He&#8217;s compartmentalized Big Tech and the CIA into one organization, the  National Security Commission on Artificial Intelligence (NSCAI). He;s got the intelligence guys (from In-Q-Tel, the CIA&#8217;s venture capital group), and the Big Tech guys like Eric Schmidt, all in one cozy outfit where he can keep an eye on them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2) The intel community doesn&#8217;t like Trump. Trump&#8217;s very first speech, on the second day he took office (Jan 23, 2017), was to the CIA in Langley, the CIA&#8217;s headquarters. That&#8217;s how important the intel community is to Trump. He was trying to sweet talk them. In that speech Trump praised the CIA  and told them he loved them. Hah!  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/news\/trump-cia-speech-transcript\/\">https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/news\/trump-cia-speech-transcript\/<\/a>   He knew better then and he knows better now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3) Trump knows who Eric Schmidt is &#8212; the former head of Google\/Alphabet, the same folks who helped the Chinese Communist Party build their totalitarian AI\/surveillance state and their Sesame Credit system of social spying. Yeah, Trump knows what Big Tech represents. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Trump isn&#8217;t capable of such nuance,&#8221; you say. &#8220;He&#8217;s a bumbler and a dope.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maybe, but I don&#8217;t think so. At any rate, we&#8217;ll find out a lot more by election day in November.
