The anti-social personality
A certain percentage of the human race is antisocial. This has been noted by many psychologists, social researchers, and political commentators.
The lead definition of psychopath in the American Heritage Dictionary is, “A person who engages repeatedly in criminal and antisocial behavior without remorse or empathy for those victimized.”
Here is an example of a real life psychopath. It’s the story of Black Bear Sports Group and its CEO. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LgYRRwbaESY (12 minutes)
The problem of psychopathy goes far beyond some greedy businessman who wants to monopolize hockey rinks! The release of clean energy technology to the world – and the creation of a potential golden age for humanity – is being suppressed for two good reasons:
- 1) If clean energy technology is released to the public, psychopaths around the world will find a way to weaponize it and use it to hold the world hostage for their advantage.
- 2) The petroleum/chemical energy empire generates trillions of dollars every year. Paychopaths who control our chemical and energy companies would much prefer to keep themselves at the top of the wealth and monetary pyramid.
According to Robert D. Hare’s revised “gold standard” Psychopathy Checklist (PCL-R), psychopaths are approximately 1.2% of the population. However,a recent study published at the NIH’s National Library of Medicine found a higher figure. The study analyzes 15 empirical studies in the scientific literature that calculated the frequency of psychopathy in the general adult population. It concludes that, after combining the results based on a total sample of 11,497 people, “The prevalence of psychopathy in the general adult population can be estimated at 4.5%.” — Source: “Prevalence of Psychopathy in the General Adult Population: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis,” García et al., Frontiers in Psychology, August 5, 2021.
Hare, in his second edition of the psychopath checklist, estimated the percentage of psychopaths in normal prison populations at 15.7% for males and 10.3% for females. For those who had committed homicide, the percentage of psychopaths was between 27.8% and 34.4%!
I wonder what the percentage of psychopaths is on Wall Street and in private equity? And in politics?
How many are there?
Out of a total human population of 8 billion, a lower-end estimate (1.2%) of the number of psychopaths on earth is about 96 million. At the upper end (4.5%) there are about 360 million psychopaths worldwide – approximately the population of the United States.
This means that in any small organization or group with 100 or more people, there is sure to be at least one psychopath, or as many as four, sabotaging the work of the group. In smaller groups such as a family or a circle of friends, you wouldn’t expect any psychopaths. However, in larger organizations like governments and multinational corporations, you have to expect more antisocial behavior.
Being completely self-centered and focused, psychopaths very often rise to the top of social and organizational pyramids. The rest of us are too busy taking care of our families and living our lives.
Organizations likely to attract psychopaths
The problem of psychopathy also involves the new Global Governance system being prepared and implemented worldwide. It is a system designed by antisocial persons.
What organizations would be most likely to attract a psychopath?
Well, psychopaths gravitate to centers of power, and would be naturally attracted to international organizations with influence on a national or planetary scale.
The private organizations that set standards for the entire world economy would surely be attractive to antisocial types.
“The people setting standards are a small group — maybe a few hundred — at institutions most people have never heard of.
“The Bank for International Settlements in Switzerland sets rules governing every major bank in the world, operating with legal immunity that no government can pierce. The IIASA in Austria produces the ‘black box’ computer models that end up driving climate policy globally. The FATF, which was created informally in 1989 without any legal basis and an open-ended mandate, now determines who can access the global financial system. In January 2026, a new body called GLOBAC will merge the world’s accreditation organisations, creating a single entity that decides which certifications are valid globally — meaning one body will determine who is qualified to participate in professional and commercial life worldwide. And major foundations like Rockefeller, Ford, Gates, and Open Society fund the research and advocacy that shapes what becomes accepted wisdom.
“These groups set what counts as normal. Governments, banks, platforms, and employers implement. By the time a rule affects you, it’s filtered through so many layers there’s no one person who made the decision.”

Psychopaths are personality types who, for some reason, are interested in controlling others. They would be attracted to a secretive international organization that wields tremendous power. We might call this set of people a private club. The club is antisocial because the principals – the people who run the show – are psychopaths. And therefore, the policies and directives issued by the club are anti-human. Thus is Global Governance born.
What is Global Governance?
Essentially, Global Governance assigns a monetary value to all of the earth’s resources: $4,000 Trillion at the latest count. Those resources are declared to be “owned” by the club. Each nation or designated group gets a “cut” assigned by the owners (as long as their compliance scores are adequate). Low compliance scores (determined by the club) denies access to resources, goods, and services.
A brief description of how this division of resources works on a global scale can be read here. Escapekey, in his essays, describes how the club implements the nuts and bolts of Global Governance.
These people have finally learned that brutality doesn’t work. They have devised a much cleverer and more effective system to control large populations: government by algorithm. Government by rules and regulations set behind the scenes without the messiness of voting and human decision-making or review. This system is truly global because nation-states and cultures are irrelevant in the eyes of Global Governance. Their policies are clearly anti-human.
One of the arguments I have heard debunking the “global controller” theory is, “human nature is too violent and competitive to have one group cooperating at the top, controlling an entire planet.”
Bullshit.
As long as there is enough power and wealth for everyone, psychopaths can get along well enough to accomplish the goals escapekey outlines in his brutally honest and finely detailed series on Global Governance.
An entire planet and $4,000 Trillion to divide is enough to keep even a group of antisocial personalities happy.
The nuts and bolts of Global Governance: Managing the billions
“The system runs on four steps that repeat across every area of life.
“First, someone decides what’s considered ‘normal.’
“International bodies and committees you’ve never heard of set standards for banking, health, climate, speech, and dozens of other areas. They’re not elected. They don’t even ask for your input. And should things go wrong, they do not accept responsibility. They just decide what’s acceptable, and what isn’t.
“Second, everything is monitored.
“Your phone tracks where you go. Your bank tracks what you buy. Social media tracks what you think and who you know. Satellites track what farmers plant in their fields. Medical systems track your health status. All this data flows into algorithms that build a complete picture of who you are, and what you do.
“Third, you get compared to ‘normal’.
“Algorithms calculate how well you fit within the acceptable range. You have scores you’ve never seen — risk scores, trust scores, health scores, threat assessments. These determine how the system ultimately treats you.
“Fourth, if you fall outside the acceptable range, things stop working.
“You’re not arrested. Instead, your loan is denied, your account is closed, your posts don’t reach anyone, your license comes under review. There’s no trial and no appeal because technically nothing happened — you just didn’t qualify.”

This is precisely the system the “globalists” have set up in China during the past three decades: a digital prison complete with central bank digital currencies, social credit scores, and information narrowly controlled by the dictators in the brutal PRC regime.
The elements of any control system set up by psychopaths are: a) extreme centralization that hands power to a very few, b) an anti-human agenda (often cloaked in flowery and/or obfuscating language), and c) secrecy. The psychopath fears transparency, for openness and honesty would reveal their hidden agendas. The basis for any modern control system, therefore, are lies, which are delivered via deliberately complex and confusing word salads.[1]
Psychopaths set up control systems because control systems flow naturally from their inherently antisocial personalities. It’s like water flowing downhill.
Corruption and fraud are the hallmarks of systems set up by psychopaths.
There is no logic to it other than gaining and maintaining personal power. Throughout history psychopaths have disrupted organizations and societies. It is done because it’s their nature to do so. Just as it is for the scorpion to kill the frog who carries him across the river, so that both perish.
It is almost impossible to explain this to a sane, reasonable person because sane people cannot understand it. Fortunately escapekey (and others) have written many articles describing the Global Governance system.
It isn’t necessarily evil, in my opinion. It is simply what psychopaths do.
Reasoning with psychopaths is difficult because they are truncated on the dynamics of life. They see ME, I, MINE and little else. Family, animals, the environment, the planet, the universe, none of it is that interesting to a psychopath, other than as a unit of something to monetize and control.
It is very instructive to read Robert D. Hare’s book on psychopathy, Without Conscience: The Disturbing World of the Psychopaths Among Us
How do people become psychopaths? I have no idea. But I do know that they are a very small portion of the population. A small group of nutters with undue influence over humanity.
It helps to be aware that psychopaths exist, and how to identify them. Reading Hare’s book is an eye-opener.
Final thoughts
- 1) Psychopaths exist and they disrupt human organizations and societies.
- 2) A Global Governance system is being designed and implemented by psychopaths, out of the public eye. Their goal is world domination and control.
- 3) Global Governance is being carried out completely independent of world events, in the background. To the GG crowd, for example, the capture of Venezuela’s leader Maduro is just politics and is irrelevant.
I see a few nations resisting the implementation of Global Governance, such as Russia and the US. (Curiously, the leaders of both countries are pilloried daily by the GG crowd, the world’s intelligence communities, and their captured corporate media.)
Governments in Europe, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand – all part of the Western Alliance – are embracing it. A few smaller eastern Euro states like Hungary are also resisting. (Curiously, Hungary’s leader Victor Orban is also pilloried in the international press.)
According to Elizabeth Nickson, in South and Central America, Global Governance is “being implemented region by region, city by city, avoiding national assemblies or parliaments.”
Unfortunately, China is already a goner, a fully established slave/surveillance state.
India, the world’s largest democracy, has recently implemented a biometric/demographic national ID card called Aadhaar for over 1 billion Indian citizens. As of May 2023, more than 99.9% of India’s adult population had been issued Aadhaar IDs. Aadhaar IDs control access to all government services, banking, and identification in India.
Here in the US, the push for a national biometric digital ID and a central bank digital currency (in which the Fed will own every cent you have) is strong because it’s a key step in broadly executing Global Governance at the national level. My hope is that Trump won’t align with his billionaire buddies and cave to the GG psychopaths.
How likely are these folks to succeed in their crazy plan?
Well, at the same time that the Global Governance system is being established worldwide, humanity is immersed in a planetary consciousness shift.
It’s Dark vs. Light, and the stakes are planet earth and the human race.
I don’t underestimate the positive effect of the consciousness shift on future events. It is a factor never included in predictions for the future, but I believe it is the most important variable. The Human Thought Space is changing rapidly as 8 billion human beings grow weary of the actions of psychopaths and demand positive change. Action follows thought.
Despite the vagaries of world events at any particular time, I see the outlines of a far more positive future taking shape on the horizon.
[1] Here is a typical example of the kind of meaningless gibberish found in many Global Governance documents. This is from the U.N.’s Agenda 2030, discussing a “multi-stakeholder forum on science, technology, and innovation”:
“The forum will provide a venue for facilitating interaction, matchmaking and the establishment of networks between relevant stakeholders and multi-stakeholder partnerships in order to identify and examine technology needs and gaps, including on scientific cooperation, innovation and capacity building, and also in order to help to facilitate development, transfer and dissemination of relevant technologies for the Sustainable Development Goals.”
This nonsense was either written by a very confused AI, or a recent graduate from one of our many dysfunctional universities.
