corrupt systems are exposing themselves
I am a casual sports fan. I switch on the TV for a half-hour or an hour every evening to watch my local sports teams. On Fall Saturdays I watch some college football games and on Sundays I watch pro football.
I am constantly exposed to commercials.
Because Michigan is a battleground state, well over half of the commercials here are these horrible political attack ads. After weeks of enduring them I realized something: many of the accusations in them are true.
Much of what the Democrats say about Republican candidates is true.
Much of what the Republicans say about Democrat candidates is true.
Our political system is shouting its corruption to the voters. It is exposing itself.
My guess is that many of the candidates are at best opportunists and at worst antisocial personalities.
Wealthy billionaires and the corporate sector choose these horrible candidates and fund them to maintain their power and influence in our society. They choose candidates who, no matter what they say, are primarily interested in exercising power and making deals that benefit themselves.
It’s not news that our government is bought and paid for. Congressional candidates must spend tens or even hundreds of millions to get elected. They are funded by the wealthy who wish to maintain their influence.
Selections and Elections
To a large degree candidates are Selected before they are Elected.
Donald Trump was selected. That is obvious now after he violated his campaign promises to keep us out of war. Trump was chosen by the UniParty to run again in order to quell and capture the rapidly growing populist sentiment against the massive corruption in our society. Why did Trump start a war in Iran when he said he would keep us out of war? Because certain very wealthy and influential individuals wanted it. Choose from your favorite billionaire psychopath. The list is long.
Before Trump, the pedophile Joe Biden was selected. He was growing senile even before his nomination but that was of little import. For four years he was run by Barack Obama, who, after he left office in 2024, ensconced himself and his operatives in a building a few blocks from the White House to keep an eye on Trump.
Trump’s first term was an anomaly, which is why he was surrounded with UniParty folks like Mike Pence (VP), Jim Mattis (Sec Def), Bill Barr (DOJ), and others who disliked him. Hillary was supposed to win that election. Trump was selected to be a punching bag, the sacrificial lamb, a dork with a dumb TV show who would fall all over himself during the campaign. But that didn’t happen. Trump turned out to be a hard-ass who was able to channel populist sentiment.
Before Trump’s first term, Obama was selected. The skinny is that his cabinet was chosen by the boys at Citicorp.
Before Obama, the horrible Bush/Clinton gang ran the show. George Herbert Walker Bush (Bush 41) and his idiot son George W. Bush (Bush 43) did their best to destroy America with their “War on Terror.” And in between those two the corrupt Clintons, who were good friends (despite appearances) with the Bushes. Recall that most of the UniParty players, including both Clintons, were present at George Bush Senior’s funeral on Nov 30, 2018. Trump ordered flags to fly at half-mast for a full 30 days afterward. The UniParty sticks together.
I don’t believe we have had a true elected president since FDR back in the 1930s. Or, perhaps, we must go all the way back to the beginning of the 20th century. McKinley was popular in his time. He won the 1896 and 1900 elections by large majorities of both the popular and electoral vote. In 1901 President McKinley was assassinated. A fitting end to a man of the people.
After FDR, Harry Truman was selected in part because of his Kansas City mob connections. “Give ‘em hell” Harry signed the National Security Act in 1947 – the real purpose of his presidency – which created the CIA. This was the single greatest betrayal of democracy in American history, unless it was the signing of the Patriot Act, which no one even read all the way through. It was passed in the middle of an October night in 2001and signed on October 26th by the Idiot. The Patriot Act was an assault on the Constitution and human rights.
After 1947 and accelerating rapidly after 9/11 is when the psychopaths began to really go to work destroying American democracy.
Is there anything positive about political attack ads?
Yes, there is a positive to the attack ads: they are exposing our corrupt political system to the entire world.
And that’s a good thing.
Our economic and political systems are collapsing before our eyes. It’s an inevitable development in a corrupt system and vital if we are to restore the American Republic. Our national debt is over $40 trillion now. The interest on the national debt – the money we have to pay to purchasers of Treasury securities for the money the federal government has already spent – is over $1 trillion and will grow rapidly over the next 3 or 4 fiscal years. Our political system is hopelessly broken and is seemingly controlled by psychopaths at the top.
What can we do about it? Not much.
Psychopathy and the Shift
That’s because humanity on our planet is undergoing a massive Shift in consciousness, exposing psychopaths all ovcr the world. Antisocial personalities have reached the top of the pyramid in many areas of government, public health, and business because of their single-minded focus on gaining power and advantage for themselves.
We the People have allowed this to happen.
But there’s a good side. Psychopaths have been the bane of all societies in every era of human history, but the exposure of psychopaths and their policies and networks is underway right now. It is the most important element of the Shift.
Dr. Joseph Sansone has written an excellent book, titled Psychopathic Authoritarianism: A Disease of the Soul, that describes how antisocial persons have worked over the decades to gain power. He describes accurately what a psychopath is and does.
Sansone calls psychopathy “a disease of the soul.”
He’s right.
I did my best last spring and summer to describe Psychopathy in a series of articles on my substack, but Sansone does it better.
To vote or not
This discussion begs the question: Should you vote on Tuesday?
Of course! Not every candidate is antisocial. And who knows, even a power hungry politician may see the error of his or her ways.
Inevitably, the consequences of antisocial behavior in organizations will and is creating an unavoidable crisis in finance, government, and medicine that must finally be dealt with.
I see a happy ending to this planetary drama of Dark and Light. It would be impossible to explain how this will occur from a strictly physical/social/scientific point of view. In previous posts I have tried to explain it from the viewpoint of the soul, the immortal part of the human being.
The soul personality is immortal, and the Higher Self of everyone exists at the non-physical level. Eight billion soul personalities and their physical counterparts on earth are providing the energy for this transition. No one knows the details because the number of variables and their interactions are incalculably large.
We just have to wait, try not to panic, and pray that this transition will go as smoothly as possible. I believe it will.
