The Net Zero carbon emissions agenda has little to do with climate or the environment
When Climate Change is discussed, two things are accepted as a given:
1. Global Warming.
2. CO2 emissions from industry are responsible for the global warming.
But there is a much more modern form of climate change: environmental modification, or ENMOD, which is the artificial, man-made creation of tsunamis, earthquakes, and hurricanes that can cause vast environmental destruction.
Prof. Michel Chossudovsky has republished an informative article about ENMOD. This article is well worth reading because it suggests that since the mid-1990s, some of the destructive environmental events may not be due to “climate change,” but induced by destructive, man-made, environmental weather warfare.
On Maui in the summer of 2023, vast fires burned the entire town of Lahaina. Researchers on Maui have suggested that Directed Energy Weapons were used to start those fires.
Modern weaponry and technology, not just carbon emissions, can influence climate events.
Here is a brief summary of the high points of the article:
1. The 2023 United Nations Climate Change Conference or COP28 Conference was held from November 30 to December 12, 2023. Not a single word pertaining to Environmental Modification Techniques (ENMOD) was mentioned in any of the papers or lectures presented to the conference.
2. “The so-called ‘climate emergency’ is to be resolved by a ‘Race to Zero’ which consists in drastically reducing greenhouse gas emissions.”
3. “As in previous climate summits, environmental modification techniques (ENMOD) –which can trigger tsunamis, typhoons and earthquakes – have been casually dismissed by COP28. The emphasis is on CO2 and the dangers of global warming.”
4. ENMOD weather modifying platforms have been fully operational since 1995.
It all began with John von Neumann, instrumental in the invention of the computer, back in 1955. Von Neumann wrote:
“Intervention in atmospheric and climatic matters ….will unfold on a scale difficult to imagine at present… [T]his will merge each nation’s affairs with those of every other, more thoroughly than the threat of a nuclear or any other war would have done.”

Then, in 1977, the UN General Assembly prohibited “military or other hostile use of environmental modification techniques having widespread, long-lasting or severe effects.”

The Convention defined ‘environmental modification techniques’ as referring to any technique for changing–through the deliberate manipulation of natural processes–the dynamics, composition or structure of the earth, including its biota, lithosphere, hydrosphere and atmosphere or of outer space.”

The substance of the 1977 Convention was reasserted in very general terms in the Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) signed at the 1992 Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro.

Following the 1992 Earth Summit, the issue of Climate Change for military use was never raised in subsequent climate change summits and venues under the auspices of the UNFCCC. The issue was erased, forgotten. It is not part of the debate on climate change.
In 2007, The Daily Express reported – following the release and declassification of British government papers from the National Archives – that:
The [declassified] documents reveal that both the US, which led the field, and the Soviet Union had secret military programmes with the goal of controlling the world’s climate. ‘By the year 2025 the United States will own the weather,’ one scientist is said to have boasted.
…
These claims are dismissed by sceptics as wild conspiracy theories and the stuff of James Bond movies but there is growing evidence that the boundaries between science fiction and fact are becoming increasingly blurred.
...
The possibility of climatic or environmental manipulations as part of a military agenda, while formally acknowledged by official government documents and the US military, has never been considered relevant to the Climate debate. Military analysts are mute on the subject. Meteorologists are not investigating the matter, and environmentalists are strung on global warming and the Kyoto protocol.”

Then, of course, there is the widely acknowledged HAARP program, which is capable of heating the ionosphere and causing atmospheric phenomena using targeted high-intensity radio wave emissions.
From an article titled “The Ultimate Weapon of Mass Destruction: ‘Owning the Weather’ for Military Use,” written 19 years ago in 2004:
The US Air Force has the capability of manipulating climate either for testing purposes or for outright military-intelligence use. These capabilities extend to the triggering of floods, hurricanes, droughts and earthquakes. In recent years, large amounts of money have been allocated by the US Department of Defense to further developing and perfecting these capabilities.
Weather modification will become a part of domestic and international security and could be done unilaterally… It could have offensive and defensive applications and even be used for deterrence purposes. The ability to generate precipitation, fog, and storms on earth or to modify space weather, … and the production of artificial weather all are a part of an integrated set of technologies which can provide substantial increase in US, or degraded capability in an adversary, to achieve global awareness, reach, and power."

To conclude, the climate change discussion focuses exclusively on greenhouse gas emissions and CO2 reduction under the Kyoto Protocol. Modern weather modification technology is ignored by governments, the UN, and environmental activist groups. Is this deliberate?
A large body of scientific knowledge on ENMOD exists. Yet the issue of weather warfare has been excluded from the UN agenda on climate change. ENMOD is military technology that is funded by governments. Are state actors waging weather warfare on each other under the cover of climate change?
Very often the Truth is what you are not allowed to discuss.
But of course these suggestions are just more conspiracy theories.
