Life is simple. Or, shall I say, life was DESIGNED to be simple.
Human beings love complexity. This is evident by studying human philosophy. The primary complexity, from which all others come, is the obfuscation of the definition of consciousness itself. This is the main problem of mankind: a false datum about consciousness which then spreads out to encompass almost all of human knowledge.
When you truly understand that you are a spiritual being temporarily associated with a physical body, your underlying worries and anxieties about your job, about the economy, about who you are and what you should be doing – as well as a host of other “add-ons” --blow away. This does NOT mean that you never become anxious, or worried, or angry, or reach some sort of Zen state where you are always serene and nothing affects you. This state, on earth, is a myth. That is because detachment from life causes a withdrawal from experience and will itself lead to difficulty. Detachment is a separation – from desire, from life force, from the creative energy of the universe and the animating principle that is the essence of all things. Those who are truly LIVING are connected to the earth, to other people, and to what is going on. Yes, there are a few like Eckhart Tolle who have apparently achieved a state of serenity (at least in public), but even Tolle has his moments, I guarantee you that. That is because a human being on earth cannot help but experience the gamut of emotions, and the smorgasbord of earth in all of its glory and all of its misery. The higher is your personal awareness, obviously, the more aware you are! Of everything, both good and bad.
There is no formula for the understanding of self. I don’t care how many books Neale Donald Walsh, Tolle, Wayne Dyer, or myself write about spirituality and the human relationship to it. You, dear reader, are here on your own personal journey of discovery.
That is the wonder of life! That is how consciousness designed the universe.
You are unique. Therefore, no one else can tell you or show you how to gain the self confidence that comes from knowing self. But once you do, as I said before, you achieve a knowing, a certainty, that is unshakable and will guide you through any tough times.
The universe is vibrational in nature. It is dynamic. Therefore, there is no static position in relationship to it. In other words, if you achieve a state of happiness, you can immediately come off that by changing your thoughts and the decisions you make. That is because the universe is always responding to you, right NOW, via the Law of Vibration and the law of ‘like attracts like.’ There is nothing wrong with you because you cannot achieve a permanent state of happiness. The physical universe isn’t designed that way! It’s designed to constantly respond to even the most subtle changes inside of you. It’s designed to give you a constant variety of new experience!
Having said that, understand that the static – the spiritual, non-physical personality that is you -- is consciousness itself. Consciousness is non-physical, it has absolutely no dependency whatsoever on anything physical. When you TRULY understand that, you CAN reach a place of pure being, where you are able to guide your thoughts and your decisions to a place of comfort. This understanding has been achieved by a few of us on planet earth. However, the truth is NOT ”out there.” Or rather, the SOURCE of truth is not out there, it is in here. The source of truth is YOU. Truth is what consciousness has created. The stars, the planets, the trees, the birds and the bees are all truth, because they exist and can be perceived. Ultimately, there is no separation between consciousness and what it has created, The Great Game we play in the physical plane is the illusion – the very real illusion! – of separation. The truth is that the universe and everything in it was created from the impulse to play, and to have a fun game. That is about as simple as it gets! How can you increase your discovery of self? Well, there is no formula or recipe. But there is one simple thing you can do: understand that you are the source of your life, and the source of what occurs in your experience.
This is commonly called “responsibility,” but responsibility, as it is defined on earth, is a lower harmonic of a much higher truth. Here’s a simple exercise: As you go through life, simply notice, from a causative orientation, how you relate to the people, the situations, and the environment around you. Try to discover the causative CONNECTION between you and what you are experiencing. We have been taught to blame others, the environment, the economy, or “luck” for life’s pitfalls and successes, but nothing could be further from the truth. Such a philosophy is an automatic disconnect. It orients your attention outward on things-as-cause, instead of self-as-cause.
As you begin to notice how you interact with others, you will begin to feel a greater sense of connection, and a greater sense of self. Why? Because consciousness IS cause! It’s the fundamental truth of this universe, or any universe.
At first you may become dismayed at the life you have created, but this is a necessary first step if you do not already feel a sense of self-confidence and happiness. You have to climb out of the hole before you can see the light, and that requires a little effort! A great way to begin this process is to read The Harmony Project on the website, and to practice it. There is nothing so intimate to life as the feeling of love. Once you understand that people will react to you in a positive fashion if you are positive, you will understand very clearly – and the clearest understanding is always a FEELING – that you are source in relationship to your life and everyone in it..
Negotiating the self-help field is a little like hacking your way through an overgrown jungle. “Oh, look! There’s Dr Dwyer’s new book Nine Principles for Creating Habits to Match your Desires. If I can learn those nine habits, I’ll get what I want!”
”Oh, but here’s The Seven Keys to Manifestation! I really need that! And then there’s ‘The 5 Ancient Secrets to Happiness!” And so on. Believe me, I’ve been down that road. What I finally realized is that I was assigning cause to others; people who I saw as superior and wiser than I.
But people, there in no one wiser than you, about you, than you.
It's simple. Very, very simple! If you want a formula, or a key, or a secret code to the understanding of self, that’s it! Your reaction to that statement will tell you how far you have to go on the road to discovery of self. “I’ll trust Dr. Dyer, or Tolle, or Deepak Chopra to tell me the best way to be, because I can see that these people have already attained some kind of wonderful state. Therefore, I should trust him as my guide, even more than myself.”
If I could ring the buzzer right now, I’d ring it!
The best education you can give yourself is about consciousness itself, and its capabilities. That’s what I have tried to do in all of my work. Educating yourself about yourself is the key to a broad and deep understanding of who you are. So when you are looking for books, seminars or other self-help paraphernalia, keep that in mind.
You will get the best results from that which focuses your attention on yourself as cause-point in the universe. Once you understand that, you can then focus down on specifics. What almost all self-help materials do is to narrow your focus onto specific steps to this or that, without first dealing with the most important component: you as the static.
Trust yourself. That trust is the beginning of the most beautiful relationship you will ever have. And like a fresh spring breeze that brightens everything and everyone it touches, it will spill over in a positive way to the rest of your life.

What will society look like after a quantum leap in consciousness?
What is the fundamental change that will occur when a “tipping point” is reached into a new level of awareness?
The answer is personal empowerment and centered, balanced individual decision making.
What is not understood is the power of thought and its powerful effect on all of humanity. Individual memes within the species consciousness are activated – subconsciously – within every individual human being. For thousands of years, these primary memes have been scarcity and lack of self worth, which has resulted in the striving to accumulate scarce resources, which has in turn resulted in greed, poverty, hierarchical societies, domination, and control. That is why your societies rise, and then fall again. This has been understood as a natural law of planet earth. And in the old attractor, it IS a natural law! All action comes forth from thought. The universe is vibrational in nature and will respond to whatever is your currently activated paradigm of belief. You have locked yourselves in to a certain way of being, which has resulted in what you perceive as inevitable ways of being, doing, and organization. But this locking in is a result of your own, ingrained, belief systems!
That is changing as we evolve out of the old paradigm and into the new.
What will a society look like that has evolved out of the old attractor?
One in which top-down structures are no longer necessary. One in wh8ch leadership is no longer vital.
Why is this? Because individuals will voluntarily come together into groups, and these groups will be composed of self-willed and interested individuals, but individuals who are willing to cooperate for the greater good, and not fight for control and domination.
Leadership is essential under the old system. The leader sets the direction and the others agree or subordinate their own desires to the leader. Why?
Because they see that the leader has power. They see that he or she has been successful. Individuals perceive that the leader has assumed personal power, and want to be associated with him or her.
In the new society, however, your large hierarchical corporate groupings, as you now know them, will largely disappear. There will still be large organizations, of course, but these organizations will be much more fluid, as people voluntarily enter and leave according to their changing desires. Direction will not be dictated from above, but from a consensus from within the group.
This is largely impossible in the old attractor, and seems like a pipe dream, does it not?
Well, when consciousness does finally evolve to a new level, it will be different! That is what change does! What appears impossible, or is not even recognized, suddenly becomes do-able when there is new understanding.
A human society where individuals are empowered cannot evolve within the current structures, that is why they are changing. The current structures are a manifestation of the old paradigm. If you read futurist books from several decades ago, you will see how these books were merely minor extrapolations from the current -- at the time -- belief systems.
Belief systems evolve to new levels when there is an evolution of thought.
Here is how the process goes: first there is a vibrational change to a higher frequency, then there is consequent evolution of thought, which results in new beliefs.
And societies organize differently around those new belief systems, which come about through an increased level of awareness.
Imagine what a society would look like, when all individuals in it are empowered. We want you to break free of the old assumptions about “human nature.”
Human nature simply reflects the current belief system. And that is directly under your control.
As we have said before, the population increase is driving the evolution of humanity. As more and more of you interlock energy fields, the entire pattern of human consciousness accelerates, grows stronger, and, like an electrical spark, eventually can jump from one attractor to another. This process must inevitably increase the frequency of the background vibration of human consciousness, as your asking for positive change puts new energy into the system.
So you see, you have already placed your feet, collectively, on the path of conscious evolution. The only question is ,where will you decide to go? As we have said before, humanity is an adolescent species, in the middle of a sometimes painful process of growth. But that growth is inevitable.
The idea that population growth is driving the evolution of consciousness seems too simplistic, or backwards, to some. We tell you that the impetus for this growth is actually coming from the non-physical realm. Human consciousness – like all species consciousness -- is actually a group consciousness, just like it is here in Native State. Non-physical personalities voluntarily come together in association, because connection is so easy here, and it is the natural condition for consciousness to love and want to play together. We enhance our power, our reach, and our perception by doing so. Individual Native State personalities evolve from the One, and become treasured aspects of a glorious, universal awareness that continually evolves, becoming more in every moment! Oh, it is so glorious! This desire is also now being manifested on the physical plane, as the impetus to evolve the species to a higher and more enjoyable level of consciousness is paramount.
Therefore, we tell you that the current structures on your planet are in the process of transformation. From the inside, as it were, you see chaos and disintegration, whereas we see evolution to a new vibrational level. You may not recognize your corporations after they have completed their evolution, for example. Corporations will no longer be separate entities, either in law, or structurally. They will evolve, naturally, to a new level of internal cooperation, and will just as naturally become more harmonious with the will and direction of society as a whole. The need for guiding leadership and vision will become less, as more and more individuals make self-empowered choices.
Individual self-empowerment combined with greater group cooperation seems like a complete contradiction to many of you, and it IS, within the old attractor! However, this evolution is already underway. Those corporations which lack integrity, which do not operate on the principles of openness and fair value, will fall apart. Those that evolve with the changing paradigm of thought into greater connection with Spirit will flourish.
This “new direction” is simply “going with the flow” of a greater awareness of Self and its connection to Source. This is how it has always been, dear ones. The old paradigm of thought was so powerful, however, that criminality and guile could succeed, at least for a little while. But the universe is based upon the principles of love, integrity, wholeness and cooperation.
These principles are reflected in nature and the design of matter, energy, and life itself.
Dear ones, you are on an exciting evolutionary journey. The very fabric of your societies are changing right before your eyes. Do not despair or worry!
Change results in change, in differences! You have a tendency to proclaim that the sky is falling when the very change occurs that you have asked for!
Your assignment this week is to imagine what your lives will look like under the new paradigm of thought. Imagine what a society with empowered and self-aware individuals would look like, individuals who have graduated from the petty quarrels of adolescence into the fullness of adulthood and connection with the higher awareness of Spirit.
You will feel an exultation, just as we feel., an inspiration, an expansion, and an eagerness and excitement for the new paradigm to manifest. You will also get a whiff of possibility, and you will be creating that possibility every time you do so.
