I\u2019m a curious bloke. All my life I have asked \u201cWhy?\u201d when\nfaced with something I couldn\u2019t understand. This has led me down many paths of\nresearch and inquiry, which has increased my knowledge base. But the asking of\nWhy? has been a blessing and a curse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As we move through the Shift to higher consciousness, we\nalso move through our karma, both present life and past life. Humanity as a\nwhole is moving collectively through the darkness we have all created during\nhundreds or even thousands of lifetimes on earth. This evolution means that on\nour way upward we encounter negative stuff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Recently I have been doing some powerful meditations and\naffirmations, trying to place myself in a very high state of consciousness, and\nin the light. However, this has inevitably led to encounters with the barriers\nof negativity from my past actions, thoughts, and emotions. We have all\nexperienced this: the paradox of advancement into the light means we must work\nthrough the darkness we have created along the way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I have been experiencing both physical and emotional\nbarriers as my meditations get more powerful and build on themselves, but I\nhave not been able to fully accept these barriers. \u201cI\u2019m supposed to be in the\nlight! Why am I experiencing this negative stuff?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It\u2019s one thing to preach, but it\u2019s another thing to practice\nwhat you preach! The practicing part, that gets hard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Curiosity is a wonderful thing, but sometimes it can get in\nthe way. When something happens that I don\u2019t understand, I always ask Why? I\nrealized this morning that curiosity about something fascinating or exciting or\ninformationally new is a good thing. But asking Why? when something bad happens\nsticks you in the bad thing. Asking Why? puts you inside it, and then you begin\nto feel crummy. The problem is that asking why is an intellectual exercise, and\nit doesn\u2019t help you to resolve emotional or physical difficulty. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
For example, I have been having balance issues. I\u2019m walking\naround OK, but I feel that I\u2019m going to fall over. In the past this has been\nresolved by seeing my chiropractor, but that hasn\u2019t worked this time. So I ask \u201cWhy\nam I feeling so crummy?\u201d This is the wrong question! It isn\u2019t surprising that I\u2019m\nhaving balance issues, because the entire planet is unbalanced right now,\nespecially in the US, where the hatred is just getting stronger and stronger,\nand people are taking sides. Apparently, if you aren\u2019t screaming invective from\nthe Left or the Right, you\u2019re not even in the game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In my meditation this morning I decided that instead of\nasking Why? when something negative happens, I decided to replace the why with\nthe love of God. Lee Carroll and Kryon are really big on this. We are all an\naspect of God, so why not use that to our advantage? Replace why, with love. Since\nlove is the basis for all emotions, both positive and negative, replacing a\ncrummy feeling with love should dissolve it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
This sounds pretty obvious when you write it down linearly on paper, but it was a profound realization for me. That\u2019s because I always ask Why? Moreover, asking why is a God-driven impulse, because the Creator is the most curious entity in the universe. The Creator sends trillions of souls from the Great Central Source into the physical, to gain experience and discover Itself. We are all little pieces and part of the One. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
So, wanting to understand is a Godly impulse. But asking why\nabout negative stuff just flips you more into it. The solution is non-linear:\nreplace the negative emotion with pure love, as much as you can generate. When\nsomething unexpected happens to me my first impulse always was, \u201cWhy?\u201d Now it\u2019s\ngoing to be acceptance, then love. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
It doesn\u2019t matter to me anymore why something happens. It\nhappened, so what, accept it. This is an old philosophy (stoicism), but in the\nold energy it was usually followed by apathy, because the dark was stronger. \u201cNothing\nI can do about it.\u201d \u201cYou can\u2019t fight City Hall.\u201d So you just grind it out,\nhoping things will get better.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The good news is that you don\u2019t need anything outside\nyourself to advance yourself spiritually. You don\u2019t need the latest procedure\nto enhance your DNA, or remove your karma, or whatever spiritual marketers are\nhyping. Folks, I don\u2019t want to step on any toes, but there are a lot of spiritual\npeople out there trying to make money. I\u2019d bet almost all of them are genuine,\nand genuinely believe that their program is the greatest thing since sliced\nbread (that\u2019s an old phrase my grandpa used to say). But we are all aspects of\nGod. Therefore we all have God inside. The path to enlightenment isn\u2019t through\nyour spiritual guru or the latest and hottest self-help book or program. It\u2019s through\nyour personal connection to God. And that you have complete control of. Your\npersonal path leads through your personal connection to the One, and only you\ncan do that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This is why I have abandoned all spiritual teachers except\nLee Carroll and Kryon. Lee offers his audio lectures for free on his website,\nyou can hear everything he does. Sure, he sells books and tickets to his talks\nwhen he channels Kryon. But Lee makes it clear he isn\u2019t in it for the money,\neven though he\u2019s probably pretty well off (hundreds of people come to his\npresentations all over the world). I have no problem with that. He doesn\u2019t hype\nhis talks, even though he is hands-down the most genuine channel on the planet\n(IMHO). I\u2019ve heard other channelers but they don\u2019t even come close. Kryon is\nthe real deal: that energy is coming directly from the other side of the veil. If\nyou are looking for inspiration, go to kryon.com and click on \u201cfree audio.\u201d\nThere are channels all the way back to 2002, and it\u2019s not new-age bullshit. If\nyou haven\u2019t heard Kryon before, you are in for a pleasant surprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I realize now that my understanding of Why is a logical\nprogression from emptying my box of beliefs, as I talked about in previous\nposts. My belief box was so cluttered with \u201cnow I have tos\u201d and \u201cnow I\u2019m\nsupposed tos\u201d and \u201cscientist A says this\u201d and \u201cmy trusted information source\nsays that\u201d and \u201chere are the facts I am marshaling on this, and this, and that\nto support my arguments\u201d that I got too emotionally riled by stuff that happens\nin my life. I was getting too \u201ctriggered\u201d by events that were just the opposite\nof what I wanted, which is peace on earth. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Here in the US, almost everyone gets triggered because the\nlunatic media spews hatred of the \u201cother side\u201d 24 hours a day. I\u2019ve learned to\nsimply ignore the news programs, because they just marshal facts (or lies) to\nsupport a political agenda. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Objective journalism is dead in the USA, but that\u2019s a good\nthing because before the Shift, the fix was in. Reporting was more \u201cobjective\u201d\nbut it was all about keeping the darkness and the status quo firmly in place. I\nused to read the New York Times, the NYT Book Review, the Economist, the New\nRepublic (when it was liberal), Rolling Stone, NPR, and the Guardian, and convince\nmyself I was \u201cinformed.\u201d Hah! I was informed all right, but informed about\nmemes that supported the old energy and the old paradigm. If you think\nmainstream media are giving you the full picture, think again. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The current information chaos is a great thing because now\nthe darkness is being exposed. People are talking about things that really\nmatter to them, even though the information isn\u2019t \u201cobjective.\u201d There\u2019s a lot of\nhate, but it\u2019s genuine hate! not covered-up bullshit. The fix is no longer in \u2013\nwell, the old order is trying to keep the lid on, but it\u2019s blowing off folks.\nBy election time in 2020 we\u2019re going to know a lot more about the true state of\naffairs, and who is truly working for the light, and who is working for the dark.\nAs the old energy paradigm releases its hold, we are going to see that things (and\npeople) are not always what they appear to be. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
So don\u2019t panic about the current scene. Believe it or not, it\u2019s\nmuch more honest. The old energy paradigm is dissolving before our eyes. People\nare waking up. The world as we know it, which has been surrounded by a shell of\ndarkness, is breaking apart like new life coming out of the egg.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
