side or that side in a conflict. Don’t participate, and don’t comply. Research all claims, even on media you agree with, and make up your own mind about issues. Quietly share your research with others or in blog posts or on X.
Informed citizens are key – as a citizen, perform due diligence on all narratives and claims.
An informed citizenry is vital for the successful functioning of a democracy.
This is reflected in the famous quote of Benjamin Franklin: “A nation of well-informed men who have been taught to know and prize the rights which God has given them cannot be enslaved. It is in the region of ignorance that tyranny begins.”
Substitute the word “people” for “men” and you have a quote that perfectly applies to current events. When Franklin says “the rights which God has given them” he is talking about inalienable rights that are enshrined in the Declaration of Independence and enumerated in the Bill of Rights for all U.S. citizens. Inalienable means, “that which cannot be taken away.” These are inherent human rights granted not by the State, but by the Creative Source, the maker of the universe, and the higher power that all human beings are connected to.
Conclusion
The power to move the Social Overton Window to a higher state is fully in the hands of every individual. The national security state and the endless war crowd are fighting a losing battle!

The current news cycle reflects the latter. Every day, it seems, “breaking news” happens.
Societal changes often do not follow smooth trajectories; they occur via irregular starts and stops.
When a physical system begins to evolve rapidly, it begins to bifurcate onto new paths more and more swiftly, reflecting the increased acceleration of events. Perhaps this is also true of social events.
In physics there is a phenomenon called bifurcation. In the study of dynamical systems, a bifurcation occurs when a small change made to the parameters of a system causes a sudden change in its behavior. If this occurs rapidly, we can get something like this:
In Period 1 (Decade 1, let’s say) the society is stable and is just humming along. Then in Period 2, a significant change is introduced (let’s say, a pandemic), which causes a bifurcation. Then the system begins to change so rapidly that you can hardly keep track of events and chaos results.
Systems can evolve chaotically and when they do, they usually settle down and stabilize, as shown in the next diagram:
On the left, a chaotic system settles down to one state. This carries on for a while until changes occur that evolve the system to a new state. The file is aptly named “ChaosOrderChaos.”
My guess is that this is how evolution occurs: first a slow change, then more and more rapid changes and evolution to a new, stable mutation. If social systems evolve in this way, where are we right now in the US? I’d say in the chaotic period. No one knows to which state our social system will change to: it could devolve to a barbaric state or even destroy itself, or it could evolve to a higher state.
You can connect the right side of the diagram back to the left side to get a repeating pattern. This pattern is called “human history.”
Change in Social Systems
What causes changes in social systems? There are a lot of people smarter than me who have studied this, but I’m going to take a different tack. In a previous post I talked about a “Spiritual Overton Window,” which could also be called a “Social Overton Window.” Here, the decisions of the people within the society decide where the system evolves to. This may seem obvious, but it is of crucial importance.
A society composed of people who decide that the economy is going to collapse, or that WW III will destroy the planet, are creating that energy in the human consciousness, or what I call the Human ThoughtSpace.
The decisions of 8 billion people within the Human ThoughtSpace determines the permitted actions of any of the players. Some of the political/social actors on our planet (who are, in my opinion, mostly psychopaths) seem determined to create a dystopian future. But these actors are not more powerful than the rest of us. It may SEEM that they are because they currently control the levers of power and finance. But the ultimate destination of any social system is determined by all 8 billion human beings. The Game of Politics is, and has always been, to convince the public of a certain agenda. If people see that the powerful actors have decided to go in a downward direction the rest of us get angry and depressed, and begin to rail against and resist the “New World Order.” But this just entrains our thought to their agenda! Some of us get depressed and just give up, thinking that the common person is powerless. “What can I do to stop these nutjobs?” is the refrain.
But the common person is not powerless. The collective consciousness determines the permitted actions of all players in society, including those who currently hold power. The problem is that so many of us feel a sense of unworthiness, whereas the psychopaths feel an unwarranted sense of entitlement; that all of their goals, even if they are selfish and destructive to the common good, are divinely ordained.
However, there is one thing almost every sane person in our rage- and hate-filled society can agree on: that people should be prosperous, and that human life should be respected. (The psychopaths are less than 5% of the population, so they are hopelessly outnumbered in the Human ThoughtSpace.)
Democrats, Republicans, Liberals, Conservatives, can all agree on that. In this conception, the thought streams that enter and flow from the Human ThoughtSpace determine what can and cannot be done, because broad agreement from billions of people is an overwhelmingly powerful force. This powerful “thought force” naturally entrains thought and belief to it.
We’ve all experienced what happens in a group when everyone agrees on something and you are the only one who disagrees. Can’t you feel an actual force pressing on you to agree? People on juries experience this if they are the one holdout preventing a case settlement. Now imagine the power of millions of people all rejecting the current paradigm of war and death, and agreeing about peace! Thought is a very, very, very powerful force.
The so-called “Powers That Be” can only operate if we go into agreement with them. Let’s not do that! The psychos and the nutjobs are only looking out for themselves anyway, and they are in the overwhelming minority. Their power in the Human ThoughtSpace is minimal compared to the rest of us, unless they can convince us that it’s all hopeless. That’s the Narrative/Information Game that is being played out on the planetary stage, for the hearts, minds, and souls of humanity.
We can move the Social Overton Window to higher and higher states if we understand that the spiritual system on our planet empowers us. This might not be obvious, but it is part of the evolutionary process humanity is going through. Human evolution is a spiritual process, where humans reject the negative and focus on the positive.
What’s the difference between living in the old Soviet Union and living in America today?
Well, in the old Soviet Union the economy sucked, but every single Russian knew that the communist government was lying. Statistics about the success of the latest 5-year plan were ignored as nonsensical, since everyone could see that the economy was in sad shape every time they went to the government-owned supermarket and inspected the bare shelves.
In America the economy sucks, but half the country believe the gummint statistics.
Inflation
In America today the economy is starting to tank. We can all see it. But the gummint tells us that inflation is under control and that new jobs are being created. All is well! say the gummint spokespeople. Except that they leave out energy and food from the inflation estimates. And those newly created jobs are mostly minimum wage jobs.
Energy and food are the most important part of any person or family budget. Why is this left out of the inflation figures? Because anyone who pays for heating and food knows that prices are going up. Why are prices going up? Primarily because of massive federal overspending. The fiscal year 2023 budget Biden submitted called for almost $7 TRILLION dollars in spending. Estimates for receipts (from taxes and fees) were around $5T. That’s a built-in $2T deficit.
How about it folks? When you run up your credit cards to the point where they are all maxxed out and you can’t get another one, do you borrow more money? That’s what the gummint does. Washington DC loves it, for the capital is awash in dollars.
Apparently the politicians think that printing money can be done indefinitely, despite a $33T public deficit. The Federal Reserve (which creates money) is about $10T in debt and that is growing, because there aren’t enough buyers of Treasury securities to cover the federal spending deficits. This has been going on for decades. Excess federal spending is killing the economy and the housing market. Check this out:
Unaffordable housing hits a record high. Even worse than 2006 — just before the Global Financial Crisis.
In US cities it now takes between half and two-thirds of income to own a house. In San Francisco it’s 84% 🤯
Now let’s talk about jobs. Did you know that there were 245K new jobs created last month (September 2023)? Well aint that grand. There’s only one problem. Someone who can’t make ends meet because of inflation and the crummy economy may have to take a second job. And even a third job. The gummint counts all of those jobs as NEW jobs. I’ll bet that makes the poor guy or gal working those extra jobs feel better about the economy.
But these 245K “new” jobs came about as a result of 1 million high paying jobs being lost and 1.25 million minimum wage jobs being created.
1 million high paying jobs at $100K = $100 billion. 1.25K minimum wage jobs at $20K = $25 billion. $25 billion - $100 billion = -$75 billion.
So we got more new jobs, wow! But the workers of America received $75 billion less in income. And that means less money for the gummint in taxes.
What do the politicians do? Nothing. It’s just business as usual: no budget process, increase spending from last year, cram every spending bill into an omnibus spending bill and give the Congress 24 hours to digest a bill that runs to thousands of pages. And don’t forget the media hacks who support them on the major news networks.
That’s what the corporations who run the politicians want: lower wages, higher profits. Is it a coincidence that our borders are wide open and unskilled, minimum wage migrants are pouring in? Well, it’s not so concerning for the migrants, who get a free gummint-issued cell phone and money every month to make ends meet. That’s partially what all that excess government spending is going to.
Do you recall voting for this shit? Hell, even Democrats and Republicans can agree that this is insanity.
I wonder how U.S. citizens who lived in the old Soviet Union are feeling about current developments in the US. It may remind them starkly of what they went through under the corrupt regime of the Soviets.
Leading voices in the climate community are in an uproar as their warming hypothesis comes under fresh assault by newscientificpapers.
The authors of the papers are being attacked and say that “activist scientists” threatened by the new findings are “aggressively conducting an orchestrated disinformation campaign to discredit the papers and the scientific reputation of the authors.”
Indeed, from insults on social media and furious blog posts to Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests demanding emails from a journal editor and federal scientist, the controversy is getting heated.
Several scientists who spoke with The Epoch Times expressed shock at the tactics used against those whose latest research is casting renewed doubts on the official climate narrative.
William Happer, Princeton professor emeritus of physics and former climate adviser to President Donald Trump, wasn't surprised by the response to the new findings.
“Of course the climate cult will be dismissive of any information—no matter how scientifically correct—that is politically incorrect," he told The Epoch Times, noting that the new findings made important and valid points.
The reason that climate activists are so upset is that the findings of the new papers—a trio of peer-reviewed studies by astrophysicist Willie Soon and dozens of other scientists from around the world—are casting further doubt on the narrative of man-made global warming.
The papers are also fueling even more public skepticism about the U.N Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), which the authors say ignores the facts as well as climate science more generally.
The rhetoric employed by taxpayer-funded scientists with a vested interest in the climate change narrative to attack the new research was profoundly unscientific, multiple scientists told The Epoch Times.
Atmospheric science professor Michael Mann of Pennsylvania State University, for instance, denounced the authors of one of the new papers as “a group of climate denier [clown emoji]” on X.
Mr. Mann, famous for the now-widely ridiculed “hockey stick” graph purporting to show massive man-made warming, also described the editor of the journal Climate as a “denier clown.”
Gareth S. Jones with the UK Met Office ridiculed the new studies as "nonsense," while smearing the journal publisher for supposedly being "popular with the science denial community."

Mr. Jones also denounced the guest editor of Climate’s special issue, Ned Nikolov, for having a "bit of a reputation, so much so that other climate contrarians distance themselves from him."
Mr. Nikolov authored an earlier paper arguing that atmospheric pressure, not greenhouse gases, plays a primary role in temperatures on Earth and on other celestial bodies.
Also chiming in to attack the new papers and the scientists behind them was Gavin Schmidt, director of the NASA Goddard Institute for Space Studies, who's using a FOIA request to demand all of Mr. Nikolov’s emails with relevant scientists.
Mr. Schmidt mocked Greenpeace co-founder Patrick Moore, one of the authors, saying on X that there was “mo[o]re [expletive] going around” before posting a highly edited version of Mr. Moore’s post on social media.

“The only point of this paper (which every climate denier and their dog has jumped onto), is to launder dirty ‘science’ into a clean made-for-Fox meme,” Mr. Schmidt wrote on X before publishing a more detailed rebuttal on his blog Real Climate.
“The latest contrarian crowd pleaser from Soon et al (2023) is just the latest repetition of the old ‘it was the sun wot done it’ trope[1] that Willie Soon and his colleagues have been pushing for decades,” argued Mr. Schmidt, whose federal salary is almost $200,000 per year. “There is literally nothing new under the sun.”
Scientists Respond
The blog post by Mr. Schmidt “is dismissive in an insubstantive way,” said climatologist Judith Curry, who wasn't involved in the new papers but previously served as chair of the School of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
“The response by Schmidt, Mann, and others, particularly with regard to the FOIA request regarding editorial discussions on this paper, reflects their ongoing attempts to control the scientific as well as public dialogue on climate change,” she told The Epoch Times. “In my opinion, their behavior not only reflects poorly on them but is damaging to climate science.”
Ms. Curry, author of "Climate Uncertainty and Risk," who has a post by the lead authors on her blog Climate Etc. to provide a forum for discussion, said the new paper raises “an important issue that is swept under the rug by the IPCC and many climate scientists.”
In particular, it has major implications for how 20th-century climate records are interpreted, she said.
“Further, the issue of the urban heat island effect on global land temperatures remains unresolved, which is also highlighted in the Soon et al. paper,” she said, calling it “a useful contribution to the climate science literature.”
Mr. Soon, the main author of the paper and a principal with the Center for Environmental Research and Earth Sciences (CERES), explained that the three new papers by CERES scientists are a major threat to powerful vested interests.
“For over three decades, the claims and conclusions by U.N. IPCC reports reigned supreme, unquestioned and unchallenged,” Mr. Soon, who was previously with the solar and stellar physics division of the Harvard–Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics, told The Epoch Times. “Our latest series of three published papers show that those claims are scientifically empty.

“Our results appear to rock the weak foundation of IPCC, and this must be the reason why you are seeing such instantaneous rejection and outright complaining by activists like Schmidt and Mann.”
Mr. Soon and some of the other scientists involved in the new papers published another groundbreaking study in 2021 showing that solar activity could explain all observed warming.
In a highly unusual development for complex scientific studies, that paper has been downloaded more than 55,000 times since it was published.
“The high level of attention to this paper by people hungry for truth might be the real threats that Schmidt and Mann are worrying about,” Mr. Soon said, pointing to a detailed response to the attacks from critics published on CERES-Science.com, titled "The orchestrated disinformation campaign by RealClimate.org to falsely discredit and censor our work."
Mr. Happer noted that the new paper by Mr. Soon and the other authors, headlined “The Detection and Attribution of Northern Hemisphere Land Surface Warming,” is indeed significant.
The two important and valid points are that there are “huge uncertainties” surrounding how much warming there has been since 1850 and how much of that might be due to human activities, he said.
“The paper presents very strong evidence that a warming bias is built into the records from urban areas,” Mr. Happer told The Epoch Times after reviewing the paper, which he wasn't involved with.
“This extra warming of urban versus rural areas is not caused by increasing concentrations of CO2 and other greenhouse gases. It is caused by humans, but it cannot be reversed by ruinous net-zero policies.”

Mr. Happer, who believes that human CO2 emissions are responsible for “a relatively small contribution” to the “modest warming” that has been observed, agreed with the paper’s conclusion that available data isn't good enough to determine how significant the various factors, such as volcanoes, solar irradiance, and greenhouse gas emissions, are to the warming.
Marc Morano, editor of the popular website Climate Depot, told The Epoch Times that the aggressive reaction to the new papers was an effort to silence dissent from the U.N.-backed narrative.
“The climate establishment is mimicking the same coercive tactics that we saw in COVID,” he said. “If you present any scientific challenge to the official narrative, you are the deplatformed, canceled, censored, and silenced.”
Indeed, the United Nations and other powerful groups are actively working to silence other views on the issue. U.N. Undersecretary-General for Global Communications Melissa Fleming is waging war on what she calls climate “disinformation.”
During a World Economic Forum event last year, Ms. Fleming, claiming “we own the science,” boasted of the U.N. partnership with Google to suppress information online contradicting the U.N. perspective on climate issues.
Mr. Morano, one of the leading communicators in the climate skeptic community, sounded the alarm.
“We are witnessing scientific research being distorted to support only 'The Science'," he warned.
The IPCC, which describes itself as the U.N. body for “assessing the science related to climate change,” declined to comment on the new papers.
“The IPCC does not comment on individual studies or on matters outside the scope of IPCC assessment reports,” the U.N. body’s media team told The Epoch Times in an email. “At the beginning of the assessment process, each IPCC Working Group sets cut-off dates by which time literature has to be accepted for publication by scientific journals, if it is to be included in the current assessment.”

Why the Fierce Reaction?
The new papers that have scientists such as Mr. Mann and Mr. Schmidt speaking out so vociferously show that almost half of the warming recorded in recent decades is actually the result of what's known as the “urban heat island” effect.
Because so many temperature stations around the world are in areas that have become urbanized over time, the temperature records that they produce show artificial, localized warming, while rural stations show far less warming.
The rest of the recorded warming can be explained by changes in solar activity documented by NASA, according to the papers.
Scientists behind the new studies, who led a team of almost 40 researchers from 18 countries, told The Epoch Times in a series of interviews that their findings undermine the fearmongering being pushed by governments and the media.
The studies also jeopardize the massive policy changes and trillions of dollars’ worth of government spending worldwide that have been justified by the warming narrative, experts said.
This isn't the first time that these questions have been raised. The new studies build on an earlier paper published by a coalition that includes some of the same scientists that shows that changes in solar activity, as recorded by NASA, can account for as much as 100 percent of the observed warming of recent decades.
All of that contradicts the hypothesis that human emissions of carbon dioxide, which make up a fraction of 1 percent of all “greenhouse gases” present naturally in the atmosphere, are primarily responsible for the observed warming of recent decades.

The man-made warming hypothesis is supported by the United Nations and many of its member governments, including the current U.S. administration. It's being cited to justify sweeping public policy changes across a range of fields along with spending hundreds of billions of tax dollars per year.
Led by scientists including Mr. Soon and Ronan Connolly of CERES, the global team behind the papers and their findings represent a mortal threat to the entire climate industry.
Already, polling data show that most American adults reject the man-made warming hypothesis.
Less than half of Americans believe that climate change is caused by human activities, according to an AP-NORC survey released earlier this year.
The same poll showed that just 38 percent of the adults surveyed would accept paying even $1 extra per month on their energy bill to fight alleged man-made global warming.
With the climate community and the governments that fund it seeking trillions of tax dollars and a total restructuring of energy systems and even the global economy to deal with climate change, the stakes couldn't be higher.
A number of climate scientists contacted for comment by The Epoch Times declined to respond on the record.
Saying that what passes for climate science had been deeply corrupted, several warned that advocates of the man-made-warming position would retaliate against them if they spoke out publicly.

Retaliation and Debate
One of the scientists facing what critics believe is retaliation is Mr. Nikolov, a federal scientist who also served as guest editor of the journal that published one of the key new studies.
Mr. Nikolov expressed surprise and dismay when Mr. Schmidt and Dan Vergano, a senior opinion editor at Scientific American, demanded his emails under FOIA.
"I was rather surprised by the content of the request, since it’s quite unusual to ask to examine the email correspondence between authors and the guest editor of a special issue of a science journal, when there has been no indication of a malpractice or a dispute between authors and the editor resulting in an unfair treatment of a manuscript,” Mr. Nikolov told The Epoch Times.

At first, Mr. Nikolov thought Mr. Schmidt was simply upset by the topic of the special issue of Climate that focused on “natural drivers” of climate, “since his views are heavily biased toward anthropogenic (human-caused) climate change,” Mr. Nikolov said.
Based on the email, it's clear that Mr. Schmidt is hoping to investigate his “activities” to seek out evidence of unethical or biased behavior, Mr. Nikolov said.
“However, I later realized that this FOIA request was part of a much bigger smear campaign conducted by Mr. Schmidt against a research group called Center for Environmental Research and Earth Sciences.”
Apparently, Mr. Nikolov said, Mr. Schmidt didn't like the findings because they “refute the claim by IPCC that the warming of the past 150 years was primarily due to human emissions of ‘greenhouse gases.’”
But instead of engaging the authors of the paper in a scientific debate using the normal peer-review publication process, Mr. Schmidt “decided to embark on a disinformation, smear campaign against the CERES group through his non-peer-reviewed blog RealClimate.org,” Mr. Nikolov said, adding that the blog “uses condescending and ridiculing language that is reprehensible with respect to academic standards.”
Mr. Nikolov also accused Mr. Schmidt of misrepresenting the CERES papers to “discourage curious readers” from reviewing the actual findings.

“It's disappointing to see a government scientist and director of a NASA research institute engaging in distortion and misrepresentation of scientific information published in the peer-reviewed literature through a non-peer-reviewed blog,” he said, calling it a “violation of accepted academic standards of ethics.”
“If Dr. Schmidt has objections to the results published by the CERES group, a normal response would be to write and publish a paper that refutes these results through new and improved data analysis. Trying to discredit the authors and the guest editor of a journal by finding ‘dirt’ through a FOIA request is definitely not a part of the standard scientific process.”
Professor Demetris Koutsoyiannis with the National Technical University of Athens, who has also published findings contradicting the man-made warming hypothesis, told The Epoch Times that if he didn't know the context and history, he would welcome the recent critique by Mr. Mann and Mr. Schmidt.
However, considering the context and history—especially the infamous "ClimateGate" emails that exposed leading climate scientists conspiring to silence opponents and hide data as well as flaws in their own models—Mr. Koutsoyiannis believes that the critics are being "hypocritical."
"They resort to critique only when the attempts to silence and censor different views fail," he said, noting that the same tactics exposed in the ClimateGate revelations continue to be used.
"It is ironic that such cliques present themselves as world saviors from climate threats. What they do, either intentionally or unintentionally ... is to promote a politico-economic agenda that is very dark."
Neither Mr. Schmidt nor Mr. Mann responded to a request for comment by press time.
The corporate controlled U.S. media and our political elites are beating the war drums for an expanded conflict in the Middle East. Let's think this through before we send the sons and daughters of working class families to die in another foreign war.
...it is a notable paradox that the Israeli media contains many voices urging restraint in how Israel uses military force in Gaza to avenge Saturday's attacks by Hamas. They argue, and we'll show you a couple of representative voices that there is a crucial distinction between Hamas on the one hand and Palestinian civilians on the other. They argued the lives of Gazans, ordinary Palestinians have value, especially given that half of its 2.2 million population is composed of children, people under the age of 18. They further argue that Israel must observe basic humanitarianism and long-standing laws of war to avoid indiscriminately extinguishing massive amounts of innocent Palestinian lives.
This is a view heard, paradoxically, I think, more by the Israeli media than in the U.S. media. So, I think it's worth asking, especially as we examine the latest wreckage and death and destruction in Gaza, whether that argument that some Israelis are making is correct while there are a few people who have done so, there is nobody of any prominence in the United States who is cheering or defending or justifying the horrific atrocities committed by Hamas against Israeli civilians, including children on Saturday. Any decent person, by definition, values innocent civilian life of all kinds, including obviously Israelis, and reacts with horror and disgust when seeing those videos from Israel on Saturday and believes it's always morally reprehensible to deliberately target civilian lives. The question, sadly prompted by our current discourse in the United States, including calls for the complete eradication of Gaza, is whether this basic humanitarian principle that innocent lives have value, whether that applies to Palestinian as well as to Israeli lives."
