eBooks There are no refunds on e-books or e-products. Printed Materials
If, for any
reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase you can return it
for a refund within 10 days of shipment, as long as the product has not
been used or damaged. All returned orders are subject to
a 20% restocking fee, unless we have made an error. If we made a
mistake (such as sending you the wrong product) no restocking fee is
charged. How to return an item:
We
understand that sometimes you change your mind about a purchase, so we
are happy to oblige you with a refund. We can refund CD purchases only if the media is damaged (CD is unreadable). Our CD printer uses exceptional care in the manufacturing of Big Picture CD's. In many cases, a bad or malfunctioning CD reader or other computer problem is the cause of unreadable CD's. Please ensure that the problem is not the result of a computer malfunction by testing the CD on another CD player. We will be happy to refund book purchases, as long as the book is shipped back to us in brand-new condition. Used or damaged books cannot be refunded.
We cannot issue a refund until we have physically received the product. After we receive the merchandise you have returned, we will process your refund within 48 hours. We will make the refund on the same credit card you used to make your purchase. Please note: Credit on your card might not appear for up to 45 days, depending upon internal policies of your credit card issuer. If you have any questions, please contact us by e-mail or by phone or mail. The refund is based upon the amount you paid for the merchandise, plus tax (if applicable). If your return is the result of our incorrect shipment or a damaged or defective product, we will add shipping charges for delivery and return. Note that we pay only for ground service on return shipments. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
