What is White labeling?
White labeling is a practice whereby a website owner licenses the entire back end of his or her site (or portions thereof) to another for a flat fee. You re–brand the site with your logos and index page so the site looks like it is yours.
What do you gain?
White labeling is ideal for those who want to get up and running with a proven website design and product line. It is also ideal for those who need more content. Nobody likes a hard sell! The Big Picture articles, movies, and free eBooks pre sell your customers and the sales pages are proven converters.
All you need to do is drive traffic to the site –– I’ve taken care of everything else!
Standards Compliant
The Big Picture website is standards compliant. I use CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) with the XHTML Strict DTD. That means your website will load quickly, and evolve quickly to new web standards! In an era where people will wait only a couple of seconds for a page, you don't want your visitors clicking away from your site.
The site content is modularized into PHP files, and the design into CSS files, so that if you want to change either the content or the design, you can quickly edit one file, upload it, and immediately see every page on your site change.
The site will expand and contract in all standards-compliant browsers like Opera, and Firefox, without breaking the layout. I have included a text expand feature that will also work in Internet Explorer, or any other browser. I have tested the site in IE 6 and 7, Opera, Firefox, and Safari. The Internet Explorer browser is notorious for not complying with standards but I have tweaked this layout so that it looks good even in IE.
How do I get started?
You can make a one-time payment for portions of the site or the site code. You will be given a license number which is good for one year. You must renew your license every year for a fee of $60, or lose your right to use the site materials.
If you want to use the sales pages as well, sign up as an affiliate at Marketing With Spirit, so you can get paid when you make a sale. This is the affiliate website for The Big Picture. You send me your affiliate links and I will code them into the sales pages. When somebody buys, you get 50% of every sale.
As soon as your payment is received, I will hard code and cloak your affiliate links into your sales pages and send them off within 48 hours. You will be able to IMMEDIATELY download your site with all of its content, however. For payment options, see below.
Branding your new Site
You will want to put up your own banners to replace the ones I have.You can either do this yourself, or send me your banners and I will insert them into the code for you. All banners must be 750 pixels wide, you can have them as long as you'd like. Note: The native width of the image must be 750 pixels.
Note: The site comes as-is, but it is a working, fully functioning web site. Your fee pays for the site materials only. If you aren't up to snuff on web design or coding, and you want to make changes to the site design, you can hire me to do that for you, or hire your own web tech.
I don’t want everything on your site –– can I license just the parts I want?
Yes! The Big Picture is a large website, and you may not want everything. For example, you may just want to license the HTML and the CSS, which will allow you to design everything yourself. You may just want the articles pages. Or, you may want to license just the geometry section, or just the articles.. I can provide anything you want.
Do I have to use your products?
No! You can make your own sales pages. However, these products are proven sellers, so I’d encourage you to use them.
How do I download my site?
Decide which parts of The Big Picture you want to license, and then click the "Add To Cart" button below. After you have made payment, I will send you a download link for your licensed materials, to your email address. All you have to do is download that zip file to your hard drive, and then upload the files and directories to your server. Viola! When you get your site, you insert your own logo and brand the site any way you want. You can change the font, color and styling of your pages in any way you see fit.
Note: if you are a web tech, or familiar with HTML, this should be no problem. I have included a Help file with the download. If you are new to web pages and coding, please save the original material in a separate directory and make copies. If you mess up, you can always go back to the originals. I would recommend that you use the HTML 4.01 Loose document type definition, instead of the XHTML Strict DTD, which will give you much more leeway for coding errors. I have provided the HTML 4.01 Loose DTD in the Help file.
Design Templates
If you want to modify the site design I have provided, go right ahead and change it! You can find lots of cool web site templates on the web, such as http://www.freewebsitetemplates.com/
Just be aware that these templates may not comply with the standards set by the W3C (World Wide Web Consortium). You will quickly discover that web page design programs like Dreamweaver or Front Page automatically insert code that bloat your pages. I have spent hundreds of hours ensuring that your site is up to standards!
What if I don’t like some of your articles? Can I delete them?
Sure! Eliminate the stuff you don’t like and keep the stuff you do like.
Can I add my own stuff to the site I license from you?
Yes! Licensing The Big Picture, with over 100 content–rich articles, will give you idea for hundreds more. In fact, licensing The Big Picture can launch you on your own writing career! From the material I provide, you can get some great ideas and write articles of your own.
Are there any restrictions on using your website material?
The only restriction is that you cannot alter my articles in any way. My site is copyrighted and registered, and you do not have permission to change the wording of any of my articles. However, you can write your own stuff and put it up. After all, it’s now YOUR site for as long as your license is in good standing.
You must also renew your license every year, for a fee of $60.
What if I want to cancel my license?
Cancel at any time. I will send you a proportional refund minus a 25% handling fee. It takes quite a bit of work to prepare your site!
After you cancel your license, you are no longer authorized to use The Big Picture material. Further use of my copyrighted material after license cancellation is a violation of my intellectual property rights and you will be liable to prosecution. Sorry, but I have to do this, as I’m sure you will understand. I’ve literally put thousands of hours into this website and I can’t afford to have people ripping it off.
Simplicity
This is a simple but effective website design. It is made not for fancy web designers, but for actual users who want to get around on your site easily and quickly. Some web sites look fantastic, but trying to find anything on them is difficult!
If you want another design, show me what you want and I'll code it up for you. There are literally billions of web pages out there, and you should be able to pinpoint exactly what you want.
Fee Schedule
To purchase just the HTML and the CSS (I will add in your banners for you) without the content: $500. This is a one-time fee and is only for those who have a clue about writing standards-compliant HTML and CSS.
To get additional standards-compliant coding of HTML and CSS to your personal specifications, or to have me design a custom web site for you: $50 per hour or a negotiated flat fee. Contact me at kmaclean_at_ic_dot_net
To purchase just the spiritual articles: $600. You get all 80 articles for the absurdly low price of $7.50 per article. Individual articles may also be purchased at $30 per srticle. Note: These articles come in Microsoft Word format. You copy and paste them into your own web pages
To purchase only the geometry section: $500, or $75 per article. These articles come in HTML format with all of the MathType images coded in. At the end of each page, I have a link back to my home page, and the sales page for the Geometry book. You substitute your own links for mine. Note: you need to know basic HTML in order to code in your own links.
To purchase the entire site (minus the Youngevity stuff), including sales pages, completely branded with all of your banners and links: $2000. You must send me your banners and your site URL, and I will code them in for you on all pages. This is a one-stop-shopping approach that gets you a big, content-rich, complete, branded website, with over 100 incredible articles. I will even upload the site for you! You do absolutely nothing!

Make sure you insert your own meta tags and page titles!!! Your copy of the Big Picture website comes with blank keyword and description tags, and a blank title tag:
